Description

The invention relates to a method for pumping out a liquid from a water-conducting domestic appliance, in particular from a household dishwasher, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Domestic water appliances, such as domestic dishwashers, include a recirculating pump for circulating liquid to allow them to spray such as e.g. supply rotating spray arms, which can be applied to be cleaned dishes with liquid. In order to promote the liquid after completion of such a cleaning process from the water-conducting household appliance, a drain pump is provided which can be connected to a house-side sewage disposal system. For this purpose, in addition to the drain pump, at least temporarily, the circulating pump is operated in parallel, i. There is a simultaneous operation of both pumps instead. This will ensure that an abrupt stop of the recirculation pump prevents a reverse flow from occurring in channels connecting the recirculation pump to the spraying equipment for spraying items to be cleaned, which may cause the liquid to flow back through the liquid during operation forming filter cake on filter devices for the separation of dirt and particles is redissolved and suspended, with the result that the separated particles and dirt particles get back into the circulation to supply the spraying and thus re-pollute the dishes.

For example, in this context, the EP 1 882 438 A1 referenced, which discloses a corresponding Haushaltsgesrhirrspülmaschine. In order to ensure effective cleaning of the filter, it is proposed that the emptying of the washing liquid takes place at least initially running circulation pump. Here again, however, both the circulation pump and the drain pump are in operation, so that the solution results in increased energy consumption of the system.

It is therefore an object of the invention to show technical alternatives with which such Rückanschmutzung of Spolgut can be reliably prevented. The object of the invention is based on a method for pumping out a liquid from a water-conducting household appliance, in particular a domestic dishwasher, during which at least temporarily water is conveyed for operating a drain pump from the water-conducting household appliance and at least water is temporarily circulated to operate a circulating pump.

According to the invention it is provided that the rotational speed of the circulating pump is lowered before start-up of the drain pump substantially pressure surge free of a maximum speed at least up to a minimum speed. This allows in a surprisingly simple way to prevent Rückanschmutzung, as by a continuous reduction in the speed of the circulation pump before commissioning the drain pump, the liquid level can be lowered so far that no detachment of the filter cake can be done by flowing back liquid amounts, since no flow reversal causing pressure surge that could solve a filter cake from a filter device.

It is provided in a development that the rotational speed of the circulating pump is reduced before operating the drain pump in at least two steps.

In a further development, it is provided that the rotational speed of the circulation pump is reduced in the first step before starting up the drain pump from a maximum speed to a minimum speed. This is a particularly simple embodiment, which requires a particularly low expenditure on equipment.

It is provided in a further development that in a first step, the speed of the circulation pump from the maximum speed to the minimum speed is reduced at least temporarily linear, i. at a constant rate over time. However, the number of revolutions of the circulation pump from the maximum speed to the minimum speed may also be reduced correspondingly stepwise with a plurality of steps or an exponential function.

Ferner ist in einer Weiterbildung vorgesehen, dass die Drehzahl der Umwälzpumpe im Wesentlichen in einer Zeitdauer von 3 bis 30 Sekunden, insbesondere in einerFurthermore, it is provided in a development that the rotational speed of the circulating pump substantially in a period of 3 to 30 seconds, in particular in one

Time of 10 to 15 seconds, is reduced from the maximum speed to the minimum speed. This makes it possible to exclude a Rückanschmutzung and at the same time to leave the duration of an Abpumpvorgangs almost unchanged.

In a further development, it is provided that in a second step, the speed is reduced from 0 to the minimum speed. That is, the operation of the circulation pump is completely stopped. Thus, the duration of the pumping process can be reduced to a minimum. It is provided in a development that after the second step by operating the drain pump, an amount of liquid is pumped out. That is, there is no simultaneous or simultaneous operation of the drain pump and the circulation pump instead.

It is provided in a development that an amount of substantially between 0.5 and 3 liters, in particular between 1 and 2 liters, is pumped.

It is provided in a development that after deactivation of the drain pump, the circulation pump is operated. That is, the operation of the circulation pump is interrupted during the Abpumpvorgangs at least once of a phase during which an Abpumpvorgang is performed with the drain pump.

It is provided in a development that the circulating pump is at least temporarily operated at a medium speed, which is between the maximum speed and the minimum speed at which the circulation pump is operated. Thus, in particular unwanted noise emissions are avoided by conveying air, since the circulation pump is operated at a speed that is matched to the remaining amount of residual water in water-bearing household appliance.

It is provided in a development that the dishwasher is operated during operation with the medium speed in a lower basket spray. That is, the dishwasher has an upper and a lower spray, each associated with an upper and a lower Geschinicorb, with an operation is possible, in which either only the upper basket with its associated sprayer or the lower basket with its associated Sprayer is operated. This ensures that any residues of dirt that have come loose, are transported back to the filter device.

It is provided in a development that the circulating pump is operated substantially for a period of time between 5 and 60 seconds, in particular between 10 and 30 seconds.

Furthermore, it is provided in a development that the rotational speed of the circulating pump is reduced in at least two steps when the circulating pump is operated after deactivation of the drain pump. As a result, a cleaning of the filter device can be effected.

It is also provided in a further development to reduce the speed of the circulation pump in a first step before operating the drain pump from the average speed to a minimum speed, wherein in a development, the speed of the circulation pump from the central speed to the minimum speed is at least temporarily reduced. However, the number of revolutions of the circulating pump from the center speed to the minimum speed may be gradually reduced by a plurality of steps or an exponential function.

In a further development, it is provided that the rotational speed of the circulating pump is reduced from the maximum rotational speed to the minimum rotational speed essentially in a time duration of 3 to 60 seconds, in particular in a time duration of 8 to 12 seconds.

It is further provided in a development, in a second step to reduce the speed from the center speed to 0, i. to end the second step by stopping the circulation pump.

In a further development, it is provided that, after the second step, a second quantity of liquid is pumped out by operating the drain pump. In this case, the second amount of liquid is less than the first amount of liquid.

In a further development it is provided that the maximum speed substantially between 2000 and 3000 revolutions per minute, in particular between 2300 and 2700 per minute, is chosen. This allows an energy-efficient operation of the circulation pump with simultaneously reduced noise emission.

It is further provided in a development that the minimum speed is selected substantially between 1200 and 1800 revolutions per minute, in particular between 1300 and 1700 revolutions per minute.

It is provided in a development that the average speed is selected substantially between 1500 and 2000 revolutions per minute, in particular between 1700 and 2300 revolutions per minute. This allows an energy-efficient operation of the circulation pump at the same time reduced noise emission, since the speed of the correspondingly reduced amount of liquid in the water-bearing household appliance is adjusted, so as to ensure that no air bubbles are sucked by the circulation pump, which has an undesirable noise.

Finally, it is provided in a development that the drain pump and the circulation pump are controlled by a power electronics of the control electronics. That is, it is only a power electronics provided, which is used alternately to control the lye and circulation pump. Thus, a power electronics can be saved, which reduces the component requirements. In this case, the power electronics may, for example, be designed to control pump motors designed as BLDC motors.

Furthermore, the object of the invention is achieved by a water-conducting household appliance, in particular a domestic dishwasher, at least comprising a drain pump with which at least temporarily water from the water-conducting household appliance can be conveyed and at least comprising a circulating pump, is circulated with the liquid in the water-conducting household appliance, and with control means for driving the drain pump and the circulation pump, wherein according to the invention it is provided that the control means are designed for substantially pressure shock-free lowering the speed of the circulating pump from a maximum speed to at least a minimum speed before the start of the drain pump.

The invention is explained below with reference to two drawings, in which:
Fig. 1
a schematic representation of a water-conducting household appliance,
Fig. 2
a schematic representation of an embodiment of a method according to the invention for pumping a liquid from a water-conducting household appliance.

It will be initially on the FIG. 1 Referenced.

A water-conducting household appliance embodied as a domestic dishwasher GS in the present exemplary embodiment has an interior space IR serving as a washing container, which can be opened or closed for loading and unloading by means of a door (not shown) pivotably hinged to the household dishwasher GS. In the interior IR of the domestic dishwasher GS baskets GK are provided for receiving items to be cleaned, which can be pulled out of the interior IR of the household dishwasher GS to facilitate loading and unloading.

In order to clean the items to be stored in the dishwashing baskets GK sprayers are provided in the interior IR of the household dishwasher GS as spraying arms SA applied to liquid with liquid, which may be, for example, with detergents or with rinse aid added water so as to effect a cleaning effect or streak-free drying of the items to be washed. The liquid flowing down from the items to be washed collects in a pump sump PS, which is arranged in the bottom area of the interior IR of the domestic dishwasher GS. In the pump sump PS also a filter device (not shown) is provided, with the dirt or particles can be separated from the circulating liquid.

The spray arms SA are fluidly connected via a supply line ZL with a circulation pump UP, which is arranged in a floor assembly BO below the interior IR of the household dishwasher GS next to other components of the household dishwasher GS. In operation, i. when the circulation pump UP is running, the circulation pump UP sucks the liquid accumulating in the pump sump PS and delivers it through the supply line ZL to the spray arms SA. In order to heat the liquid circulated by the operation of the circulation pump UP, the circulation pump UP in the present exemplary embodiment has an integrated water heater WZ for heating the liquid. Alternatively, a separate instantaneous water heater or another water heater may be provided for heating the liquid. For emptying the interior IR of the domestic dishwasher GS a drain pump LP is provided, which is also in liquid-conducting connection with the pump sump PS and can be connected to a disposal line EL to a home-side disposal network.

Furthermore, the household dishwasher GS has control electronics SE designed as control means, which are formed by means of conduit (not shown) for driving the circulating pump and the drain pump LP. For this purpose, the control electronics SE can be designed to control drive motors, designed as BLDC motors, of the circulation pump UP and drain pump LP. A corresponding power electronics (not shown) may be provided for each of the pumps or only one power electronics for both pumps, so that a power electronics for alternating activation of the drain pump LP or the circulation pump UP can be used.

It will now be on the FIGS. 1 and 2 taken together.

At the beginning of the Abpumpvorganges the speed of the circulation pump UP is reduced from a maximum speed nMax linear during a first scrap I from the time t0 starting to the time t1 to a minimum speed nMin. Subsequently, in a step II, the rotational speed of nMin is reduced to zero, ie the circulation pump is stopped. This ensures that there can be no detachment and no flooding of a filter cake on the filter device, since the amount of liquid flowing back can no longer reach a level approaching the filter device.

Subsequently, a first Abpumpvorgang AP1, which extends from the time t1 to the time t2 and during which, for example, a quantity of 0.5 to 3 liters is pumped out. During the first Abpumpphase AP1 only the drain pump LP is in operation, while the circulation pump UP is deactivated and therefore has the speed 0.

Subsequently, after completion of the first pumping out phase AP1, the drain pump LP is deactivated and the circulation pump UP is reactivated. It is operated for this purpose with a medium speed nUk. At the same time, the domestic dishwasher GS is operated in a lower basket washing operation, in which only the lower spray arm SA of the two spray arms SA is operated.

Subsequently, in a step III for filter cleaning, the rotational speed of the circulation pump UP is linearly reduced from the average speed nUk to the minimum speed nMin. In a further step IV, the rotational speed at time t3 is then reduced from the minimum rotational speed nMin to 0, ie the circulation pump UP is stopped.

It is followed by a second Abpumpphase AP2, which extends from the time t3 to the time t4 and during which by sole operation of the drain pump LP a residual amount of water is conveyed from the domestic dishwasher GS, this second amount of liquid is less than the first amount of liquid, which was pumped out of the water-bearing household appliance during the first pumping-down phase AP1.

Then the household dishwasher GS is ready for refilling.
