Description

The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, in particular a vacuum cleaner, according to the preamble of claim 1. Also known are different approaches for the support or storage of the vacuum cleaner fan in a fan chamber included by the vacuum cleaner. To avoid unwanted noise, elastic storage occurs e.g. using rubber buffers and the like.

For particularly high-quality vacuum cleaners, the use of an insulating capsule surrounding the vacuum cleaner fan is provided. When storing such an encapsulated vacuum cleaner fan this is done by using matched to the Dämmkapsel bearing elements. By dispensing with the Dämmkapsel come in contrast bearing elements are used, which are tailored to the vacuum cleaner fan.

A vacuum cleaner having features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from JP 64 004366 U known. Accordingly, it is an object of the invention to reduce the number of items required to produce a vacuum cleaner.

This object is achieved for a vacuum cleaner with a arranged in a fan room vacuum cleaner fan with the features of claim 1 by the vacuum cleaner fan exclusively with at least two bearing elements, namely in each case at least one front and back bearing element is held in the fan chamber, wherein the bearing elements a Allow mounting of the vacuum cleaner fan with and without an insulating capsule surrounding the vacuum cleaner fan. The invention thus allows the use of the same bearing elements (identical parts) for holding the vacuum cleaner fan regardless of whether this is surrounded by a Dämmkapsel or not. The number of items required for the production of the vacuum cleaner is thus reduced, because in both with respect to the assembly of the vacuum cleaner fan suitable variants bearing elements are used. The advantage is the reduced storage costs, because only one variant of bearing elements is required. In addition, construction costs are saved by avoiding those costs that were previously required for the development of different storage elements for both installation variants. Furthermore, after such bearing elements are essentially molded parts, the cost of creating and maintaining such shapes is saved. As a result, the invention allows cost and material savings and leads to a manufacturing simplification.

A blower unit for a vacuum cleaner, here and hereinafter referred to as a vacuum cleaner fan, consists of an electric drive motor (motor) with a bearing cup for receiving the building modules of the engine and from a motor driven, at least one-stage blower unit with an impeller and a suction hood and possibly a control stage located between the impeller and the engine. The vacuum cleaner fan may be surrounded by an insulating capsule. In the designation of individual bearing elements as front or rear side, this does not refer to the installation situation and the concomitant orientation of the vacuum cleaner fan in the fan room. Instead, the front side always means the suction side of the blower unit and the rear accordingly means the opposite side of the vacuum cleaner blower.

If the bearing ring has a plurality of recesses which are distributed over the outer circumference, in particular evenly distributed, and reset from the outer peripheral surface, the outer peripheral surface for contacting by the holding element, so for storage of the vacuum cleaner fan, and one or more recessed from the outer peripheral surface recesses for storage of the insulating capsule available.

The dependent claims are directed to particular embodiments of the present invention. Relationships used here point to the further embodiment of the subject matter of the main claim by the features of the respective subclaim. They may also contain independent inventions having a design independent of the objects of the preceding claims and are not to be understood as a waiver of obtaining independent, objective protection of their characteristics. Furthermore, with a view to an interpretation of the claims in a closer specification of a feature in a subordinate claim, it is to be assumed that such a restriction does not exist in the respective preceding claims.

The Dämmkapsel is particularly easy to attach to a provided with recesses bearing ring, if this or a part of such Dämmkapsel in the region of Dämmkapselgebläseöffnung a plurality of bearing ring contact elements, the size and each existing distance for attaching the Dämmkapsel or the Dämmkapselteils to the suction hood respectively in one of the recesses along the outer peripheral surface of the bearing ring are insertable.

In a special embodiment, the at least two bearing elements are effective not only for a mechanically decoupled from the fan room storage of the vacuum cleaner fan, but at the same time to a both the fan room as well as the vacuum cleaner fan mechanically decoupled storage of Dämmkapsel effective. The So storage elements hold at the same time the vacuum cleaner fan and the Dämmkapsel in such a way that even vacuum cleaner fan and Dämmkapsel are mechanically decoupled from each other. Sources of potential additional noise are eliminated in this way from the beginning.

When the vacuum cleaner blower has a blower unit with an intake hood and a suction opening remaining free therein, in one embodiment of the invention it is provided that a bearing ring with a bearing ring opening which remains free in its center and which fits the intake opening functions as the at least one front bearing element. The bearing ring can then be attached directly to the suction hood. If the suction hood has a bead that surrounds the suction opening, one embodiment of the bearing ring is that it can be placed on the bead and held there snugly in the mounted state. The attachment of the bearing ring on the suction hood is thus simplified in this embodiment to a touchdown on the bead formed there.

For front-side mounting of the vacuum cleaner fan is a holding element into consideration, which is tuned to the outer circumference of the bearing ring and with built-in vacuum cleaner housing receives the bearing ring by the holding element at least partially contacted the bearing ring along the outer peripheral surface. In a particularly simple embodiment, a substantially U-shaped retaining element is contemplated, in the profile of the bearing ring with an at least substantially rectilinear movement is inserted, so that there is a particularly simple manufacturing step, which is also readily automatable.

In embodiments of the vacuum cleaner according to the invention it is provided that two buffers act as rear bearing elements. With two buffers a non-rotatable mounting of the vacuum cleaner fan is possible.

In one embodiment of the vacuum cleaner, a bearing cup of the vacuum cleaner fan in a rear portion, ie on one side opposite the fan unit, two pins for receiving a respective buffer. Such pins allow the attachment of the respective buffer by simply plugging. This assembly step is characterized by a particular simplicity and is also easily automated. The pins have in particular radially the same distance from an axis extending in the extension of the motor axis.

According to a further embodiment, the vacuum cleaner comprises a carrier element with means on the one hand for attachment to a housing part of the vacuum cleaner, in particular in the fan room, and for receiving the attached or attachable to the storage cup Buffer. The support member may be combined with the buffers before assembly of the vacuum cleaner fan, so that the mounting of the vacuum cleaner fan on the rear side only requires the combination of the support member with the respective housing part of the vacuum cleaner. Manual assembly operations are again an extremely simple process step. This can also be easily automated, especially since the mounting direction is substantially rectilinear and the installation can be done in a straight line from above into the open vacuum cleaner and its fan room.

If the Dämmkapsel or a part of such Dämmkapsel on one of Dämmkapselgebläseöffnung opposite surface has two buffer receiving openings whose width or geometry are each placed on an outer contour of the buffer and in each of which a buffer is inserted, there is a particularly simple way to attach the Dämmkapsel or the Dämmkapselteils the storage cup. Such attachment of Dämmkapsel or Dämmkapselteils ensures a mechanically decoupled from the vacuum cleaner fan mounting the Dämmkapsel. Characterized in that the or each buffer protrudes through the buffer receiving openings and is contacted only at its projecting beyond the buffer receiving opening end of the support member, the Dämmkapsel is also mechanically decoupled from the fan room.

FIG. 1 shows in a partially sectional view of a vacuum cleaner fan 10 in a housing or Dämmkapsel 12, wherein the vacuum cleaner fan 10 is held via at least two bearing elements, namely a bearing ring 14 as a front bearing element and at least one buffer 16 as a rear bearing element in a fan room of a vacuum cleaner. Of the vacuum cleaner only cut portions of a housing lower part 18 are visible, which form due to their contour together with other walls, not shown, the fan room for receiving the blower. The lower housing part also has a pocket 20 for receiving a later-described retaining element 38. The bearing elements, so bearing ring 14 and buffer 16 are preferably designed as rubber components or similar elastic parts and cause the Dämmkapsel 12 lies or hangs only in these parts. There is no mechanically or acoustically rigid / rigid coupling to the vacuum cleaner fan 10 or to the vacuum cleaner housing, in particular its lower housing part 18. The locations where the mechanically decoupled storage results are in FIG. 1 denoted by two arrows 22, 24.

The vacuum cleaner fan 10 includes in a conventional manner an electric drive motor (motor) with a bearing cup 26 for receiving the building modules of the engine and a motor driven, at least one-stage fan unit with an impeller (both not visible in the illustration) and a suction hood 28 and possibly a control stage located between the impeller and the motor (in the illustration in FIG FIG. 1 also not visible).

FIG. 1 shows the Dämmkapsel 12, wherein it can be seen that this consists of two Dämmkapselteilen, namely a front side Dämmkapselteil 30 and a second Dämmkapselteil 32. The first Dämmkapselteil 30 is located in the region of the suction hood 28. The second Dämmkapselteil 30 is located in the region of the bearing cup 26th

Die Halterung des FIG. 2 shows in an exploded view, the combinability of the vacuum cleaner fan 10 in a configuration with the bearing elements, but without Dämmkapsel. The blower unit of the vacuum cleaner fan 10 is covered by the suction hood 28. In this remains in the center of a suction port 34 free. The suction opening 34 is surrounded by a circumferential bead 36 and on this bead 36, the bearing ring 14 is placed so that it is held there in a snug fit. The inner radius of the bearing ring 14 is matched to the outer radius of the bead 36 and its other shape. The holder of the

Bearing ring 14 on the bead 36 is facilitated by the fact that the bearing ring 14 is made of rubber or a comparable material, so that this can be postponed by slight deformation, in particular stretching, on the bead 36 and there due to the elasticity of the material and thereby reasoned spring action and the well-founded by the material stiction is securely held in snug fit.

The bearing ring 14 has a circular outer contour and with this outer contour it is received by a holding element 38, which in the sectional view in FIG. 1 is only slightly recognizable and in a configuration as in FIG. 1 shown in the pocket 20 and 30 is located in front of the first Dämmkapselteil at the height of the bearing ring 14. The holding element 38 is designed fork-shaped and has in the illustrated embodiment a U-shaped profile which is matched to the outer circumference of the bearing ring 14. The holding member 38 contacted when installed vacuum cleaner fan 10, the bearing ring 14 in sections along the outer peripheral surface. As a rear bearing element, at least one buffer 16 is provided (in FIG. 2 shown only once). For attaching the buffer 16, the bearing cup 26 of the vacuum cleaner fan 10 in a rear portion at least one pin 40, on which the buffer 16 can be plugged and held there as the bearing ring 14 on the bead 36 in snug fit. Two such buffers 16 (in FIG. 2 shown only once) are received by a support member 42. The support member 42 has for this means for receiving the bearing cup 26 mounted on the buffer 16, namely on the outer periphery of the buffer 16 parked buffer receptacles 44. Furthermore, the support member 42 means for its attachment to the housing base 18 (FIGS. FIG. 1 ), namely at least one shaft, in the illustrated embodiment, two shafts 46 which in corresponding, formed in the housing base 18 and in FIG. 1 because of the sectional view invisible recordings are inserted.

When combined with the vacuum cleaner fan 10 bearing elements, so bearing ring 14 and buffer 16, the indirectly via the support member 38 and the support member 42 made mechanical contact with the vacuum cleaner housing, ie in particular its lower housing part 18, exclusively on these bearing elements, so given a floating storage is where there is no mechanically or acoustically rigid / rigid coupling to the vacuum cleaner housing.

FIG. 3 shows the Dämmkapsel 12 with the first and second capsule part 30, 32. Also shown are the bearing ring 14 and two buffers 16. The bearing ring 14 has a plurality of recesses 48 which are distributed over the outer periphery and are set back from the outer peripheral surface. The first Dämmkapselteil 30 has in the region of Dämmkapselgebläseöffnung 50 a plurality of bearing ring contact elements 52, the size and spacing between them for mounting the Dämmkapsel 12 and the first Dämmkapselteils 30 respectively in one of the recesses 48 along the outer peripheral surface of the bearing ring 14 are inserted. When the bearing ring 14 is already attached to the suction hood 28, with the introduction of the bearing ring contact elements 52 in the recesses 48 of the bearing ring 14 and the attachment of the Dämmkapsel 12 to the suction hood 28. Due to the fact that the recesses 48 of the outer peripheral surface of the bearing ring 14 is reset are, the holding element 38 ( FIG. 2 ) contact the bearing ring 14 along its outer peripheral surface even when the first Dämmkapselteil 30 attached to the bearing ring 14 sections.

The second housing part 32 has in its rear portion - ie on one of Dämmkapselgebläseöffnung 50 opposite side - two buffer receiving openings 54 (only one visible), whose width and geometry is turned off on an outer contour of the buffer 16 and in each case a buffer 16 inserted is. A buffer 16 inserted into the buffer receiving opening 54 is sufficient to be filled with the vacuum cleaner fan 10 (FIG. FIG. 2 ) combined second Dämmkapselteil 32 up to the extension of the buffer receiving opening 54 located on the bearing cup 26 pin formed 40 ( FIG. 2 ), so that each buffer 16 simultaneously contacts the second Dämmkapselteil 32 and one of the pins 40. Each buffer 16 thus causes on the one hand a mechanically decoupled from the vacuum cleaner housing holder of the vacuum cleaner fan 10 and at the same time a decoupled from the vacuum cleaner housing and the vacuum cleaner fan 10 of the second Dämmkapselteils 32nd

The two bearing elements, ie bearing ring 14 and buffer 16, thus allowing a holder of the vacuum cleaner fan 10 with both the vacuum cleaner fan 10 surrounding Dämmkapsel 12 as well as without this surrounding Dämmkapsel 12th

The bearing elements are identical parts and regardless of the configuration, so vacuum cleaner fan 10 with insulating capsule 12 or vacuum cleaner 10 without Dämmkapsel 12, the same bearing elements are used.

FIG. 4 shows on the left side a front view of the surrounded by the Dämmkapsel 12 vacuum cleaner fan 10 there mounted bearing ring 14 and held by the bearing ring 14 first Dämmkapselteil 30. In this illustration is particularly clearly visible as the bearing ring 14 in sections along the outer peripheral surface of the holding element 38th will be contacted. The right side of the illustration in FIG. 4 shows the rear side of the vacuum cleaner fan 10 with the provided there support member 42, which in in FIG. 4 invisible way two buffers 16 ( FIG. 3 ), so that these both for holding the second Dämmkapselteils 32 provided there and for holding the vacuum cleaner fan 10 in total and also for non-rotatable mounting of the Vacuum cleaner fan 10 are effective when the support member 42 is combined with the vacuum cleaner housing.

In summary, the present invention can thus be described as follows: It is a vacuum cleaner with a arranged in a fan room vacuum cleaner fan 10, said the vacuum cleaner fan 10 exclusively with at least two bearing elements, namely a bearing ring 14 as a front-side bearing element and at least one buffer 16 as a rear bearing element , is held in the fan room and wherein the bearing elements allow a holder of the vacuum cleaner fan 10 with and without a surrounding Dämmkapsel 12, so that regardless of the configuration of the vacuum cleaner fan 10 the same parts for its storage and its mechanical and acoustic decoupling from the vacuum cleaner housing can be used.
