Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Mobilfunknetzes (30) vorgeschlagen, das eine einwandfreie Funktion von Protokollinstanzen bei der Übertragung von Dateneinheiten zwischen zwei Funkstationen des Mobilfunknetzes (30) gewährleistet. Dabei werden Nutzdaten durch eine erste Konvergenzprotokollschicht (1) einer ersten Funkstation (15) vor dem Übertragen an eine zweite Konvergenzprotokollschicht (2) einer zweiten Funkstation (16), insbesondere auf derselben Protokollebene, zu mindestens einer ersten Dateneinheit, insbesondere einer Paketdateneinheit, zusammengesetzt, wobei die Nutzdaten von mindestens einem Nutzer (21, 22) in einer Netzwerkschicht (5) an die erste Konvergenzprotokollschicht (1) geliefert werden. Mindestens eine Protokollinstanz (35) der ersten Konvergenzprotokollschicht (1) wird in Abhängigkeit einer von der zweiten Funkstation (16) empfangenen Konfigurationsaufforderung (40, 41, 42) konfiguriert, um aus den von dem mindestens einen Nutzer (21, 22) empfangenen Daten die mindestens eine erste Dateneinheit zu bilden und durch einen Träger (45) an eine Verbindungssteuerungsschicht (10) zu übertragen. The invention relates to a method for operating a mobile radio network (30), which ensures the proper functioning of protocol entities in the transmission of data units between two radio stations of the mobile radio network (30). In this case, user data are combined by a first convergence protocol layer (1) of a first radio station (15) before transmission to a second convergence protocol layer (2) of a second radio station (16), in particular on the same protocol level, to at least one first data unit, in particular a packet data unit. wherein the payload of at least one user (21, 22) in a network layer (5) is provided to the first convergence protocol layer (1).
