Claims (13)

  1. Procédé d'échange d'informations entre un équipement ferroviaire embarqué (2'), ledit équipement étant prévu pour l'exploitation du train (1a, 1b), et un emplacement distant (5) extérieur audit train, comprenant les étapes consistant :
    a) à prévoir un dispositif portatif (6), ledit dispositif portatif comprenant un moyen (7) de stockage de données, un moyen (8) d'entrée de données pour écrire des données sur ledit moyen de stockage de données et un moyen (8) de sortie de données pour sortir des données dudit moyen de stockage de données vers un emplacement externe ;
    b) à prévoir au niveau de l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué (2') un moyen de connexion du train permettant la communication avec ledit dispositif portatif (6) en vue de l'échange de données avec celui-ci, le moyen de connexion permettant ledit échange de données lorsque le dispositif portatif est correctement situé à l'intérieur du train ;
    c) à prévoir au niveau de l'emplacement distant (5) un moyen de connexion auxiliaire permettant la communication avec le dispositif portatif (6) en vue de l'échange de données avec celui-ci ;
    d) au niveau de l'emplacement distant (5), à écrire des informations sur le moyen (7) de stockage de données du dispositif portatif (6) par l'intermédiaire du moyen de connexion auxiliaire et du moyen d'entrée de données ;
    e) à transporter le dispositif portatif (6) jusque dans le train (la) ;
    f) à mettre le dispositif portatif (6) en communication avec le moyen de connexion de train au niveau de l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué (2'), et
    g) à transmettre lesdites informations du moyen (7) de stockage de données du dispositif portatif (6) à l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué (2') par l'intermédiaire du moyen de sortie de données et du moyen de connexion de train, caractérisé en ce que le procédé consiste par ailleurs à stocker une « validité temporelle » dans le dispositif portatif (6), en spécifiant de la sorte un laps de temps pendant lequel les informations stockées dans le moyen (7) de stockage de données seront valides, et en ce que l'exploitation du train (la) est permise seulement pendant le laps de temps spécifié.
  2. Procédé servant à permettre l'exploitation d'un train, consistant à fournir des informations à un équipement ferroviaire embarqué du train selon la revendication 1, étant entendu que les informations transmises à l'étape g) comprennent des informations sur l'identité, et comprenant par ailleurs les étapes consistant :
    h) à corréler les informations sur l'identité avec des informations stockées précédemment au niveau de l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué, et
    i) à permettre l'exploitation du train si la corrélation réussit.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, étant entendu que les informations sur l'identité comprennent des informations relatives à l'identité du personnel du train.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2, étant entendu que les informations sur l'identité comprennent des informations relatives à l'identité du train.
  5. Procédé de mise en œuvre d'une protection/exploitation automatique de train pour un train équipé en vue d'une protection/exploitation automatique de train, consistant à fournir des informations à l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué du train selon la revendication 1, étant entendu que les informations comprennent des informations requises pour l'exploitation d'un système ferroviaire embarqué de protection/d'exploitation automatique de train.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, étant entendu que les informations comprennent des données géographiques.
  7. Procédé selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 5 et 6, étant entendu que les informations comprennent des données sur la composition du train.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, étant entendu que les informations comprennent des informations sur le trajet.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, étant entendu que les informations reçues par l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué sont validées par l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, servant à obtenir des informations de l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué, comprenant par ailleurs les étapes consistant :
    j) à transporter le dispositif portatif jusque dans le train ;
    k) à mettre le dispositif portatif en communication avec le moyen de connexion de train au niveau de l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué, et
    l) à transmettre lesdites informations de l'équipement ferroviaire embarqué au moyen de stockage de données du dispositif portatif par l'intermédiaire du moyen de connexion de train et du moyen d'entrée de données.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, servant à surveiller un train, étant entendu que les informations comprennent des informations sur l'état du train.
  12. Procédé selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 10 et 11, servant à surveiller un train, étant entendu que les informations comprennent des informations sur l'accélération du train.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, servant à surveiller un train, étant entendu que les informations comprennent des informations sur des événements relatifs au train.
