Description

The invention relates to an arrangement comprising a carrier element configured as a rear wall and a substantially representative artwork for inputting and / or supporting a rear side for its substantially optical presentation, wherein the carrier element and / or the work attract each other at least one ferromagnetic Has area.

From the GB-A-2 389 309 is a system for fixing images or ads known. The known device comprises a foil-like sheet which carries optical information and consists of paper or a synthetic film. This film is applied to a surface of a likewise sheet-like magnetic sheet, wherein a performing work, 17 for example, a painting, an ink drawing or a photograph is applied to the surface of the presentation sheet, for example by a printer or a copier. The magnetic sheet is magnetically disposed on the surface of a magnetic member on a base plate and can be removed therefrom. The magnetic element is applied to the surface of the base plate and is formed by steel or steel (laminated) paper.

Performing works such as works by artists individually made by artists of different painting techniques, graphic works, photographs and collages, to name only a few, in the original or as reproductions but also posters of any kind are in the public sector, for example in museums, galleries , Exhibitions but also in the immediate private area regularly provided with so-called frames to present them to the viewer suitable. In general, these arrangements, in which the performing works of the type described above, the enumeration is to be understood only as an example and includes other, not mentioned works here, usually provided with said frame and on this frame, for example. On a wall or in front of a wall but also in certain cases free floating attached via suitable fastening measures. The term "frame" in this context is in itself fuzzy, since there are many variants in which the performing work is suitably fixed on or on a support element and presented to the viewer, without a "frame" that presented, encompassing performing work, for example, in the well-known and used in the private and professional field so-called "changing frame". These existing in all conceivable variants so-called "removable frame" usually have a rear wall, ie a substantially flat support member, of any suitable, at least but dimensionally stable materials, and an optically transparent element of natural glass or art glass, wherein between the support member and the optically transparent element, the optical to be presented, performing work is arranged.

Irrespective of whether the presenting work to be presented is a proven, highly artistic work, for example, a performing work of painting, or whether it is merely a so-called "commercial" or a poster to be presented, So far always the same problems occur, which have been in the relevant state of the art only inadequate and ultimately unsatisfactory from the point of view of practicability and are solved. It need not be described here, because even individuals have been confronted with this problem more or less often, namely that the attachment of a performing work on a substantially flat support member, the relevant back wall is to be fixed, so that it is fixedly positioned relative to the support member and is not slipped over the period of presentation relative to the support element, but on the other hand can be removed without destruction of the support element if necessary, for example, without the arrangement (frameless) to store, transport and, if necessary to re-fix on a support element at short notice without damaging the performing work and, of course, also the support element or suffers only in its visual appearance after multiple use.

For fixation often small adhesive swabs are applied to the rear wall of the performing work and / or on the corresponding area of the support element (rear wall), recorded on the performing work shall be. In particular, in the fixation of the performing work on the support member of the adhesive cures and a removal of the performing work from the support element leaves both on the back of the performing work as well as on the front of the support element tracks or even leads to partial damage to the performing work and the support element especially if they are to be separated again.

This disadvantage has been attempted to eliminate the fact that one clamped the performing work between the support element or the rear wall and an optically transparent element, for example. In the form of the already mentioned glass and hoped that by means of additional clamps this configuration compressing forces could achieve a fixation of the performing work.

Even the layman, who after this method quickly fixed his utility graphics by means of such an arrangement and wanted to hang, has the experience that after some time, the performing work in visually unsightly manner shifted, sometimes even tilted at an angle, so that the whole Fixierungsprozedur had to be started again from the beginning.

To know this fact, in the professional field of the presentation of performing works differently and much more elaborate procedure, ie a canvas on which, for example, the performing artistic work is applied, glued dust-tight together with the rear wall, so that a secure fixation of the representing work on the support element and possibly also connected to a surrounding the performing work surrounding actual frame is secured. Such Fixierungs- and attachment method is extremely complex and highly inflexible, because only the dissolution of the performing work from the arrangement of support element and surrounding frame, possibly even with a provided with an optically transparent element (picture glass) arrangement, can only with the largest Caution should be taken to avoid damaging the performing work.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an arrangement of the type mentioned above, with a quick fix a performing work on a support element is possible, with the fast changing or replacing the performing work from the support element is possible if necessary and the ultimately be flexible enough to be fully used both professionally and privately, with the measures included in the arrangement being cost-effective and also available to everyone, including the professional field of presenting works ,

Solved the task gem. the invention in that a flat, optically transparent element is positioned on the performing work, on which a ferromagnetic material is vapor-deposited.

By definition, ferromagnetism means the property form of magnetism, which manifests itself in a spontaneous magnetization of certain solids (ferromagnetics). These include, for example, the elements iron, nickel and cobalt and alloys whose components are partly or all themselves not ferromagnetic. The ferromagnetic regions iS of the proposed solution of the invention may already be suitably magnetized but can also be magnetized immediately prior to the fixation of the performing work on the support element by, for example, briefly exposing them to a magnetic field of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet and thus magnetized.

In order to prevent, in certain cases, that the performing work presented with the arrangement should be subject to immediate access by hand touch and the natural exhalation of people, e.g. is exposed in galleries or museums or to prevent the spraying with liquid agents or mechanical damage, the invention provides to place on the performing work a flat, optically transparent element, as this generally in the art in performing, artistic works, in particular then, if they are to be exhibited in a museum, where the mass audiences fade past, is known. But also the typical removable frame, as stated at the beginning of the general state of the art, has transparent elements in the form of glass panes.

But also to integrate the transparent element of the arrangement in the fastening system described above between support element, performing work and possibly separate frame, ie also to be able to participate in the fixation of the individual elements and the appropriate compression of the individual elements of the arrangement, the transparent element has the arrangement acc. the invention is an optically transparent Element on which a ferromagnetic material is vapor-deposited. The thickness of the deposited layer of ferromagnetic material is limited depending on the particular ferromagnetic material used for this purpose that the optical clarity is only slightly affected. It should be noted that the term "vapor deposition" of the ferromagnetic material, as used herein in its entirety, covers all physical and / or chemical coating processes and their final coating product, for example the multitude of known CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) processes and the multitude of physical processes Coating Process (Physical Vapor Deposition).

The very great advantage of the solution according to the invention is that for a suitable fixation of the performing work on the support element no adhesives, no tape, no brackets or other fixing elements are needed, but it is sufficient, in each case at least one ferromagnetic region on the support member and a Provide magnetic field on the performing work, which allows a high degree of flexibility between the positioning of the performing work and its fixation relative to the support element or at this. When releasing the connection against the magnetic force occur no damage to the performing work and the support element and the previously existing connection is no longer visible after their dissolution. In this way, fast, easy and damage-free on the support element of the arrangement different performing works also different sized format can be securely fixed for the desired duration of the presentation. Gem. An advantageous embodiment of the arrangement, the ferromagnetic regions are formed by a permanent magnet. In this embodiment of the arrangement, no further measures are required to initially magnetize the magnetic field at all, so that he receives his magnetic properties in the first place.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the arrangement, the ferromagnetic regions are formed by at least one permanent magnet formed at the rear of the illustrative work, i. In this embodiment, the region of the support element is merely a ferromagnetic region, whereas the region at the performing work is formed from a permanent magnet. In this embodiment, the effect is utilized that a magnet adheres to a region when applied to this region, which has ferromagnetic properties, but has not itself been configured as a magnet.

It is of course also expediently possible to form a ferromagnetic region of the carrier element as a permanent magnet, however, not to configure the ferromagnetic region of the performing work itself as a magnet, whereby the depth of the arrangement (thickness) are kept within narrow limits even by this convenient embodiment of the arrangement can, thereby avoiding the impression that the performing work, for example. Floats in front of the support member.

Gem. Another further advantageous embodiment of the arrangement, the magnetic region is formed by a rear connected to the performing work magnetic film. This magnetic film can in fact cover the entire back of the performing work, depending according to its embodiment, cover, but it is also possible to provide only rear portions of the performing work with the magnetic film, as far as a secure fixation is ensured to each other in cooperation with the at least one ferromagnetic region of the support element.

In this case, it is advantageous that one side of the ferromagnetic film is provided with a tack adhesive, in the manner of the tack adhesive, as in the so-called. "Heftlingen" for marking file pages u. Like. Is used. This adhesive is designed such that a ferromagnetic film provided therewith can be removed without damage after use, if an exchange of the performing work should be done.

It may also be advantageous to provide one side of the ferromagnetic film of the carrier element with a tack adhesive, as has been used analogously for the magnetic film for the performing work. Here, the same conditions and advantages apply as described above in connection with the adhesive of the magnetic film for the performing work.

The support element of the arrangement can, as outlined above, consist of a variety of materials and materials, eg. Wood, plywood, chipboard but also consist of MDF boards, but also all suitable plastics and composites of different materials can be used for it.

In this context, it is gem. a still further embodiment of the arrangement advantageous to laminate on the support element on which the performing work is to be applied, a ferromagnetic film, which in principle is preferably also possible on the later side facing away from the performing work of the support element. The ferromagnetic film can also be designed in color and design so that they can not be recognized by the viewer of the performing work later in a complete arrangement.

In certain performing works, which are essentially in the field of professionally created representational works of art, it is often required that they are provided with an actual frame surrounding the support member, also generally called frame strip. Advantageously, in such an embodiment, the arrangement comprises a frame which has at least one ferromagnetic region, wherein the frame and the carrier element attract each other via the respective ferromagnetic region. Frame or frame strips of this type have on the side facing away from a later viewer back regularly a circumferential shadow gap, in which preferably a ferromagnetic region can be formed. This area of the partially ferromagnetic shadow gap of the frame interacts with the carrier element, both elements attractively together, which is preferably also possible between the shadow gap-like, at least partially ferromagnetic trained area of the frame with the performing work on the at least one magnetic region.

In a very simple, very inexpensive embodiment of the arrangement, which will be found regularly in the field of their private use, the permanent magnets and / or the ferromagnetic regions are preferably formed in the manner of chips, ie in the form of small cuboid with a rectangular or square cross-section or as small rod-shaped elements with a circular cross-section, but a small height compared to the diameter.

For aesthetic reasons, however, some of the works also occasionally require factual reasons, for example to cover passages on the graphic in a commercial graphic, sometimes also to press the peripheral edge of the performing work firmly onto the support element, so that between the support element and the performing element Work for the viewer no gap is perceptible, a passe-partout, where it is extremely advantageous in the inventive arrangement between the support member and the performing work just to arrange a passe-partout, the Passe-partout preferably has at least one ferromagnetic region.

This ferromagnetic region can again in a similar manner, as described above in connection with the carrier element and / or the performing work, preferably have a laminated on the passepartout film of ferromagnetic material, but it is also, as described above, advantageously possible, To provide the ferromagnetic film instead of a compound by means of lamination with the above-described adhesive adhesive.

With regard to the arrangement and the function of the arrangement 10 according to the invention is first on Fig. 3 Reference is made, in perspective exploded view, a plurality of different, substantially flat trained support members 11 is shown, as generally used in the generic arrangements 10 for releasably securing of performing works 12. The different plurality of support elements 11 shown here should only represent the given possibility in principle that the support elements 11 may be formed of different materials such as wood, pressed wood, MDF boards and plywood but also of suitable plastic and suitable metal and composites of different Materials.

From a right of the Fig. 3 positioned viewer from in front of the selectable support member 11 is a performing work 12 thought positionable, which is symbolized by the performing work 12 holding hand. In the simplest embodiment of the arrangement 10, if you will in the basic form, forms a carrier element 11 and the performing work 12 just this arrangement 10, with which the performing work 12 is to be presented visually a viewer, not shown here. Fig. 4 differs from Fig. 3 inter alia in that on a selected support member 11, which is generally also called the rear wall in such arrangements 10, a slightly reduced in the outer contour support member 110 is applied, but here, for example, only as an opportunity to understand, because in principle, the smaller support member 110 is also unnecessary, because the here on it For example, 4 applied ferromagnetic regions 13 can also be applied in principle directly on the support member 11, as shown schematically in FIG Fig. 1 is shown. On the back, in Fig. 5 Due to the perspective representation selected there, not visible, are formed according to the ferromagnetic regions 13 on the support member 11 and the support member 110 ferromagnetic portions 14 of the performing work 12, as shown schematically in FIG Fig. 2 is shown.

The ferromagnetic regions 13, 14 may be formed as non-magnetic regions in the ground state, which are suitably magnetized by the passage of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet and thereby get their magnetic properties. However, the ferromagnetic regions 13, 14 may also be formed from the outset as permanent magnets 15, 16, so that a premagnetization is dispensable. The "+" symbols in the ferromagnetic regions 13 acc. Fig. 1 and the "-" symbols in the ferromagnetic regions 14 of FIG Fig. 2 are to be regarded only symbolically, since with a magnetization of the ferromagnetic areas per area always a positive pole and a negative pole forms (natural bipolarity of a magnet). For the inventive principle of mutual attraction of the ferromagnetic regions 13, 14 of the performing work 12 and the support member 11 has no effect on the function.

In Fig. 5 the configuration of the assembly 10 is shown, in one step, before the performing work 12 is connected to the support member 11 and the slightly smaller support member 110 for fixing the performing work 12, respectively. For this purpose, the performing work 12 is moved in the direction of the arrows 23 on the support member 11, wherein in the superimposed state, the performing work 12 is fixed on the carrier element 11 via the magnetic force of the respective opposite ferromagnetic regions.

Against the magnetic force between the opposite ferromagnetic regions 13; 14, the support member 11 and 110 can be separated from the performing work 12 and optionally replaced with another performing work 12.

Finally it will open Fig. 6 Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown, in an exploded view in section, an assembly 10 consisting of a sheet-like, optically transparent element 22, commonly referred to as a picture glass, comprising a mat 20 and the substantially planarized illustrative work 12. For the sake of clarity, this is in terms of mental Fig. 6 left side of the performing work 12 positionable support member 11 (rear wall) of the assembly 10 has been omitted. At the in Fig. 6 In the illustrated embodiment of the arrangement 10, the optically transparent element 22 is bordered by a frame 18, which in principle is provided with a shadow gap 180 like a classic picture frame. In the shadow gap 180 ferromagnetic portions 19 of the frame 180 are formed, which may also be in the form of permanent magnets.

Gem. The representation of Fig. 6 The frame 18 encloses the optically transparent element 22, if it has a square or rectangular area, on all four edges. The optically transparent element 22 may be normal mineral glass, but it may also be formed by art glass. One side 220 of the optically transparent element 22 is made with a vapor-deposited layer of ferromagnetic material 24, which is chosen so thick that on the one hand, the optical transmission of the element 22 is ensured and on the other hand, in cooperation with a magnet holding eg. A Passepartouts 20 or Even of the performing work 12 allows.

The passe-partout 20 itself may be coated on its backside with a ferromagnetic film which is suitably fixed on the mat 20, for example by lamination or the like. The mat 20 may also be provided with a ferromagnetic film 21 with ferromagnetic regions 13; 15 and 14, respectively; 16 be provided.

As previously stated, the illustrative work 12 also includes ferromagnetic portions 13; 15 and 14, respectively; 16 are formed substantially analogous to the ferromagnetic regions of the passe-partout 20 and arranged analogously, so that according to the arrows 25, an attraction between the passe-partout 20 and the performing work 12 takes place. The same applies to the arrows 26, which symbolize the attraction between the mat 20 and the ferromagnetic region 19 of the frame 18.
