Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour détecter des caractéristiques d'un objet plat, en particulier d'un billet de valeur,
    comprenant au moins une source lumineuse qui projette de la lumière sur l'objet,
    comprenant au moins un capteur qui détecte la lumière réfléchie et/ou émise par l'objet, ledit capteur étant un capteur de souris d'ordinateur optique et présentant un système de mini-caméra doté de son propre système optique, une puce de capteur bidimensionnelle, un convertisseur analogique-numérique et une interface,
    comprenant un autre capteur qui est activé pour détecter une caractéristique de sécurité de l'objet lorsque le capteur de souris d'ordinateur enregistre la présence d'un objet,
    comprenant un dispositif de transport qui transporte l'objet dans la direction de transport par rapport à la source lumineuse et au capteur.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un processeur qui analyse la lumière détectée par le capteur de souris d'ordinateur en vue de la détection des caractéristiques.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la source lumineuse est un composant d'une souris d'ordinateur optique.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une interface compatible avec un microcontrôleur.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la source lumineuse est une diode électroluminescente DEL.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la source lumineuse est un laser.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs capteurs sont juxtaposés pour constituer un dispositif détecteur multicanal.
  8. Procédé pour détecter des caractéristiques d'un objet plat, en particulier d'un billet de valeur, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    transport de l'objet au moyen d'un dispositif de transport dans une direction de transport,
    éclairement de l'objet par au moins une source lumineuse,
    détection de la lumière réfléchie et/ou émise par l'objet au moyen d'un capteur de souris d'ordinateur optique présentant un système de mini-caméra doté de son propre système optique, une puce de capteur bidimensionnelle, un convertisseur analogique-numérique et une interface,
    conversion de la lumière détectée en un ou plusieurs signaux,
    analyse des signaux pour déterminer les caractéristiques de l'objet activation d'un autre capteur pour détecter des caractéristiques de sécurité de l'objet lorsque le capteur de souris d'ordinateur enregistre la présence d'un objet.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'objet est éclairé par la source lumineuse d'une souris d'ordinateur optique.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'objet est éclairé par une lumière cohérente.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou plusieurs figures de speckle de l'objet sont analysées.
