Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un combustible solide à partir d'une matière première comprenant un combustible solide récupéré. Le procédé selon l'invention comprend les étapes suivantes : la torréfaction de la matière première comprenant un combustible solide récupéré à une température choisie dans la plage allant de 240 à 675 °C pour obtenir un produit torréfié, éventuellement le lavage du produit torréfié pour obtenir un produit torréfié lavé, et la réduction en particules du produit torréfié (lavé) pour obtenir le combustible solide, le combustible solide récupéré comprenant un mélange qui comprend du papier et du plastique. La présente invention concerne également un agencement de torréfaction conçu pour obtenir un combustible solide, qui comprend un réacteur de torréfaction conçu pour torréfier une matière première comprenant un combustible solide récupéré pour obtenir un produit torréfié, une éventuelle unité de lavage, disposée en aval du réacteur de torréfaction et en amont d'un dispositif de réduction en particules, conçue pour laver le produit torréfié issu du réacteur de torréfaction afin d'obtenir un produit torréfié lavé, et un dispositif de réduction en particules, conçu pour réduire en particules le produit torréfié (lavé) afin d'obtenir un combustible solide particulaire.
