Description

  • The present invention relates to an oven comprising a door.
  • The assembly of oven doors onto the body is a critical issue. Because, when the door is not fully closed, heat exchange is caused in the cooking chamber and this causes energy loss. The most important reason for the door not to be fully closed onto the body is that the hinge group, forming the only connection between the door and the body, cannot be fixed onto the body in a secured and proper manner.
  • In the state of the art European Patent Application No EP155486 , the vertical profiles and the bearing are a single piece.
  • In the state of the art German Patent Application No DE102005037020 , the hinge is fixed by being inserted into the vertical profile.
  • In the state of the art European Patent Application No EP1918645 , the hinge is fixed by being inserted into the vertical profile. Further relevant prior art is mentioned in the document EP0900986 .
  • The aim of the present invention is the realization of an oven having a door which is assembled to the body in a correct and safe manner.
  • The oven realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, explicated in the first claim and the respective claims thereof, has a brace comprising a locking means which is located at the brace surface that is adjacent to the inner wall of the vertical profile, and which is seated into the opening on the vertical profile inner wall by moving on the horizontal plane when the brace is inserted into the vertical profile. Thus, the brace can be removably mounted to the vertical profile. The brace, which is assembled onto the door by being inserted into the vertical profile, bears the hinge arm to the door. Thus, the hinge arm, which is shorter than the hinge body, is provided to be mounted to the door in a more secured manner.
  • The locking means provides the brace to be locked inside the vertical profile and thus, prevents the brace from moving back and forth. The brace, which is inserted into the vertical profile, can only be dismounted from the vertical profile by releasing the locking means from the housing by stretching it again.
  • The cross-section of the guiding means becomes narrow towards the vertical profile center in the entering direction of the brace into the vertical profile. Thus, the brace is provided to be inserted into the vertical profile more easily.
  • On the locking means, the brace comprises at least one detent means that forms a protrusion, the cross-section of which becomes narrow in the entering direction of the brace into the vertical profile. Thus, while the brace is inserted into the vertical profile, the locking means stretches as a result of the detent means, which contacts the walls of the vertical profile, slidingly moving inside the vertical profile, and when the detent means corresponds to the opening, the locking means is seated into the opening by returning to its initial position.
  • The stretching of the locking means is provided by means of the cut-outs surrounding the locking means.
  • When the locking means is seated in the housing and the support means bears against the wall edges of the vertical profile, one edge of the vertical profile is also seated into the slit and thus, the brace is prevented from moving further forward inside the vertical profile.
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, the brace comprises a bearing means which is located on the support means and which partially surrounds the corner of the inner panel, disposed onto the casing, from above and from side, and wherein the inner panel is borne. Thus, the inner panel is pressed from its both sides by the casing.
  • By means of the present invention, the assembly of the door to the body can be performed in a safer and faster manner.
