Claims (10)

  1. Wiederverschließbarer Behälter (1), der umfasst:
    - einen Behälterkörper (2) für ein flüssiges Produkt, wobei der Behälterkörper eine Mündung (3) aufweist; und
    - einen Verschluss (4) zum Verschließen der Mündung (3), wobei der Verschluss (4) eine röhrenförmige Wand (41) mit einem ersten Ende, von dem sich eine Verschlusswand (42) erstreckt, umfasst, wobei der Verschluss eine erste Kopplungseinrichtung (43), die innerhalb der röhrenförmigen Wand (41) angeordnet ist, zum Koppeln mit einer zweiten Kopplungseinrichtung (31) der Mündung (3) aufweist;
    wobei der Verschluss (4) eine erste Verschlusskonfiguration annimmt, in der die Verschlusswand (42) die Mündung (3) verschließt und mit der Mündung (3) entlang einer Zone (5) mit erleichtertem Bruch verbunden ist, deren Bruch das Lösen des Verschlusses (4) und das Öffnen der Mündung (3) bestimmt;
    wobei der Verschluss (4) eine zweite Verschlusskonfiguration annimmt, in der die Zone (5) mit erleichtertem Bruch zerbrochen wurde und der Verschluss (4) in Bezug auf die erste Verschlusskonfiguration umgekippt wurde, und in der die Verschlusswand (42) die Mündung (3) verschließt und die erste Kopplungseinrichtung (43) des Verschlusses mit der zweiten Kopplungseinrichtung (31) der Mündung gekoppelt ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Deckel (6) umfasst, der zumindest teilweise das zweite Ende der röhrenförmigen Wand (41) in der ersten Verschlusskonfiguration verschließt, wobei das zweite Ende zum ersten Ende entgegengesetzt ist, um einen Raum zu schützen, der innerhalb der röhrenförmigen Wand (41) definiert ist, wobei der Raum die Verschlusswand (42) und/oder die erste Kopplungseinrichtung (43) umfasst.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Deckel (6) mit der röhrenförmigen Wand (41) durch ein Gelenk (7) verbunden ist, das außerhalb der röhrenförmigen Wand (41) angeordnet ist, so dass der Deckel (6) eine offene Konfiguration ohne Störung annehmen kann, in der er ermöglicht, dass die Mündung (3) in die röhrenförmige Wand (41) eingefügt wird.
  3. Behälter nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die erste Kopplungseinrichtung (43) eine Innengewindeoberfläche der röhrenförmigen Wand (41) umfasst und die zweite Kopplungseinrichtung (31) eine Außengewindeoberfläche der Mündung (3) umfasst.
  4. Behälter nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei der Deckel (6) mit einer Verbindungseinrichtung (61) mit elastischer Verbindungsstelle für die entfernbare Verbindung mit der röhrenförmigen Wand (41) versehen ist.
  5. Behälter nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei der Verschluss und der Deckel durch eine manipulationssichere Vorrichtung vom zerbrechlichen Typ miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Behälter nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei der Deckel einen abziehbaren Film umfasst, der auf eine Kante des zweiten Endes aufgebracht ist.
  7. Behälter nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die Verschlusswand (42) eine äußere Oberfläche (44) mit aufgeweiteter Form mit einem ersten Ende mit minimalem Durchmesser umfasst, das in der Zone (5) mit erleichtertem Bruch liegt.
  8. Behälter nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei der Behälterkörper (2) ein Paar von flexiblen Plattenelementen umfasst, die entlang jeweiliger Umfangsklappen (21) fest miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei die Mündung (3) einen röhrenförmigen Halsabschnitt (32) für den Durchgang des flüssigen Produkts und einen Verbindungsabschnitt (33), der mit dem röhrenförmigen Halsabschnitt (32) einteilig ist und außerhalb desselben angeordnet ist, umfasst, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (33) zwischen die Umfangsklappen eingefügt ist und fest mit diesen verbunden ist.
  9. Behälter nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die röhrenförmige Wand (41), die Verschlusswand (42) und die erste Kopplungseinrichtung (43) in eine einzelne Struktur integriert sind, die durch Formen von Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt wird.
  10. Behälter nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die Zone (5) mit erleichtertem Bruch eine ringförmige Form aufweist und ein Ende eines Halsabschnitts (32) der Mündung (3) umgibt.
