Claims (10)

  1. Appareil de régulation de gaz (10) comprenant une buse Venturi montée (14),
    dans lequel l'appareil de régulation de gaz (10) comprend une soupape de gaz positionnée dans un boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz pour influencer un écoulement de gaz,
    dans lequel le boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz (10) comprend, au niveau d'une paroi de boîtier (12), une ouverture de sortie de gaz (13) par le biais de laquelle l'écoulement de gaz peut être acheminé jusqu'à la buse Venturi (14) dans laquelle l'écoulement de gaz peut être mélangé avec un écoulement d'air pour produire un mélange gaz/air de combustion,
    dans lequel, au niveau du boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz (10) dans lequel la soupape de gaz est positionnée et lequel comprend l'ouverture de sortie de gaz (13), est formé, en tant que partie intégrante de celui-ci avec formation d'un ensemble intégré, monolithique et métallique, un logement (19) pour un composant (17) de buse Venturi formant un cône d'entrée de la buse Venturi (14) et pour un composant (18) de buse Venturi formant un cône de sortie de la buse Venturi (14),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le composant (17) de buse Venturi formant le cône d'entrée de la buse Venturi et le composant (18) de buse Venturi formant le cône de sortie de la buse Venturi sont fabriqués respectivement sous forme d'ensembles séparés par moulage par injection de matière synthétique,
    le logement (19) comprend une première partie (20) agissant directement sur le boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz, à savoir sur la paroi de boîtier (12), comprenant l'ouverture de sortie de gaz (13), du boîtier (11), première partie dans laquelle débouche l'ouverture de sortie de gaz (13) du boîtier de l'appareil de régulation de gaz, et
    le logement (19) comprend une deuxième partie (21) agissant indirectement sur le boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz par le biais de la première partie (20), laquelle deuxième partie comprend une ouverture de réception (22) pour les composants (17, 18) de buse Venturi formant le cône d'entrée ainsi que le cône de sortie, l'ouverture de réception (22) étant positionnée latéralement près de la paroi de boîtier (12), comprenant l'ouverture de sortie de gaz (13), du boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz.
  2. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le logement (19) formé au niveau du boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz en tant que partie intégrante est réalisé en forme de bac.
  3. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie de gaz (13) du boîtier débouche dans le logement (19) sur un premier côté du logement, à savoir de la première partie (20) de celui-ci, l'ouverture de réception (22) étant également formée sur ce premier côté du logement (19), à savoir sur la deuxième partie (21) de celui-ci.
  4. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'a la fois le composant (17) de buse Venturi formant le cône d'entrée de la buse Venturi (14) et le composant (18) de buse Venturi formant le cône de sortie de la buse Venturi (14) sont introduits dans l'ouverture de réception (22) du logement (19), à savoir de telle sorte que le composant (17) de buse Venturi formant le cône d'entrée de la buse Venturi (14) est inséré dans la deuxième partie (21) du logement et traverse l'ouverture de réception (22) avec intercalation d'un joint d'étanchéité (23), lequel réalise l'étanchéité du composant (17) de buse Venturi formant le cône d'entrée de la buse Venturi par rapport à la deuxième partie (21) du logement (19) dans la région de l'ouverture de réception (22), et en ce que le composant (18) de buse Venturi formant le cône de sortie de la buse Venturi (14) est, conjointement avec une première partie (24) qui forme le cône de sortie, inséré également dans la deuxième partie (21) du logement (19) et traverse l'ouverture de réception (22) avec intercalation du composant (17) de buse Venturi formant le cône d'entrée de la buse Venturi.
  5. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le composant (18) de buse Venturi formant le cône de sortie de la buse Venturi (14) est inséré, conjointement avec une deuxième partie (25) qui est formée à la manière d'une saillie sur la première partie (24), à la fois dans la deuxième partie (21) du logement (19) et dans la première partie (20) du logement (19) .
  6. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie (25) du composant (18) de buse Venturi formant le cône de sortie de la buse Venturi comprend au moins une nervure d'étanchéité (26) qui produit une étanchéité entre le logement (19) et le composant (18) de buse Venturi formant le cône de sortie de la buse Venturi.
  7. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie (25) du composant (18) de buse Venturi formant le cône de sortie de la buse Venturi ferme de manière étanche une ouverture du logement (19) formée sur un deuxième côté opposé au premier côté, laquelle ouverture s'étend sur la première partie (20) et la deuxième partie (21) de celui-ci.
  8. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le logement (19), qui reçoit le composant (17) de buse Venturi formant le cône d'entrée et le composant (18) de buse Venturi formant le cône de sortie, et le boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz sont fabriqués par coulage.
  9. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (20, 21) du logement (19) et le boîtier (11) de l'appareil de régulation de gaz sont fabriqués en tant qu'ensemble intégré monolithique par coulage d'aluminium.
  10. Appareil de régulation de gaz selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des brides de fixation (27) pour un ventilateur sont formées sur le logement (19) en tant que parties intégrantes.
