un réseau de structures tubulaires (106, 206) destiné à un environnement de fluide en circulation (112), le réseau comprenant :au moins une structure interne tubulaire (106E) à une position centrale du réseau ;au moins huit structures externes tubulaires (106A, 106B, 106C, 106D, 106F, 106G, 106H, 106I) formant une périphérie du réseau ; etdes dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex (114, 220, 222, 614) sur au moins deux des structures tubulaires (106A, 106B, 106C, 106D, 106E, 106F, 106G, 106H, 106I), y compris des dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex (114, 220, 222, 614) sur au moins deux des structures externes tubulaires (106A, 106C), les structures tubulaires étant couplées les unes aux autres à une pluralité d'emplacements suivant une longueur des structures tubulaires, au moins une extrémité des structures tubulaires étant destinée à être connectée à un navire flottant, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux des structures externes tubulaires (106B, 106D) ne comportent pas de dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex (VIV), et en ce que les structures externes tubulaires qui comportent des dispositifs de suppression de VIV sont sensiblement entrecoupés, entrelacés ou sinon décalés par rapport aux au moins deux des structures externes tubulaires qui ne comportent pas de dispositifs de suppression de VIV. - Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le réseau de structures tubulaires se trouve, lors de l'utilisation, à l'intérieur d'un plan d'eau.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel les dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex sont installés sur 20 à 80 % de structures tubulaires.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel les dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex sont installés sur 30 à 60 % de structures tubulaires.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel les dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex sont installés sur 40 à 65 % de structures externes tubulaires.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex sont choisis parmi les virures (220) et les carénages (222) .
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex comprennent au moins deux types différents de dispositifs (220, 222).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel une première structure (106B) du réseau de structures tubulaires a un diamètre d'au moins 20 % plus grand qu'une seconde structure (106C) du réseau de structures tubulaires.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les structures tubulaires comprennent un tubulaire, chaque tubulaire comprenant une ouverture à travers celui-ci pour le transport d'un fluide.
- Procédé de liquéfaction de gaz naturel ou de gazéification de gaz naturel liquéfié, comprenant :la fourniture d'un système marin comprenant une usine flottante de gaz naturel liquéfié sur/dans une surface d'un océan (104), et la fourniture d'un réseau de structures tubulaires (106, 606), le réseau comprenant au moins une structure interne (106E) à une position centrale du réseau, et au moins huit structures externes tubulaires (106A, 106B, 106C, 106D, 106F, 106G, 106H, 106I) formant une périphérie du réseau, les structures tubulaires comprenant des premières extrémités qui sont connectées à l'usine flottante de gaz naturel liquéfié et des secondes extrémités qui font saillie généralement vers le bas dans l'océan et la fourniture de dispositifs de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex (114, 220, 222, 614) sur au moins deux des structures externes tubulaires, l'accouplement des structures les unes aux autres à une pluralité d'emplacements suivant une longueur des structures ;l'utilisation des structures tubulaires comme colonnes montantes de prise d'eau pour amener l'eau de l'océan à l'usine flottante de gaz naturel liquéfié ;le refroidissement et la liquéfaction du gaz naturel à l'aide de l'installation flottante de gaz naturel liquéfié, l'eau étant entrée dans les échangeurs de chaleur de l'installation flottante de gaz naturel liquéfié afin d'aider à liquéfier le gaz naturel ou l'utilisation de l'eau de l'installation flottante de gaz naturel liquéfié pour chauffer et gazéifier le gaz naturel liquéfié, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux des structures externes tubulaires (106B) ne comportent pas de dispositif de suppression de vibrations induites par vortex (VIV), les structures externes qui comportent des dispositifs de suppression de VIV étant sensiblement entrecoupées, entrelacées ou sinon décalées par rapport aux au moins deux des structures externes qui ne comportent pas de dispositifs de suppression de VIV.
