Im Schritt S15 wird die abzurollende Länge mittels der Vorrichtung abgemessen und der Ablängvorgang wie vorstehend im Zusammenhang mit den Figuren 1 bis 6 beschrieben durchgeführt. Letztlich wird in Schritt S14 die Materialrolle 32 mit dem in Schritt S14 erhaltenen Label verschlossen, also das freie Ende 27 auf die Rolle geklebt und die Rolle 32 aus der Vorrichtung 10 entnommen. Im Schritt S102 wird die gemäß Zuschnittauftrag benötigte Materialrolle angefordert. Im Schritt S103 wird sodann der Barcode auf der Materialrolle zur Freigabe gescannt. Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Vorrichtung 10 erst dann mit dem Zuschnitt beginnt, wenn die korrekte Materialrolle 30 gescannt wurde. Die Materialrolle 30 wird sodann gemäß Schritt S104 aufgerüstet und Schritt S105 betreffend den Bogenschnitt mittels der Vorrichtung 10 kann gestartet werden. Gleichzeitig mit Schritt S105 wird Schritt S106 durchgeführt, wobei ein automatischer Labeldruck mit einem entsprechenden Barcode für die Restrolle 30 ausgedruckt wird. In diesem Schritt ist es auch möglich, die neuen Daten und hierbei insbesondere die Restlänge der Rolle 30, soweit noch erfolgt, im Warenwirtschaftssystem zu hinterlegen. Im Schritt S107 werden die geschnittenen Bogen entnommen und gemäß Schritt S108 die Materialrolle 30 mit dem Label aus Schritt S106 verschlossen und entnommen. Sodann ist der Vorgang abschlossen oder es kann erneut mit Schritt S100 begonnen werden. Alternativ oder zusätzlich ist es möglich, gemäß Schritt S201' einen manuellen Zuschnittauftrag einzugeben. Schritt S201 und S201' kann jeweils am Terminal eines Warenwirtschaftssystems, das als Eingabevorrichtung dient, durchgeführt werden. Im Schritt S202 wird mittels einer Software, insbesondere eines entsprechenden Softwaremoduls eines Warenwirtschaftssystems, der Ablängvorgang einerseits vorbereitet und andererseits auch bereits im Warenwirtschaftssystem hinterlegt, um die Lagerbestände zu aktualisieren. In den Schritten S203 und S204 kann die Zuschnittliste wahlweise oder alternativ nach den Kriterien "gruppiert nach Material" oder "Abarbeiten einzelner Bestellungen" erstellt werden. In Schritt S205 wird sodann eine optimierte Zuschnittliste erstellt sowie an die Vorrichtung 10 übertragen und in Schritt S206 die entsprechende oder die entsprechenden Materialrolle/n 30 angefordert. Auch hier muss gemäß Schritt S207 zur Freigabe des Zuschnittvorgangs analog Schritt S103 der Barcode auf der Materialrolle 30 zur Freigabe gescannt werden. In Schritt S208 wird die Materialrolle 30 und die Leerrolle 32 aufgerüstet. In Schritt S209 erfolgt das Ablängen, in Schritt S210 ein automatischer Labeldruck für die Kleinrolle 32 mit Barcode und Materialdaten sowie Länge und im gleichzeitig ablaufenden Schritt S212 ein automatischer Labeldruck für die Restrolle 30 mit Barcode und Materialdaten sowie Länge. Die Kleinrolle 32 wird in Schritt S211 mit dem aus Schritt S210 erhaltenen Label verschlossen und aus der Vorrichtung 10 entnommen und die Restrolle 30 wird in Schritt S213 mit dem aus Schritt S212 erhaltenen Label verschlossen und aus der Vorrichtung 10 entnommen. Sodann ist der Vorgang abschlossen oder es kann erneut mit Schritt S201 oder S201' begonnen werden. Claims (15)

  1. A device (10) for cutting film-like media (20) with a first receiving means on which at least one roll (30) with a film-like medium (20) rolled thereon is attachable and/or clampable, with at least one second receiving means (50) on which at least one second roll (32) is attachable and/or clampable, wherein by means of the device (10) the film-like medium (20) is at least partially rollable off from the first roll (30) and is rollable on the second roll (32), wherein at least one cutting means (60) is provided, by which the film-like medium (20) is cuttable to length in the area between the first and the second receiving means (40, 50), wherein at least one additional clamping means (200) is provided, by which the film-like medium (20) is clampable, tensible, conveyable, and/or guidable in the area between the first and the second receiving means (40, 50) and wherein the at least one additional clamping means (200) comprises at least one driven conveyor shaft (210), wherein the film-like medium (20) is clampable, tensible, conveyable, and/or guidable between the first receiving means (40) and the at least one additional clamping means (200), characterized in that at least one position detecting means (300) is provided, by which the position of the film-like medium (20) is detectable indirectly and/or directly.
  2. The device (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one positioning means is provided, by which the film-like medium is positionable.
  3. The device (10) according to claim 2, characterized in that the positioning means comprises at least one servomotor, by which the film-like medium (20) is positionable indirectly and/or directly.
  4. The device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that by means of the at least one position detecting means (300) the position of the film-like medium (20) regarding the rolled-off-length and/or feed rate is detectable indirectly and/or directly.
  5. The device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first and/or second receiving means (40, 50) is and/or comprises a tensioning shaft (42, 52), wherein the tensioning shaft (42, 52) has at least one diameter variable portion and a tensioning means, wherein by means of the tensioning means the at least one diameter variable portion is changeable regarding a diameter and/or the at least one additional clamping means (200) has at least one impression cylinder (220), wherein the film-like medium (20) is clampable between the conveyor shaft (210) and the impression cylinder (220) and/or the at least one additional clamping means (200) has at least one deflection cylinder, by which the film-like medium (20) is at least partially deflectable.

The device (10) according to claim 5, characterized in that the positioning means comprises at least one first driving means and at least one second driving means, wherein the first driving means is an electric motor, by which the film-like medium (20) is positionable in at least one first step and wherein the second driving means is the servo motor, by which the film-like medium (20) is positionable in at least one second step.
  7. The device (10) according to any one of the claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the position detecting means (300) comprises at least one optical and/or mechanical sensing means.
  8. The device (10) according to claim 7, characterized in that the optical sensing means is an optical sensor and/or comprises at least one optical sensor, wherein by means of the optical sensor the position of the film-like medium (20) is indirectly and/or directly detectable by detecting at least one edge (25) of the film-like medium (20).
  9. The device (10) according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the mechanical sensing device is a measuring wheel and/or comprises a measuring wheel, wherein by means of the measuring wheel the position of the film-like medium (20) is detectable indirectly and/or directly by rolling off the measuring wheel on the film-like medium (20) and/or by detecting at least one edge (25) of the film-like medium (20) by means of the measuring wheel.
  10. The device (10) according to any one of the claims 4 to 9, characterized in that a first edge (25) of the film-like medium (20) is machine-detectable and/or the device (10) is calibrated relating to this first edge (25) by interacting between the at least one positioning means and the at least one position detecting means (300).
  11. The device (10) according to claim 10, characterized in that in a first step the film-like medium (20) is guidable one time or several times above the optical sensor and/or along the optical sensor by means of the servo motor, wherein the first edge (25) of the film-like medium (20) is thereby machine-detectable and/or the device (10) is calibrated relating to this first edge (25).
