Claims (8)

  1. A device for generating hoses (22) or hose sections (20), from which bags, preferably paper bags, can be produced, wherein the hoses (22) or the hose sections (20) comprise at least a material layer (4, 5, 6, 15), preferably at least a paper layer, wherein the device comprises the following components:
    - an unwinding apparatus for unwinding at least one material web (4, 5, 6, 15) from a roll of web material (1, 2, 3)
    - an apparatus (16, 17, 30) for providing at least one edge area of each material web (1, 2, 3) with a glue
    - a hose forming apparatus (18), with which the edge area provided with glue can be folded over onto the second edge area and thus can be fastened,
    wherein in the device the hoses (22) or hose pieces (20) can be provided with air-permeable channels,
    characterized in that
    the apparatus (16, 17, 30) for providing at least one edge area of each material web (1, 2, 3) with glue comprises glue application valves (31), wherein at least two glue application valves (31) are assigned to each material web (1, 2, 3), with which interrupted traces of glue (41, 42, 51, 52, 61, 62) can be generated, wherein the interruptions (44, 54, 64) form air-permeable channels.
  2. A device according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that
    at least one nozzle plate (33) is provided, to which the at least two glue application valves (31) assigned to a material web, are assigned.
  3. A device according to the preceding claim,
    characterized in that
    the at least one nozzle plate (33) is displaceable relative to the machine frame.
  4. A device according to one of the two preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    at least two nozzle plates (33) are provided, which are displaceable relative to each other.
  5. A device according to any one of the preceding claims
    characterized in that
    at least two of the following positions are provided, between which the glue valves (31) and/or the nozzle plate (33) can be pivoted:
    - glue application position,
    - flushing- and maintenance position,
    - service position.
  6. A device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a computing- and control device is provided, which controls the opening- and closing processes of the glue application valves (31).
  7. A device according to the preceding claim,
    characterized in that
    with the computing- and control device the opening- and closing times of the glue application valves (31) can be calculated from a predetermined appearance of the air-permeable channels.
  8. A method for generating hoses (22) or hose sections (20), from which bags, preferably paper bags, can be produced, wherein the hoses (22) or the hose sections (20) comprise at least a material layer (4, 5, 6, 15), preferably at least a paper layer, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
    - unwinding at least one material web (4, 5, 6, 15) from a roll of web material (1, 2, 3) in an unwinding apparatus,
    - providing at least one edge area of each material web (4, 5, 6, 15) with a glue,
    - folding over and fastening the edge area provided with glue onto the second edge area in a hose forming apparatus (18),
    wherein the hoses (22) or hose pieces (20) are provided with air-permeable channels,
    characterized in that
    on each material web (4, 5, 6, 15) with at least two glue application valves (31) at least two interrupted traces of glue (41, 42, 51, 52, 61, 62) are generated, wherein the interruptions (44, 54, 64) form air-permeable channels.
