In Fig. 1 ist in rein schematischer Darstellung eine Waschmaschine 1, mit einem Laugenbehälter 2 dargestellt. Die Positions- und Richtungsangaben beziehen sich auf die betriebsgemäße Aufstellposition der Waschmaschine 1. Innerhalb des Laugenbehälters 2 ist eine über eine horizontale oder geneigte Achse drehbar gelagerte und über einen elektrischen Motor 13 angetriebene Trommel 3 angeordnet, die die im Laugenbehälter 2 bzw. in der Trommel 3 befindlichen Wäschestücke 8 bewegt. Die Trommel 3 ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel aus Edelstahl hergestellt und mit einer Vielzahl an Löchern 25 (Fig. 3) für die Durchflutung versehen. Das Gehäuse 4 hat eine Beladungsöffnung 9, über die das Innere der Trommel 3 durch die Dichtungsmanschette 6 hindurch erreichbar ist. Die Beladungsöffnung 9 ist mittels der Tür 5 verschließbar. Im unteren Bereich des Laugenbehälters 2 ist die Waschflüssigkeit 7, welche zum Reinigen oder Behandeln der Wäsche 8 benötigt wird. Zur Erwärmung oder zum Erhitzen der Flüssigkeit 7 ist im unteren Bereich des Laugenbehälters 2 ein Heizkörper 10 angeordnet. Im oberen Bereich der Maschine 1 ist ein Einlassventil 15 skizziert, welches das Einlaufen des Wassers aus dem Versorgungsnetz steuert. Über den Einspülkasten 11 wird das Wasser über das Verbindungsrohr 14 in den Laugenbehälter 2 geleitet, wobei im Einspülkasten 11 eingegebenes Waschmittel mit in den Laugenbehälter 2 gespült wird. Unterhalb des Laugenbehälters ist eine Ablaufeinrichtung 12 angeordnet, die die verbrauchte Waschflüssigkeit oder das Spülwasser 7 aus dem Laugenbehälter 2 zur Ablaufleitung 16 herausführt, die in der Regel in einen Abwasserkanal mündet. Die Steuereinrichtung 17 steuert den Wassereinlauf 15, die Aktivität der Ablaufeinrichtung 12 und den Antriebsmotor 13, der über das Leistungsteil oder einen Frequenzumrichter 18 bestromt wird.In Fig. 1 is a purely schematic representation of a washing machine 1, shown with a tub 2. Die Schöpfrippen 21 sind im Profil V-förmig oder parabelförmig geformt. Die Trommel 3 ist gelocht, wobei die Löcher 25 (Fig. 3) zwischen den gewölbten Segmenten 22 angeordnet sind und einen Durchmesser von etwa 1,8 bis 2,5 mm, vorzugsweise 2 mm, haben. Der Trommelmantel 19 ist hierbei in drei Abschnitte 26 unterteilt, die durch die Schöpfrippen 21 unterteilt sind. Hierbei ist in jedem Abschnitt 26 eine Struktur von mehreckigen Segmenten 22, in diesem Beispiel 6-eckig, ausgebildet, die mit ihren Konturen 22a (Fig. 3) zu ihren jeweils benachbarten Segmenten 22 beabstandet angeordnet sind und eine wabenartige Anordnung bilden.In Fig. 2 the drum 3 is shown, which consists of a jacket 19 and two opposite end walls 20, wherein here for better illustration of the inside of the jacket 19, the front end face is removed. Claims (9)

  1. Drum (3) for a washing machine (1) having a suds container (2), in which the drum (3) can be rotatably mounted via a horizontal or inclined shaft (7), comprising a cylindrical casing (19) which is delimited by means of an end wall (20), the casing (19) comprising a structure made up of domes which face the inside of the drum and consist of individual domed segments (22) and webs (24) formed between the segments (22), and further comprising holes (25) to allow washing liquid to enter, the domes (22) being arranged so as to form a net-like structure of the webs (24), the webs (24) having star points or points of intersection (27), characterised in that the holes (25) are arranged in the webs (24) in such a way that the webs are free of holes in the regions of the star points (27) or intersections.
  2. Drum according to claim 1, characterised in that, in each case in the region from 1/4 to 1/3 of the entire web length (SL) produced by the spacing between two central points of two adjacent star points (2) or intersections (27), the holes (25) are remotely arranged in the web (24), remote from a central point of an intersection (27).
  3. Drum according to claim 1, characterised in that the domed segments (22) each have a polygonal shape, the edge contours of two adjacent segments (22) being spaced apart with respect to one another in order to form a web (24).
  4. Drum according to claim 3, characterised in that the regions of the corner points of the edge contours are free from holes.
  5. Drum according to claim 3, characterised in that the corners (22a) of the polygonal, domed segments (22) are rounded off with a radius in the range of from 2 to 10 mm.
  6. Drum according to claim 5, characterised in that the holes (25) are each arranged in the region of a web (24) in which a respective rounding-off starts.
  7. Drum according to claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the surface area of a domed segment (22) on the casing (19) is approximately 1000 to 2500 mm2.
  8. Drum according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the width (SB) of the webs (24) between the domed segments (22) is in the range of from 3 to 5 mm.
  9. Drum according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the holes (25) have a diameter (d) in the range of from 1/3 of the web width (SB) up to the entire web width (SB).
