Description
The invention relates to a partition wall for use as a room divider comprising a flat support body, with the features of the preamble of claim 1. A partition according to the invention finds, for example, as a room divider or to delineate a workplace use and can serve as a screen, as a partition or for decorative purposes.
From the prior art a variety of designs of partitions for separating individual living or working areas in a room are known. A disadvantage of this design is that such a desk lamp protrudes laterally from the side surface of the partition to which it is mounted. Damage to the hinged desk lamp by falling down and ongoing contamination of the protruding desk lamp can not be prevented. In a mobile partition, which is intended to serve as a room divider or as a workplace divider at different locations in a room and is provided for installation at different sites, for example, with feet or castors, such a desk lamp that is hung on the partition, to protect against damage each be removed before a change of location. In addition, a heavy desk lamp, which is mounted on a mobile partition or on an insufficiently secured partition sideways hanging, cause the entire partition including the hinged desk lamp tipping over.
Furthermore, with a desk lamp known from the prior art, which can be fastened to a partition wall, not at the same time a workstation is directly illuminated and the surroundings of the workstation are indirectly illuminated. In an inventive partition wall, the carrier body is advantageously provided with at least one recess for receiving at least one luminaire.
Preferably, a lamp is flush integrated in a recess of the carrier body and thus particularly protected against damage and contamination. A partition wall according to the invention can therefore be movable, for example, also provided with rollers or sliding bearings and serve as a room divider at different locations of a room. The located in the recess of the carrier body at least one lamp must be removed when a change of location of the partition neither particularly protected.
In a dividing wall according to the invention, the carrier body is particularly expediently provided with at least one recess both on its front side and on its rear side.
In this variant of a partition wall, the carrier body can be used particularly flexibly as a room divider or work divider. For example, such a partition can be used as a workplace divider between two frontally pushed tables. The recesses on the front and the back of the carrier body are each provided with at least one lamp. Thus, such a partition wall is used to illuminate the adjacent at the front, as well as at the back of jobs or areas of a room. Advantageously, in each case the entire length of the workplace is illuminated. The otherwise required additional desk lights for each adjacent workstations are thus not required when using a partition according to the invention.
A support body according to the invention can, depending on requirements, be made of a very wide variety of materials, for example of a solid, single-layer material or of a plurality of material layers as well as of composite materials.
In a variant of the partition according to the invention, the at least one recess is arranged substantially parallel to an upper edge of the carrier body.
In this embodiment, at least one recess, which is provided with at least one lamp, for example, parallel to a work surface of an adjacent table. Thus, a particularly uniform illumination of the workplace is possible.
Suitably, in a partition according to the invention, the at least one recess of a lamp profile for attachment of at least one light is limited.
A limited with a light profile recess in the carrier body is perceived as particularly aesthetic. The recess is thus bounded exactly shapely exactly. As a light profile, for example, an aluminum profile can be used. The light profile is also used to attach one or more lights.
According to the invention, in the case of a dividing wall, the luminaire profile has profiled surfaces lying opposite one another, which are each oriented at an angle of inclination obliquely to the perpendicular and parallel to one another.
The use of a light profile with obliquely downwardly directed profile surfaces offers the advantage that a luminaire, which is fastened inside the luminaire profile, illuminates an adjacent workplace glare-free. In addition, the usually small depth of a partition wall is used optimally due to the oblique lighting profile and it can thus be integrally integrated flush with larger mounting dimensions flush in the recess.
According to the invention, a partition wall is designed such that at least one lamp arranged in a recess comprises at least one direct lighting means.
Advantageously, such a lamp is the direct lighting of a workplace. The need to provide a separate desk lamp for direct lighting is thus no longer given.
Suitably, in a partition according to the invention, the at least one luminaire comprising at least one direct lighting means in the luminaire profile is pivotably mounted about a pivoting angle.
The at least one luminaire can be pivoted or rotated within the luminaire profile, which is integrated in the dividing wall, by a pivoting angle. Thus, a glare-free lighting that is individually adapted to the needs of each workplace, guaranteed.
In a compact development of the invention, at least one edge section along a peripheral edge of the carrier body is provided with a frame in the case of a partition wall.
Such provided with a frame carrier body is particularly robust. Depending on the design of the frame, the carrier body is also visually upgraded and appears particularly high quality.
Advantageously, in the case of a dividing wall, the frame is provided with at least one luminaire comprising at least one indirect illuminating means.
Lighting means, which illuminate the surroundings of the partition indirectly, create in a room a particularly pleasant, homely atmosphere. Indirect lighting integrated in the partition wall emits light, for example, to the ceiling or walls of a room.
Appropriately, at least one luminaire is provided with light-emitting diodes in a partition according to the invention. The light-emitting diodes can serve as direct lighting means and / or indirect lighting means.
The use of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) offers the advantage that the light characteristics, the beam angle, the color temperature and the luminance can be varied individually. Thus, when using light-emitting diodes, individual lighting moods can be generated both for direct lighting means and for indirect lighting means. Furthermore, because of their small size, LEDs offer advantages when used as illumination means integrated in a partition according to the invention.
In a variant of the invention, the carrier body is constructed in multiple layers in a partition, wherein two spaced-apart, substantially parallel to each other arranged carrier plates form its front and its back.
Particularly advantageously, an insulating material is provided in a partition wall between the carrier plates, wherein the carrier plates are preferably connected to an at least partially encircling frame.
A partition, which is provided with insulation material inside, offers the advantage of being particularly light.
Suitably, the support plates are made of a metal material, for example of an aluminum composite material in a partition wall.
It is also conceivable to manufacture the carrier plates from materials containing wood or wood compounds and from plastic.
A further expedient embodiment of a partition wall according to the invention has a carrier body with an at least partially sound-absorbing surface.
With such a partition advantageously a sound-absorbing effect is achieved. Adjacent workplaces are acoustically improved with a partition wall according to the invention with sound-absorbing surfaces positioned therebetween, sound waves are absorbed and thus a noise level perceived as noise is reduced or reduced.
It is advantageous in a partition according to the invention, the sound-absorbing surface provided with a flocking.
Flocking is generally understood to mean the approximately vertical application of short-staple fibers to a carrier material provided with adhesive or here to the carrier body provided with adhesive. By flocking fibers of different length and fineness flocked materials may have different textile-like surface properties, with a velor or velvety surface is characteristic. The technical use of such surfaces for the absorption of sound allows the production of interesting technical textiles, which can be modified according to the specific requirements and tasks.
It is preferred to provide the sound-absorbing surface with a pattern in a partition according to the invention.
Due to the patterned surface of the partition wall is used in addition to the separation of space or work areas, in addition to the illumination of these separated areas and the reduction of sound further to the aesthetic design of a room. Particularly in the case of standing, high dividing walls, which are used, for example, as room dividers in open-plan offices, patterned, sound-absorbing surfaces loosen the workplace design considerably. Depending on the selection, for example, the color design of the pattern so equipped with partitions workstations are perceived as particularly pleasant.
Advantageously, a media device is integrated in a partition according to the invention.
As a media device, for example, a flat screen with a liquid crystal (LCD) monitor or an OLED monitor can be integrated into a partition according to the invention. For example, associated loudspeakers can likewise be installed flush with the surface of a dividing wall. Depending on requirements, loudspeakers can also be invisibly integrated into the partition for the user. The entire wiring of the luminaires and the media device is also laid invisibly from the outside for the viewer inside the partition.
In a further development of the invention, a partition is provided with a top wall, wherein the top wall is movably connected to the partition wall.
The top wall can, for example, be rotatably connected to the dividing wall about an axis of rotation in the horizontal direction. Furthermore, it is conceivable to attach a top wall with a line joint on the partition hinged.
In a rotatably mounted attachment wall, for example, an individual media device, for example a screen with loudspeakers, can be installed flush. Due to the rotatable top wall, the media device can be used for sonicating a room depending on the purpose in a congruent to the bottom of the partition or twisted position. Thus, it is possible by means of a partition according to the invention in the fastest possible way working spaces of e.g. Turn screen workstations into group meeting rooms.

- The
Fig. 1A to 1D refer to a first embodiment of a partition wall 1 according to the invention.Fig. 1A shows the partition 1 in an oblique view. The partition wall 1 comprises acarrier body 2 which is formed by two mutually spaced, substantially mutually parallel support plates 2.1, which are connected at their edges with aperipheral frame 3. Theframe 3 has aframe width 4. Thecarrier body 2 has arecess 7 both on itsfront side 5 and on itsrear side 6. Therecesses 7 in the support plates 2.1 are arranged horizontally or parallel to theupper edge 8 of thesupport body 2 both on thefront side 5 and on therear side 6. At thelower edge 9 of thesupport body 2fasteners 10 are provided to secure the partition 1, for example, to a table top, not shown. Theheight 11 of thecarrier body 2 is so chosen that the partition 1, for example, between two frontally opposed work tables each perpendicular to the table tops can be attached and provides a visual and noise protection for the two opposite work areas. In the inFig. 1A As shown, thefastening elements 10 receive thecarrier body 2 of the partition wall 1 along a height section 11.1 of itsentire height 11 and thus ensure a stable hold of the partition wall 1 fastened to at least one table top.
Thecarrier body 2 has anentire length 12, which can be adapted to the respective requirements, for example to the length of a table top, as desired. Thehorizontal recess 7 on thefront side 5 of thecarrier body 2 has a longitudinal section 12.1, which can extend almost to thetotal length 12 of thecarrier body 2.
In therecess 7 and in the two provided on the 5 and 6 at thefront back recesses 7 each lights 13 are provided, which include lighting means 14 for direct illumination of one or more adjacent table surfaces. Theselamps 14 are used to illuminate a workplace and offer compared to conventional workplace lights the advantage that thelights 13 and thebulbs 14 are integrated within the partition 1.
Furthermore, in theframe 3 of the separatingbody 2,luminaires 13 with illuminatingmeans 15 for indirect illumination of a room are integrated. Theselamps 15 are provided for example on theupper edge 8 of theframe 3 and emit upward. Also, the side surfaces of theframe 3 may be provided with lights.
The support plates 2.1 are made of a magnetic or magnetizable base material and thus offer the advantage that, for example, notes are residue-free with a magnet to the support plates 2.1 of thesupport body 2 fastened. Furthermore, thefront 5 and theback 6 of thesupport body 2 are each provided with a sound-absorbingsurface 16. A sound absorbing effect is achieved by thesurface 16 is provided for example with a flock 16.1. For particularly appealing design of thesound absorbing surface 16, the flock 16.1 is designed as apattern 17, for example as a floral pattern.
Fig. 1B shows the front of the partition 1 in a front view. The provided on thefront side 5 of thesupport body 2 approximatelyhorizontal recess 7 is arranged in a height section 11.2 away from thelower edge 9. Thebulbs 15 for Indirect lighting of a room are fastened, for example, in an edge section 18.1 along theperipheral edge 18 in theframe 3.
Fig. 1C represents the back of the partition wall 1 in a frontal view. The approximatelyhorizontal recess 7 provided on therear side 6 of thecarrier body 2 is arranged at a height section 11.3 away from thelower edge 9.
Fig. 1D shows those from theFIGS. 1A to 1C known partition 1 in a plan view. Theluminaire 13 with a plurality ofilluminants 15 for indirect illumination can be clearly seen along theupper edge 8 of theframe 3 of thecarrier body 2. The side surfaces of theframe 3 may be provided with lighting means 15. - The two pictures
Fig. 1E and 1F show in each case different embodiments of afastening element 10 for mounting acarrier body 2 according to the invention on a table top.
Fig. 1E shows a double table clamp 10.1 for supporting asupport body 2 on two opposing table tops. The double-table clamp 10.1 is pushed along thelower height portion 11 of thecarrier body 2 on this or clamped to this. In the clamped state, support sections of the double-table clamp 10.1 protrude both perpendicularly from thefront side 5 and from therear side 6 of thecarrier body 2.
Fig. 1F shows a table clamp 10.2 for fixing asupport body 2 on a table top. The table clamp 10.2 is clamped to thecarrier body 2 along a height section 11.1. In the clamped state, the table clamp 10.2 protrudes with support sections on one side of thecarrier body 2. These support portions of the table clamp 10.2 can be provided for secure attachment to a table top, for example, with holes or adjustable clamping clamps. - The pictures
Fig. 2A to 2C refer to a further inventive embodiment of a standing, high partition 1.1, which is placed, for example, on the floor of a room.
Fig. 2B shows a frontal view of thefront side 5 of thesupport body 2 of the high partition 1.1. A substantially horizontally arrangedrecess 7 is provided on thefront side 5 of thecarrier body 2 in a height section 11.2 away from thelower edge 9 and serves to receive alamp 13 withlight sources 14 for direct illumination. Theframe 3 is provided along its edge portions 18.1, 18.2 and 18.3 respectively withlights 13 comprisingbulbs 15 for indirect lighting.
Fig. 2C shows a front view of theback 6 of thesupport body 2 of the standing, high partition 1.1. A substantially horizontally arrangedrecess 7 is provided on theback 6 in a height section 11.3 away from thelower edge 9 and also serves to receive alamp 13 withlight sources 14 for direct illumination. -
Fig. 2D shows an embodiment of afastener 10, which is suitable as a base 10.3 for secure mounting of the high partition 1.1. The base 10.3 takes on the insertedcarrier body 2 along a height section 11.1. Tipping over the erected partition 1.1 is thus reliably avoided.
Instead of the feet 10.3, it is also conceivable to provide a partition 1.1, for example, with rollers and to equip such a kind for a particularly flexible, mobile installation. A fastener with rollers that are freely movable on the ground or guided in bottom rails is not shown in the figures. -
Fig. 3 shows in section a detailed view of the partition wall 1 and 1.1 with the two arranged on the 5 and 6 of theopposite sides support body 2 recesses 7. In therecesses 7 each oblique light profiles 19 are inserted from aluminum. The oblique profile walls 19.1 of the light profiles 19 each have an angle ofinclination 20 with respect to the vertical and serve to secure thelights 13, which are provided withlight sources 14 for direct illumination of a work area. Aslight sources 14 are LED 14.1. The light-emittingmeans 14 are here in each case rotatably or pivotably mounted in the lamp profiles 19 by a swivelingangle 21. Thus, the obliquely downwardly exiting from thelight profile 19 light beam of thelight source 14 can be adjusted and an undesirable diaphragm adjacent to the partition 1 working surface is avoided. Thus, an exact light guide is possible.
On theupper edge 8 of the separatingbody 2, aluminaire 15, which is integrated in theframe 3 and comprises illuminating means 15 for indirectly illuminating a room, can be seen in section. Thelamps 15 are also designed here as LED 15.1. Theframe 3 is provided for example with atranslucent cover 22 made of a plastic, which serves as dust protection of thelamps 15.
For a better overview are inFig. 3 Power cable or electronic control elements for thelights 13 not shown. - The pictures
Figs. 4A to 4D refer to a further embodiment of a partition 1.2 according to the invention with anattachment wall 23. Thesupport body 2 is provided with a rotatably mountedattachment wall 23. Thetop wall 23 can be rotated by means of a rotary joint 24 rotatably mounted in the direction ofrotation 25 relative to the fixed lower part of thesupport body 2 are rotated. Thesupport body 2 is particularly secured against falling either attached to a piece of furniture, for example, on a table top standing on the floor.
