Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Scherpaketierpresse (1), umfassend einen seitlichen Vorverdichter (2), der entlang einer Ebene (21) verschiebbar gelagert ist, einen kopfseitigen Pressdeckel (3), der zur Ebene (21) hin bis mindestens zu einem oberen Rand des seitlichen Vorverdichters (2) schwenkbar gelagert ist, einen Vorschubstempel (4), der senkrecht zum seitlichen Vorverdichter (2) unter dem eingeschwenkten Pressdeckel (3) verschiebbar gelagert ist, und einen fluchtend in einer Verschieberichtung des Vorschubstempels (4) angeordneten, senkrecht dazu auf- und niederfahrbaren Niederhalter (5), einen dem Niederhalter (5) in Verschieberichtung des Vorschubstempels (4) nachgeordneten, ebenfalls senkrecht auf- und niederfahrbaren Scherbalken (6), sowie einen Pressraum (7), der durch eine maximale Auslenkungsposition des seitlichen Vorverdichters (2) und eine Auslenkungsposition des eingeschwenkten Pressdeckels (3) sowie eine Ausgangsposition des Vorschubstempels (4) und eine Ausgangsposition des Niederhalters (5) mitdefiniert ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Pressraum (7) relativ zur Ebene (21) mit einer vertieften Grundfläche (71) ausgebildet ist. Dadurch kann unter anderem in Bezug auf eine Paketierfunktion eine hohe Paketdichte erreicht werden.
