  • lid 20 has a plug 21 for obturating outflow through-opening 11 and a protrusion 22 for obturating inflow through-opening 12 when lid 20 is in its closed position.
  • Inflow through-opening 11 and outflow through-opening 12 are located opposite to one another on a peripheral part of the covering body 10, lid 20 extending in the closed position from adjacent inflow through-opening 12 across covering body 10 to adjacent outflow through-opening 11.
  • Lid 20 has a second extremity 20b arranged to be secured against covering body 10 in the closed position.
  • Second extremity 20b has a protrusion 23 cooperating with a corresponding respective recess 16 in ring 13 of covering body 10 for securing lid 20 against the covering body 10 in the closed position.
  • lid 20 In its closed position, lid 20 extends diametrally across covering body 10, i.e. from inbetween ends 15 of ring 13, over a middle part of base 14 and over ring 13.

  • Obturating member 26 incorporates plug 21 and protrusion 22 for obturating inflow and outflow through-openings 11, 12.

  • covering body 10 has a circular peripheral upright wall 17 that extends down into mouth 9 of container 2.

  • a sealing ring 19, e.g. made of an elastic or elastomer material, is located between peripheral wall 17 and inner rim 6 so as to provide an assembly impervious to the flowable material held in container 2.
  • sealing ring 19 is mounted onto peripheral wall 17 and urged against inner rim 6 when top 1 is force-fitted on container 2.
  • corresponding threads on the rim of the container and on the top to be able to screw the top onto or into the container.

Claims (14)

  1. Oberteil (1) einer Tasse oder eines Bechers (2) oder für eine Tasse oder einen Becher, die bzw. der eine fließfähige Substanz enthält, wobei das Oberteil folgendes aufweist:
    - ein abdeckendes Gehäuse (10), mit dem die Tasse oder der Becher abgedeckt wird, wobei das Gehäuse einen umlaufenden Teil (13) mit einer Durchgangsöffnung (11) zum Herausfließen einer fließfähigen Substanz aus der Tasse oder aus dem Becher und mit einer Luftdurchgangsöffnung (12) zum Einströmen von Luft in die Tasse oder in den Becher besitzt; und
    - einen Deckel (20), der gegenüber dem abdeckenden Gehäuse zwischen einer offenen Position zum Herausfließen und Hereinfließen und einer geschlossenen Position zur Verhinderung des Herausfließens und Hereinfließens verschiebbar ist, wobei der Deckel einen ersten Teil (21) und einen zweiten Teil (22) aufweist, um in der geschlossenen Position die Durchgangsöffnung zum Herausfließen bzw. die Durchgangsöffnung zum Hereinfließen zu verschließen,
    wobei sich die Durchgangsöffnung zum Hereinfließen (12) und die Durchgangsöffnung zum Herausfließen (11) an dem umlaufenden Teil (13) des abdeckenden Gehäuses (10) gegenüberliegen, der Deckel (20) in der geschlossenen Position von einer Position angrenzend an die Durchgangsöffnung zum Hereinfließen (12) über das abdeckende Gehäuse (10) bis angrenzend an die Durchgangsöffnung zum Herausfließen (11) verläuft, und wobei das abdeckende Gehäuse (10) eine Basis (14) besitzt, und wobei der umlaufende Teil (13) des Gehäuses (10) einen oder mehrere, nach außen gerichtete Vorsprünge (13) besitzt, die sich von der Basis (14) erstrecken, wobei sich die Durchgangsöffnung zum Herausfließen (11) an einem ringförmigen, nach außen gerichteten Vorsprung (13) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige, nach außen gerichtete Vorsprung (13) im allgemeinen einen offenen Ring (13) an dem abdeckenden Gehäuse mit einander zugewandten Enden (15) bildet.
  2. Oberteil nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Deckel (20) drehbar an dem abdeckenden Gehäuse (10), insbesondere angrenzend an die Durchgangsöffnung zum Hereinfließen, (12) montiert ist.
  3. Oberteil nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Deckel (20) ein erstes Ende (20a) besitzt, das drehbar an dem abdeckenden Gehäuse (10) montiert ist, und ein zweites Ende (20b) besitzt, das in der geschlossenen Position gegen das abdeckende Gehäuse (10) gesichert werden kann, wobei das zweite Ende insbesondere einen Vorsprung (23) oder eine Vertiefung besitzt, die mit einer entsprechenden Vertiefung (16) oder einem Vorsprung des abdeckenden Gehäuses zusammenwirkt, um den Deckel in der geschlossenen Position gegen das abdeckende Gehäuse zu sichern.
  4. Oberteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Deckel (20) in seiner geöffneten Position derart angeordnet ist, dass er nach unten entlang einer im allgemeinen vertikalen Wand der Tasse oder des Bechers (2) verläuft, wobei die Wand (3) an das abdeckende Gehäuse (10) angrenzt, so dass die Tasse oder der Becher beim Trinken gehalten werden kann, und der Deckel mit einer Hand gegen die Wand (3) gesichert werden kann.
  5. Oberteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die Durchgangsöffnung zum Hereinfließen (12) an der Basis (14) befindet.
  6. Oberteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Deckel (20) zwischen den einander zugewandten Enden (15) drehbar an dem abdeckenden Gehäuse (10) montiert ist.
  7. Oberteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Deckel (20) in der geschlossenen Position diametral über das abdeckende Gehäuse (10) verläuft.
  8. Oberteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Deckel (20) ein starres Strukturelement (25) und mindestens ein elastisch verformbares Verschlusselement (26) aufweist, um die Durchgangsöffnungen zum Hereinfließen und/oder zum Herausfließen (11,12) zu verschließen, wobei das elastisch verformbare Verschlusselement wahlweise im allgemeinen flächengleich mit dem starren Strukturelement ist.
  9. Oberteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Deckel einen Stopfen (21) oder einen Vorsprung (22) besitzt.
  10. Oberteil nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Stopfen oder Vorsprung elastisch verformbar ist, um die Durchgangsöffnung zum Hereinfließen oder Herausflie-βen (11, 12) zu verschließen.
  11. Tasse oder Becher (2) in Verbindung mit einem Oberteil (1), wie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert.
  12. Oberteil nach Anspruch 11, das an der Tasse oder an dem Becher (2) abnehmbar befestigt werden kann.
  13. Tasse oder Becher nach Anspruch 11, die bzw. der mit dem Oberteil verbunden ist.
  14. Tasse oder Becher nach Anspruch 13 mit einem abnehmbaren Boden zu ihrem bzw. seinem Füllen und/oder Wiederbefüllen.
