Grundgedanke der Erfindung ist der Einsatz einer Reparaturdüse zur Ausgabe von im Kraftfahrzeugbereich verwendbaren viskosen Materialien aus einem das viskose Material enthaltenden Behälter, wie beispielsweise einer Kartusche oder einem Schlauch- oder Folienbeutel, mittels einer zugehörigen Ausgabepistole. Als Dichtelement ist erfindungsgemäß ein Dichtlippenring vorgesehen, welcher an der proximalen Seite der Reparaturdüse vorgesehen ist und bei der Befestigung der Reparaturdüse an dem Behälter mit dem Behälter derart in Kontakt gelangt, dass eine Abdichtung ermöglicht wird. Die Befestigung zwischen der Reparaturdüse und dem Behälter ist durch die präzise Gestaltung somit selbstdichtend, indem der Gewindebereich der Reparaturdüse derart gestaltet ist, dass sich die Gewindegänge bei der Montage der Reparaturdüse mit einem Behälter eng an die Flanken des korrespondierenden Gewindes des Behälters anlegen. Die Ausgabe des Materials erfolgt über eine schlitzförmige Mündungsöffnung 103, welche an einer Endkappe 108 an der distalen Produktausgabeseite 102 vorgesehen ist. Die Endkappe 108 ist in distale Richtung der Reparaturdüse 100 gewölbt und die schlitzförmige Mündungsöffnung 103 erstreckt sich über die Wölbungskuppe der gewölbten Endkappe 108. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel verläuft die Rotationsachse 106 zudem durch die schlitzförmige Mündungsöffnung 103. Mit der schlitzförmigen Mündungsöffnung 103 können Materialraupen ausgegeben werden, die eine geringe Auftragshöhe im Vergleich zur Auftragsbreite auf dem Substrat haben. Dies hat insbesondere bei einer Verklebung von Bauteilen im Kraftfahrzeugbereich große Vorteile, da eine möglichst große Fläche des Substrates mit dem auszugebenden Material versehen werden sollte, um beispielsweise eine ausreichende Klebe- und/oder Dichtwirkung zu erzielen, wobei die Dicke des Materials möglichst gering gehalten werden sollte. Durch den Einsatz der gewölbten Endkappe 108 und den Verlauf der schlitzförmigen Mündungsöffnung 103 über die Wölbungskuppe der Endkappe 108 kann zusätzlich die Ausgabe einer breiteren Materialraupe gewährleistet werden, da das auszugebende Material an den Mantelbereichen der schlitzförmigen Mündungsöffnung 103 nicht nur in axiale Richtung hinsichtlich der Rotationsachse 106, sondern auch teilweise radial nach außen hinsichtlich der Rotationsachse 106 ausgegeben werden kann.The dispensing of the material occurs via a slot-shaped mouth opening 103 provided on an
Bei der Ausgestaltung des Innengewindes 114 als erstes Dichtelement erhöhen die in dieser Ansicht nicht zu dargestellten Montagehilfen und/oder Verstärkungsrippen 111 die Dichtfunktion durch die Versteifung zusätzlich. Die Kartuschenpistole 300 weist einen Handgriff 301 auf, der eine Bedienungs- und Führungsmöglichkeit der Kartuschenpistole 300 für den Anwender bereitstellt. Hierfür beinhaltet der Handgriff 301 einen Griffbereich 306, der mit rutschhemmenden Mitteln ausgestattet sein oder eine ergonomische Form aufweisen kann, um dem Anwender einen sicheren Halt bei der Arbeit mit dem System bereitzustellen. Der Handgriff 301 ist mit einem Trägerbereich 304 ausgestattet an dem eine Aufnahmeeinheit 303 mit dem Handgriff 301 verbunden ist. Die Aufnahmeeinheit 303 weist eine hohlzylindrische Form auf und dient zur Aufnahme des mit dem auszugebenden Material 315 gefüllten Behälters 313. Die Produktausgabe erfolgt an einem Abgabeende 310 der Aufnahmeeinheit 303. Hierfür ist am Handgriff 301 eine Dosiereinrichtung 302 vorgesehen, mittels derer der Anwender die Ausgabe des in dem Behälter 313 enthaltenen Materials 315 regulieren kann. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel handelt es sich um eine pneumatisch wirkende Kartuschenpistole 300, wobei die Ausgabe des Materials 315 über den Einsatz von Druckluft ermöglicht wird. Hierfür ist am Handgriff 301 ein Druckluftanschluss 307 vorgesehen. An diesen Druckluftanschluss 307 kann der Anwender ein Druckmedium, beispielsweise einen Kompressor anschließen. Zur Regulierung des Druckes ist am Handgriff 301 ein Druckregler 308 angebracht. Mittels eines am Handgriff 301 vorgesehenen Manometers 309 kann der Anwender den an der Kartuschenpistole 300 anliegenden und über den Druckregler 308 eingestellten Druck ablesen. Zur Regulierung des Druckes zur Applikation des auszugebenden Materials 315 kann die Dosiereinheit 302 über einen Betätigungshebel 305 bedient werden, welcher am Handgriff 301 angebracht ist und in Richtung des Handgriffs 301 verschwenkt werden kann. Über den Grad der Verschwenkung des Betätigungshebels 305 und den eingestellten Luftdruck am Druckregler 308 kann die Ausgabe des in dem Behälter 313 befindlichen Materials 315 reguliert werden. In der Aufnahmeeinheit 303 ist zur Ausgabe des Materials 315 ein nicht gezeigtes Vortriebselement vorgesehen, welches innerhalb der Aufnahmeeinheit 303 verschoben werden kann. Durch eine Beaufschlagung von Druck auf das Vortriebselement wird selbiges verschoben und drückt der in der Aufnahmeeinheit 303 angeordneten Behälter 313 mit dem auszugebenden Material 315 in Richtung Abgabeende 310 der Aufnahmeeinheit 303. Die Aufnahmeeinheit 303 weist am Abgabeende 310 eine Verschlusskappe 311 auf. Diese Verschlusskappe 311 wird im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel über ein Schraubgewinde mit der zylindrischen Aufnahmeeinheit 303 verbunden und weist eine mit der hohlzylindrischen Form der Aufnahmeeinheit 303 konzentrisch fluchtende Öffnung 312 auf. Über diese Öffnung 312 kann das Material 315 aus dem in der Aufnahmeeinheit 303 befindlichen Behälter 313 ausgegeben werden.
Zur Bereitstellung des Systems zur Aufnahme der Arbeit wird die Reparaturdüse 100 mit dem Behälter 313 verbunden. Hierfür weist der Behälter 313 ein Außengewinde 314 auf, welches mit dem korrespondierenden Innengewinde der Reparaturdüse 100 in Eingriff gebracht werden kann. Zur Aufnahme der Arbeit mit dem System wird der Behälter 313 in den Hohlraum der Aufnahmeeinheit 313 derart eingebracht, dass die Reparaturdüse 100 aus der Aufnahmeeinheit 303 herausragt. Im Anschluss wird die Verschlusskappe 311 über den die Reparaturdüse 100 geschoben und über die oben beschriebene Schraubverbindung mit der Aufnahmeeinheit 303 verbunden. Die Reparaturdüse 100 ragt im eingebauten Zustand mit durch die Öffnung 311 aus der Aufnahmeeinheit 313 heraus. Durch Beaufschlagung von Druck auf das nicht gezeigte Vortriebselement zur Ausgabe des Materials 315 wird der Behälter 313 in Richtung des Abgabeendes 310 gedrückt und stütz sich an der Verschlusskappe 311 ab. Der wirkende Druck bewegt aufgrund der Abstützung nicht den Behälter 313 mitsamt der Reparaturdüse 100, sondern bewegt das Vortriebselement innerhalb des Behälters 313, so dass das auszugebende Material 315 aus dem Behälter 313 ausgepresst wird, in den Produktkanal der Reparaturdüse 100 gelangt und schließlich über die schlitzförmigen Mündungsöffnung 103 ausgegeben werden kann.To provide the system for commencing work, the
Der Mantelbereich 204 weist nicht gezeigte Verstärkungsrippen auf und ist an der Seite der proximalen Produktzuführseite 201 mit einem Innengewinde 211 versehen, mit dem die Reparaturdüse 200 an einem Behälter mit einem korrespondierenden Außengewinde montiert werden kann. Bei dem Innengewinde 211 handelt es sich um ein oben beschriebenes Präzisionsgewinde welches über einen Dichtbereich 212 ein erstes Dichtelement bereitstellt. Weiter ist im Bereich der proximalen Produktzuführseite 201 ein Dichtlippenring 209 als weiteres Dichtelement vorgesehen. Dieser umschließt dabei ringförmig die Produktzuführöffnung 216 und erstreckt sich in proximale Richtung. Durch die proximale Erstreckung steht der Dichtlippenring 209 bei einer Befestigung der Reparaturdüse 200 auf einem Behälter in Richtung des Behälters vor. Die Erstreckung des Dichtlippenrings 209 ist dabei derart gestaltet, dass dieser bei der Befestigung der Reparaturdüse 200 mit dem Behälter in Kontakt gelangt und so eine Abdichtung zwischen Reparaturdüse 200 und Behälter bewirkt. Selbstverständlich ist es denkbar, dass die Reparaturdüse 200 nur eines der beschriebenen Dichtelemente aufweist.The
Claims (10)
- A repair nozzle (100, 200) for dispensing viscous materials (315), usable in the automotive field, from a container (313) containing the same by means of an associated dispensing gun (300), having a proximal product input side (101, 201), means (114, 211) for detachably fastening the repair nozzle (100, 200) to the container (313), and at least one sealing element (109, 209) for providing a sealing option between the repair nozzle (100, 200) and the container (313) during the dispensing of material, wherein the sealing element (109, 209) is provided at the proximal product input side (101, 201) at a product input opening (116, 216) and is designed as a sealing lip ring (109, 209) extending in the proximal direction, and wherein a distal product output side (102, 202) having a discharge opening is provided, characterized in that the discharge opening is a slotted discharge opening (103, 203) for dispensing a material bead, and wherein a product channel (105) is provided for transporting the viscous material (315) from the product input side (101) to the product output side (102), and an end cap (108) having the slotted discharge opening (103) is integrally molded onto the product output side (102) and is convexly curved in the distal direction of the repair nozzle (100).
- The repair nozzle (100, 200) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the sealing lip ring has a cross section in the shape of a triangle, and one vertex of the triangle points in the proximal direction.
- The repair nozzle (100, 200) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that protruding ribs (110, 111) for reinforcing the fastening means (114, 211) and/or for facilitating the fastening of the repair nozzle (100, 200) to the container (313) are provided on a casing area (104, 204), at least in the area of the fastening means (114, 211).
- The repair nozzle (100, 200) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a guide projection (112) for simplifying a guiding option of the repair nozzle (100, 200) along an edge is integrally molded onto the casing area (104, 204).
- The repair nozzle (100, 200) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a collar (107, 207) for supporting the repair nozzle (100, 200) on the container (313) is integrally molded onto the proximal product input side (101, 201).
- The repair nozzle (100, 200) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the area bordering the product input opening (116, 216) is beveled to allow easy mounting of the repair nozzle (100, 200) on a container (313).
- The repair nozzle (100) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the slotted discharge opening (103) extends over a curved dome of the convexly curved end cap (108).
- The repair nozzle (100, 200) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the product channel (105, 205) has a design, at least in areas, which is rotationally symmetrical about an axis of rotation (106, 206).
- The repair nozzle (100, 200) according to Claim 8, characterized in that the slotted discharge opening (103, 203) extends over the axis of rotation (106, 206) of the product channel (105, 205).
- A repair system for restoring structures in the automotive field, comprising a repair nozzle (100, 200) according to one of Claims 1 to 9, a dispensing gun (300), and a container (313) containing a viscous material (315).
