Description
The present invention relates to an attachment, in particular an attachment for construction machinery.
Construction machines generally have a working implement, such as an excavator, which is equipped with a tool carrier, for example in the form of a swivel arm. Various attachments suitable for carrying out various tasks can be mounted on this equipment carrier. Conventional attachments have for this purpose a frame which is attachable via a coupling device to the equipment carrier and on which a specific tool is provided. For the tool, a tool drive is also provided on the frame.
On construction sites often different work must be performed, which make different demands on the tools. For example, in demolition work, various structures (steel beams, concrete slabs) must be broken and / or cut, for which different tool properties are necessary. To cope with changing demands on the tools on a construction site, various approaches are already known.
The above-described system with a change of the entire attachment has the disadvantage that for each work a separate attachment must be maintained and also, for example, to replace wear parts of the tools, the entire implements must be removed. This ultimately leads to a large machine park with a correspondingly high storage, logistics and cost. In order to reduce the number of attached implements, it is therefore also known not to change the entire attachment but only the tool attached to it.
Although the last-mentioned implements with interchangeable tools lead to a reduction of the machinery, since only the tools themselves, but not the complete implements have to be kept in a larger number, disadvantageous in this solution is the relatively complex and difficult tool change itself after how leads to too long interruption times on the construction sites.
Außerdem offenbart dieIn addition, the disclosed
DieThe
It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved attachment with which a simple and quick tool change is possible.
This object is achieved by an attachment with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to the invention, it is provided that a) the two tool parts are in each case releasably connected to the tool drive or the rigid holding device on the frame via the at least one second linking device and b) the bolt of the joint can be removed at least partially from the joint by a bolt drive provided on the frame is to be able to solve the two tool parts of the joint can. Through these two measures, the tool with the two tool parts can be detached from the frame of the attachment, on the one hand, the connection between the tool parts and the tool drive via the at least one second hinge device is released and on the other hand, the bolt at least partially removed from the joint provided on the frame becomes. Since the removal of the bolt takes place via a bolt drive provided on the frame, ie, does not have to be carried out manually, the tool change can be carried out more simply and faster than with conventional attachments.
The frame of the attachment denotes the basic structure of the attachment, which is on the one hand connectable to a working implement and on the other hand carries all the components of the attachment, in particular the tool and the tool drive. He is not up a frame shape restricted in the strict sense, but can also take on housing shapes, skeleton shapes and the like.
The inventive construction of the attachment can be used for all types of tools in an advantageous manner, the two relatively movable tool parts (grippers, jaws, pliers, etc.) have. Suitable attachments to which the invention may be applied are, for example, demolition and scrap shears, demolition and scraping tongs, concrete crushing tongs, combination tongs, pulverizers, demolition and sorting grabs, and the like.
In one embodiment of the invention, the bolt of the joint of several, in the longitudinal direction of the bolt releasably interconnected bolt parts is formed, of which at least one bolt part is removable by the bolt drive from the joint. Preferably, at least two bolt parts of the bolt can be removed from the joint by the bolt drive. By dividing the bolt into a plurality of bolt parts, the bolt drive for removing the bolt from the joint can be made smaller. For example, the pin drive may comprise at least two drive elements configured to remove two pin parts of the pin from each other in opposite directions from the joint.
The bolt drive can be designed, for example, as a hydraulic bolt drive or as an electromotive bolt drive. A combination of multiple drive types is conceivable here.
In a preferred embodiment, a supply and / or control of the bolt drive by a supply or control of a drive of the attachment and / or the tool drive to be formed. In this case, a switching element is also provided for switching the supply or control, retrofitting the supplies and / or controls (eg hydraulic system) of the implement and the equipment carrier are not required. For example, since the implement does not need to be rotated during a tool change, the attachment drive hydraulics can be used to rotate the bolt drive.
To ensure a secure attachment of the tool during operation of the attachment, it is advantageous if the releasable bolt or the releasable bolt parts of the bolt is / are biased in their position (s) for holding the tool parts. Additionally or alternatively, the releasable bolt or parts may be lockable in position (s) for holding the tool parts.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the at least one second articulation device of the tool drive can be connected to the joint via at least one lever. This lever causes a guide of the movement of the second linkage, which is coupled to the tool parts.
This at least one lever can be designed, for example, rigid or adjustable in length. In the case of the length-adjustable lever, a supply and / or control of a drive for length change of the lever may be formed for example by a supply or control of the drive of the attachment and / or the tool drive. The switching of the drives takes place, for example, parallel to the switching operation for the bolt drive. By a length-adjustable lever can also be a game between the first and second engagement elements of the second link means, which can arise over time, be compensated.
In a still further embodiment of the invention, the at least one second articulation device of the tool drive can have a first engagement element provided on the tool drive and a second engagement element provided on a tool part, which is detachably engaged with the first engagement element.
In one embodiment, the one element of the first and second engagement elements may be configured as a hook-shaped engagement element and the other element of the first and second engagement elements may be configured as a rod-shaped engagement element which is removable from the hook-shaped engagement element transversely to its longitudinal direction. In another embodiment, the one element of the first and the second engagement element may be configured as a cylindrical engagement element and the other element of the first and the second engagement element as a bolt-shaped engagement element, which is removable in its longitudinal direction from the cylindrical engagement member.
For easy tool change, the tool drive, the bolt drive and / or the drive for length change of the length-adjustable lever for effecting a relative movement between the first and the second engagement element can be configured.

In addition, a hydraulic system is conventionally provided on the implement 10, which is connected to the hydraulic tool drive 20 (for moving the tool) and a hydraulic attachment drive (for rotating the attachment about its longitudinal axis) via hydraulic lines routed along the implement

At its end region facing the
If, for example, the
Links/Rechts-Richtung in
For the
Each of the two
In order to prevent inadvertent release of the
In order to be able to completely remove the
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel (vgl.
However, the
Of course, the construction of the
In the present embodiment, the
After the two
In the embodiment described above, the second linkage means 36 are connected via rigidly formed
Analogous to the
When operating the
By the length-adjustable lever can also a game between the first and
