Claims (15)
- A device for mounting a grommet (01) in a predetermined position on a cable (02), comprising:- a mounting sleeve (03) to be passed through the grommet (01), with a rear end (04) for inserting an end of the cable (02) into the mounting sleeve (03) and with a front end (06) for transferring a tractive force onto the mounting sleeve (03), wherein the mounting sleeve (03) has an outer diameter which increases in the direction of the rear end (04) and is larger at the rear end (04) than the inner diameter of the grommet (01) to be mounted;- a sleeve receptacle (11) for passing through the mounting sleeve (03), wherein the sleeve receptacle (11) has a grommet stop (11, 49) which prevents the grommet (01) from passing through the sleeve receptacle (11);- a tractive device for subjecting the mounting sleeve (03) at its front end (06) to a tractive force with respect to the sleeve receptacle (11);characterized in that the device further comprises a position fixing device which can be fastened on the cable (02) at the predetermined position so as to move together with the cable (02) when mounting the grommet (01) on the cable (02), and which forms a positioning stop (29) for the grommet (01) to be mounted.
- The device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a longitudinal carrier (31) on which the position fixing device is fastened and which is movably guided in the direction of the tractive force with respect to the sleeve receptacle (11).
- The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the position fixing device is formed by a detachable clamp.
- The device according to claim 3, characterized in that the clamp is formed by two clamp levers (21, 22) which are connected to one another via a pivot joint (23) and on each of which a clamping piece (27, 28) is formed, wherein the clamping pieces (27, 28) are pressed against one another by a leg spring.
- The device according to claim 4, characterized in that at least one of the clamping pieces (27) has a toothing (33) which is aligned opposite to the direction of the tractive force and has at least one tooth, wherein said toothing enables moving the clamp on the cable (02) in the direction of the tractive force even in a clamped state of the clamp.
- The device according to any one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the sleeve receptacle (11) comprises a grommet receptacle in which a cavity (41) is formed which comprises a grommet insertion opening (46) for inserting the grommet (01) and the mounting sleeve (03), and a mounting sleeve passage opening (47) for pulling out the mounting sleeve (03), wherein the grommet stop (49) is formed in the cavity (41) between the grommet insertion opening (46) and the mounting sleeve passage opening (47).
- The device according to claim 6, characterized in that at the transition from the grommet insertion opening (46) to the mounting sleeve passage opening (47), the grommet stop (49) is formed in that the grommet insertion opening (46) has a larger cross-section than the mounting sleeve passage opening (47).
- The device according to claim 7, characterized in that the grommet stop (49) has a wedge (51) extending around the mounting sleeve passage opening (47) and being aligned opposite to the direction of the tractive force.
- The device according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that with regard to its longitudinal axis aligned in the direction of the tractive force, the grommet receptacle is divided in a sector-like manner into grommet receptacle sectors (42), wherein the grommet receptacle sectors (42) are pushed by a spring element (43) toward the longitudinal axis.
- The device according to claim 9, characterized in that the cavity (41) is formed in the region of the grommet insertion opening (46) for positively receiving the grommet (01) to be mounted, wherein the spring element (43) has an elasticity region which allows an expansion of the grommet receptacle sectors (42) relative to one another which follows an expansion of the grommet (01) to be mounted caused by the mounting sleeve (03) passing through.
- The device according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the spring element is formed by one or a plurality of spiral spring windings (43) which circumferentially enclose the grommet receptacle about the longitudinal axis of the latter.
- The device according to any one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the tractive device comprises a drawbar on which a blocking device is movably arranged which blocks in the direction of the tractive force and which can be moved via a pivotable hand lever in the direction of the tractive force.
- The device according to claim 12, characterized in that the hand lever is pivotably supported on a lever shaft by which means the hand lever is divided into a feed lever engaging on the blocking device and into a handle, wherein the angle between the hand lever and the feed lever is less than 180°, and in the actuated state, the hand lever is aligned parallel to the drawbar.
- The device according to any one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the tractive device is formed by a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder which can be connected to a pressure pump.
- The device according to any one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the tractive device is formed by an electromotive drive.
