Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Anordnung zum Erzeugen von Mikrowellen-Impulsen hoher Energie, insbesondere auf Basis der HPEM-Technologie. Zur Lösung der Aufgabe, einerseits die Energiedichte von Impulsen zu erhöhen, andererseits die Kompaktheit der betreffenden Geräte noch zu steigern, schlägt die vorliegende Erfindung vor, im Bereich der Antenne (4) eine großflächige Anordnung einer Vielzahl von vorzugsweise nichtlinearen Halbleiterbauelementen (5) zur Impulsformung einzusetzen.
