Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Schmierfett auf das bewegliche Teil von Schienenweichen, enthaltend:
    - eine Trägerstruktur (9);
    - wenigstens ein Aufbringelement (13), montiert an der Trägerstruktur (9) und enthaltend einen Kontaktabschnitt (14), an welchem während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung eine Zunge (2) von einem Weichensatz (3) anliegen kann, wenn sich die Zunge in einer Nicht-Betriebsposition befindet; und
    - Zuführmittel (15) zum Zuführen des Fettes an den Kontaktabschnitt (14).
  2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktabschnitt (14) eine Kontaktfläche (17) enthält, welche in der Lage ist, während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung an einer Seitenfläche der Zunge (2) anzuliegen, und dass er ebenfalls wenigstens eine Vertiefung (18) enthält, eingearbeitet in die genannte Fläche, und die praktisch direkt gegenüber der Zunge (2) positioniert werden kann, wobei die Zuführmittel (15) auf solche Weise an die Vertiefung (18) angeschlossen sind, dass sie an diese Fett abgeben können.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringelement (13) wenigstens einen Abschnitt enthält, welcher die Kontaktfläche (17) bildet, hergestellt aus elastisch komprimierbaren Material.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ebenfalls wenigstens einen Fühler (26) enthält, um während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung das Vorhandensein der an dem Kontaktabschnitt (14) anliegenden Zunge (2) zu erfassen, sowie Steuermittel (27), die betrieblich dem Fühler (26) und den Zuführmitteln (15) zugeordnet sind, um das Zuführen von Fett zu ermöglichen, je nachdem was der Fühler (26) erfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fühler (26) ein elektromagnetischer, optischer, mechanischer oder ein Ultraschall-Fühler (26) ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Aufbringelement (13) im Verhältnis zu der Trägerstruktur (9) zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer Betriebsposition bewegen kann, wobei der Druck der Zunge (2) auf den Kontaktabschnitt (14) während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung in der Lage ist, das Verschieben des Aufbringelementes (13) aus der Ruheposition in die Betriebsposition zu bewirken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ebenfalls elastische Mittel (25) enthält, eingesetzt zwischen der Trägerstruktur (9) und dem Aufbringelement (13), um während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung das Aufbringelement (13) im Falle des Fehlens der Zunge (2) in die Ruheposition zu verschieben.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführmittel (15) einen Fettbehälter enthalten, sowie eine Pumpe, angeschlossen an den Behälter und an eine Abgabeleitung (16), welche wiederum ebenfalls an das Aufbringelement (13) angeschlossen ist.
  9. Weichensatz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Aufbringvorrichtung (1) enthält, hergestellt nach einem jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche.
  10. Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Schmierfett auf die Zungen von Weichen, welche beweglich sind zwischen einer Betriebsposition, in welcher sich die Zungen im Kontakt mit einer Anschlagschiene (7) befinden, und einer NichtBetriebsposition, in welcher sie von dieser abstehend sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Betriebsphasen enthält
    - wenn sich die Zunge (2) in ihrer Nicht-Betriebposition befindet, sie in Kontakt mit einem Aufbringelement (13) zu bringen, wobei wenigstens ein Teil ihrer zu fettenden Fläche an einem Kontaktabschnitt (14) des Aufbringelementes (13) anliegt;
    - Benutzung des Aufbringelementes (13), um Fett auf wenigstens einen Teil der zu fettenden Fläche aufzubringen, während sie an der Kontaktfläche (17) anliegt, so dass, wenn sie anschliessend in ihre Betriebsposition zurückläuft, die Zunge (2) wenigstens einen Teil des Fettes, mit dem sie in Kontakt gekommen ist, mitnimmt.
