Abstract

Ein Dampferzeuger (1) zur Erzeugung von überhitztem Dampf in einer Abfallverbrennungsanlage, mit einem Kesselgehäuse (2) enthaltend eine Brennkammer (4), deren Wände (18) einen Verdampfer mit von Wasser durchströmten Rohrleitungen (20) aufweist, die zur Erzeugung von Heißdampf mit bei der Verbrennung des Abfalls freigesetzter Wärmeenergie beaufschlagt werden, sowie einen Wandüberhitzer zur Erhöhung der Temperatur des Heißdampfs, welcher mehrere in der Wand (36) des Kesselgehäuses (2) aufgenommene, vom Heißdampf durchströmte Rohrleitungen (28) umfasst, die vor dem beim Verbrennungsprozess entstehenden Rauchgas (13) durch plattenförmige Elemente (32) aus einem korrosionsbeständigen Werkstoff geschützt sind, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Kesselgehäuse (2) einen die von Wasser durchströmten Rohrleitungen (20) enthaltenden Verdampfer-Gehäuseteil (24) sowie einen von diesem räumlich getrennten, die von Heißdampf durchströmten Rohrleitungen (28) enthaltenden Wandüberhitzer-Gehäuseteil (26) umfasst, wobei der Wandüberhitzer-Gehäuseteil (26) dem Verdampfer-Gehäuseteil (24) in Strömungsrichtung des Rauchgases (10) betrachtet nachgeordnet und relativ zu diesem bewegbar ist.
