Claims (6)
- Embrayage ou frein (11) comprenant une bobine de commutation (12) pouvant être actionnée électriquement et une armature (13) déplaçable axialement contre la bobine de commutation (12), provoquant un engagement par friction ou un engagement par complémentarité de formes avec la bobine de commutation (12) et rotative par rapport à la bobine de commutation (12), dans une transmission (1), comportant une transmission à superposition (1) comprenant un élément d'entraînement (4) entraîné par un vilebrequin d'un moteur à combustion interne, un élément de sortie (3) entraînant un arbre à cames du moteur à combustion interne et un élément de réglage au moyen duquel une rotation relative entre l'élément d'entraînement (4) et l'élément de sortie (3) peut être provoquée par application d'un moment de freinage, et l'armature (13) étant disposée de manière solidaire en rotation et coulissante de façon centrée sur ou contre une partie de transmission (6), et la bobine de commutation (12) étant fixée de manière solidaire en rotation ainsi que de manière centrée coaxialement par rapport à l'armature (13) sur une partie de transmission supplémentaire (10), par rapport à laquelle l'armature (13) est freinée ou à laquelle l'armature (13) est accouplée, caractérisé en ce que la bobine de commutation est fixée à la partie de transmission supplémentaire au moyen d'un ressort à diaphragme.
- Embrayage ou frein selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de transmission (6) sur laquelle l'armature (13) est disposée est un arbre de transmission, et en ce que la bobine de commutation (12) est montée de manière rotative et non coulissante sur l'arbre de transmission.
- Embrayage ou frein selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de transmission supplémentaire (10) à laquelle la bobine de commutation (12) est fixée est une partie de boîtier solidaire en rotation.
- Embrayage ou frein selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la bobine de commutation (12) est fixée à un élément de boîtier solidaire en rotation de la transmission à superposition (1) pour un système de réglage d'arbre à cames d'un moteur à combustion interne, et en ce que l'armature (13) est disposée sur un élément de réglage (6), réalisé sous forme d'arbre de réglage, de la transmission à superposition (1).
- Embrayage ou frein selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la transmission à superposition (1) est réalisée sous la forme d'une transmission à trois arbres disposée dans une partie de boîtier de moteur (10) et comprenant un arbre d'entraînement (4) relié au vilebrequin, un arbre de sortie (3) relié à l'arbre à cames et un arbre de réglage (6), la bobine de commutation (12) étant fixée à la partie de boîtier de moteur (10) au moyen du ressort à diaphragme (22) et étant montée sur l'arbre de réglage (6) au moyen d'au moins un palier à roulement (15a, 15b), et l'armature (13) étant disposée de manière solidaire en rotation et axialement coulissante sur l'arbre de réglage (6).
- Embrayage ou frein selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort de compression (21) agissant dans le sens d'ouverture est disposé entre l'armature (13) et la bobine de commutation (12).
