Claims (14)
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon adapté pour être installé dans un trou d'une structure composite, comprenant:a) un manchon susceptible d'être conformé ayant une tête à une extrémité et une portion tubulaire, dans lequel la portion tubulaire a un diamètre intérieur et un diamètre extérieur, tels que le diamètre extérieur de la portion tubulaire est plus petit qu'un diamètre intérieur du trou de la structure composite, et dans lequel le manchon susceptible d'être conformé est constitué d'au moins un premier matériau ayant une dureté X; etb) un élément en forme de tige, dans lequel l'élément en forme de tige comprend au moins une tête à une extrémité, une portion de blocage à une extrémité opposée de la tête, et une portion de fût entre celles-ci, dans lequel la portion de fût, située au-dessous de la tête de la tige, a un diamètre plus grand que le diamètre intérieur de la portion tubulaire du manchon susceptible d'être conformé, et
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément en forme de tige est constitué d'au moins un second matériau ayant une dureté Y, telle que X est suffisamment inférieure à Y pour que, dans une position installée, au moins une portion dudit au moins un premier matériau du manchon susceptible d'être conformé se conforme à un contour d'une surface intérieure du trou de manière à créer un contact électrique continu au niveau d'une interface entre la surface intérieure du trou de la structure et le manchon susceptible d'être conformé,
dans lequel sous une pression de la portion de fût de l'élément en forme de tige, le manchon susceptible d'être conformé est adapté à subir une expansion radiale sur la surface intérieure du trou et former un engagement à interférence entre le diamètre extérieur du manchon et le trou de la structure composite, de manière à constituer la position installée, et
dans lequel, pour faciliter un mouvement de l'élément en forme de tige à travers le manchon susceptible d'être conformé, le dispositif de fixation comprend en outre un lubrifiant, ledit lubrifiant comprenant un matériau conducteur en film solide. - Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le matériau conducteur en film solide comprend des nanotubes en carbone à une concentration entre 0,05 à 30 % du poids total du matériau conducteur en film solide.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel X est inférieur à 100 HRB sur une échelle de Rockwell B.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la surface intérieure du trou comporte un produit de scellement quand le dispositif de fixation est dans la position installée.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon adapté à être installé dans un trou d'une structure composite, comprenant:a) un manchon susceptible d'être conformé ayant une tête à une extrémité et une portion tubulaire, ladite portion tubulaire étant constituée d'une base intérieure et d'une couche de revêtement extérieure, dans lequel la portion tubulaire a un diamètre intérieur et un diamètre extérieur, tels que le diamètre extérieur de la portion tubulaire est plus petit qu'un diamètre intérieur du trou de la structure composite, dans lequel la couche de base intérieure est constituée d'au moins un premier matériau ayant une dureté X, et dans lequel la couche de revêtement extérieure est constituée d'au moins un second matériau ayant une dureté Y; etb) un élément en forme de tige, dans lequel l'élément en forme de tige comprend au moins une tête à une extrémité, une portion de blocage à une extrémité opposée à la tête, et une portion de fût entre celles-ci, dans lequel la portion de fût, située au-dessous de la tête de la tige, a un diamètre plus grand que le diamètre intérieur de la portion tubulaire du manchon susceptible d'être conformé, et dans lequel l'élément en forme de tige est constitué d'au moins un troisième matériau ayant une dureté Z,
caractérisé en ce que
Y est suffisamment plus petit que X, et Z est égal ou supérieur à X de sorte que, dans une position installée, au moins une portion de la couche de revêtement extérieure de la portion tubulaire se conforme à un contour d'une surface intérieure du trou de manière à créer un contact électrique continu au niveau d'une interface entre la surface intérieure du trou de la structure composite et le manchon susceptible d'être conformé, dans lequel, sous une pression depuis la portion de fût de l'élément en forme de tige, le manchon susceptible d'être conformé est adapté à subir une expansion radiale sur la surface intérieure du trou pour former un engagement à interférence entre le diamètre extérieur du manchon et le trou de la structure composite, de manière à constituer la position installée. - Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la couche de revêtement extérieure est un revêtement solide fixe.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le revêtement solide fixe comprend i) au moins un matériau organique et ii) au moins un matériau de remplissage conducteur.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le revêtement solide fixe comprend un matériau en métal.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le matériau en métal comprend un ou plusieurs éléments métalliques choisis parmi un groupe comprenant argent, aluminium, or et nickel.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, dans lequel X est inférieur à 100 HRB sur une échelle Rockwell B.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon l'une des revendications 5 à 10, dans lequel la surface intérieure du trou comprend un produit de scellement quand le dispositif de fixation est dans la position installée.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon l'une des revendications 5 à 11, dans lequel, pour faciliter un mouvement de l'élément en forme de tige à travers le manchon susceptible d'être conformé, le dispositif de fixation comprend en outre un lubrifiant.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le lubrifiant comprend un matériau conducteur en film solide.
- Dispositif de fixation par interférence à manchon selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le matériau conducteur en film solide comprend des nanotubes de carbone sous une concentration entre 0,05 à 30 % d'un poids total du matériau conducteur en film solide.
