Description

The invention relates to a method for the rehabilitation of a tunnel tube and a system for carrying out this method.

Even tunnel tubes are subject to aging and practice has shown that, depending on the environmental conditions, damage can also occur in tunnels made of concrete, which require a complete renovation of the tunnel tube. If the tunnel tube has been made, for example, from pre-pressed pieces of pipe, which each form an abutment surface, there is a risk that, especially in these abutment surfaces, water infiltration leads to progressive damage in the concrete structure.

One possibility for a refurbishment is to provide the tunnel tube to be rehabilitated with its inner reveal by a full-surface Rundumabdichtung and subsequently to line the old tunnel tube with in-situ concrete or prefabricated parts (Tübbingen). In both variants, a significant portion of the free tunnel cross-section during the rehabilitation measure by Spezialgeräted the tunnel construction, such as a scarf car for introducing the in-situ concrete or a Erector to move Tuebbingen, used. In addition, the longitudinal transport of fresh concrete for concreting or the transport of heavy and cumbersome prefabricated concrete parts (tubbing) is associated with a very high cost, especially for long tunnel structures.

In the documents US 4,347,018 and DE 40 27 058 A1 Other methods of rehabilitating a tunnel tube are shown.

These conventional rehabilitation processes are particularly complicated if pipes and / or lines run in the tunnel tube, for example district heating pipes, water pipes, gas pipes, oil pipes, electrical lines, etc. and these are to be removed before the tunnel pipe is rehabilitated or to be re-introduced after the renovation, because they have to be lifted out or brought back through respective shafts leading to the underground tunnel.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a method for the rehabilitation of a tunnel tube at hand, which economically and quickly allows the rehabilitation of a particular underground tunnel tube, so that the operational interruption of the system is reduced to a minimum.

According to the invention the object is achieved by a method with the method steps of claim 1.

Demnach weist ein Verfahren zur Sanierung einer Tunnelröhre mit im Tunnel über seine Länge verlaufenden Rohren und/oder Leitungen folgende Schritte auf:Accordingly, a method of rehabilitating a tunnel tube having tubes and / or conduits extending through its length in the tunnel comprises the following steps:

Trennen der Rohre und/oder Leitungen von ihrer Verankerung in der Tunnelröhre und vorübergehendes Aufhängen der Rohre und/oder Leitungen in der Tunnelröhre;Separating the tubes and / or conduits from their anchoring in the tunnel tube and temporarily suspending the tubes and / or conduits in the tunnel tube;

Inserting pieces of pipe with respect to the smaller diameter tunnel tube on at least one laid in the tunnel tube while the tubes and / or pipes slide on a respectively arranged in the pipe piece supports until the entire tunnel tube is lined with adjacent pipe sections, and Fill the annular gap forming between the pipe sections and the tunnel tube with a suitable filling material.

The new method thus makes it possible, during the renovation of the damaged tunnel tube, to leave the tubes and / or lines of the tunnel tube running in it. They only have to be cut off at the entrance of the tunnel so that the pipe sections provided at the entrance of the tunnel, which serve as the inner lining of the tunnel tube, can be pushed over the pipes and / or pipes. In this case, bearings are provided in the corresponding pipe sections on which the pipes and / or lines can slide along. After complete insertion of all pipe sections, which thus form a dense inner lining, the area between the pipe sections and the tunnel tube with a suitable filling material, such as a fluid concrete, filled.

Particular advantages of the invention will become apparent from the subsequent claims to the main claim.

Thus, the tunnel tube can preferably be completely sealed with a seal before inserting the pipe sections. Such a seal can be, for example, a flexible plastic film which prevents the penetration of water into the subsequently introduced inner shell after the renovation of the tunnel tube.

Particularly preferred are in the region of at least one rail at the points of the tunnel tube to which the at least one rail is anchored, core holes are introduced, are then used in the all-round closed moldings that form part of the seal of the tunnel tube before the at least one Rail is secured by means of appropriate engaging in the moldings fastener. With this preferred solution it is ensured that the seal running in the tunnel tube at no point must be broken. The fastening means used for fastening the at least one rail in the tunnel tube to be rehabilitated pierce due to this solution, the seal not. Rather, the seal in the areas where the fasteners extend into the tunnel tube, bulged so far that they enclose the fastening means, so for example, designed as a threaded rod fastening anchor. These protuberances are formed by specially provided for this purpose and tightly welded to the rest of the seal moldings.

Preferably, the pipe pieces slide during insertion on the at least one rail provided on its outer surface optionally lubricious sliding surfaces. As a result, the pressing pressure for inserting the pipe sections can be reduced in an advantageous manner.

The pipes and / or conduits running in the tunnel tube are separated off at at least one of the ends of the tunnel tube before insertion of the tube pieces and reconnected after insertion of the tubes.

The invention further relates to a system for carrying out a method of rehabilitating a tunnel tube according to one of the preceding claims comprising the elements according to claim 7. The system elements include:
  • Pipe pieces with a smaller diameter than the tunnel tube,
  • at least one rail which can be laid in the tunnel tube via fastening means,
  • a hydraulic press for propulsion of the pipe sections and optionally
  • a sealing the tube around the sealing gasket, which has all-round dense moldings, in which the fastening means of the at least one rail can be anchored.

Particularly preferably, the pipe sections at the point where they rest on the at least one rail on a sliding surface, to which inwardly connects to the pipe piece either a lubricant bore.

Furthermore, at least one support for slidably receiving the tubes and / or lines is disposed within selected pipe section. So it may be sufficient to provide a support in every third or every fifth pipe section.

Finally, it is particularly advantageous if the molded parts, in which the fastening means for fastening the rail are held in the tunnel tube, have at least one single mandrel, but advantageously a double mandrel, which can be inserted on the one hand into a core bore in the tunnel tube and on the other hand receives the fastening means , The intended molding is used with a first potting material, such as a grout in the core hole. The interior of the respective molded part can be poured with another potting material, such as epoxy, before the fastener, such as a threaded rod, is introduced so that after solidification of the potting compound, the fastener is firmly anchored in the tunnel tube to be rehabilitated.

FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a tunnel tube 10. It has been formed from compressed pipe sections 12. In FIG. 1 At the entrance of the tunnel tube 10, a shaft 14 is shown. Within the tunnel tube 10 parallel two pipes 16, which may represent, for example, district heating pipelines in the illustrated embodiment.

In the FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 each different sections within the tunnel tube to be rehabilitated 10 are shown. That's how it shows FIG. 2 , ie the cross section along the section line II in FIG FIG. 1 , the original state in the existing tunnel.

This is how the cross section in FIG. 2 in that the tunnel tube 10 is of circular design in the exemplary embodiment shown here. In the context of the invention, however, any other cross-sectional shape can also be used. Within the tunnel tube 10, the media tubes 16 are mounted on corresponding platforms 18 and on these applied bearings 20. The here each arranged laterally media tubes 16 each have braces 22. Between the side walls of the strut 22, a longitudinal web 24 and about a catwalk 26 is arranged. Along the longitudinal web 24 can additionally run lines that are not shown here, such as drainage pipes, power lines, etc.

During the implementation of the method according to the invention, the media tubes 16 are first separated in the region of the shaft 14. They are then in the course of renovation of the tunnel tube 10 after appropriate disassembly of the braces 22 lifted from its support 20 and by means of a suspension 28, as in FIG. 3 shown is hung up. The suspension 28 is also in the FIG. 1 shown.

After suspending the media tubes 16, the tunnel sole 30 can be lined with a seal. After appropriate lining then rails 32 are laid in the tunnel tube 10 without penetration of the sole seal 30, as will be described later with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6 will be explained. Subsequently, a vault seal 34 is then applied, so that the entire tunnel tube 10 is sealed.

On the arranged in the region of the tunnel sole rails 32 pipe sections 36 are inserted. These tube pieces 36 have a smaller diameter relative to the tunnel tube. In the embodiment shown here, they are also circular, as exemplified in FIG. 4 is shown. The pipe pieces 36 have a length that allows easy insertion into the shaft 14. There, the individual pipe sections 36, which consist of reinforced concrete in the usual way, placed on the rails 32 and inserted by means of a relative to the entrance of the tunnel tube 10 to be rehabilitated in the shaft 14 arranged hydraulic press 38 in the tunnel tube. In this case, the individual pipe sections 36 are supported on each other, so that from the pipe sections 36 which are inserted in the direction of arrow a in the tunnel tube 10, an inner lining is formed. During the insertion of the pipe sections 36 into the tunnel tube 10, the media tubes 16 are received on corresponding supports 20. The supports 20 are made of roller bearings, so that the media tubes 16 can slide along the support 36 during the advance of the pipe sections.

After complete insertion of all pipe sections of the space between the inserted pipe sections 36 and the tunnel tube 10 is filled with a suitable filler, in which case usually a comparatively low-viscosity and thus easy pumpable fluid concrete by arranged on the circumference of the pipe sections 36 openings (not shown in the figures are) backfilled. After backfilling the openings of these holes with a screw, a plug or other suitable closure means are sealed again.

Finally, the media tubes 16 are connected after completion of the existing of the pipe sections 36 inner tube with the rest of the outside media line within the shaft 14.

Based on FIGS. 5 and 6 will be explained in detail how the rails 32 can be arranged without penetration in the seal 30.

For this purpose, the existing of an otherwise stable plastic film seal 30 in the area in which the rails 32 are to be laid, a plastic molding 40, which comprises a deep-drawn double mandrel 42. The outer surface of the double mandrel 42 is, as in FIG FIG. 6 shown, grooved or grooved. The entire component 40 has a curved shape, so that it adapts to the curvature of the tunnel tube to be rehabilitated (see. FIG. 5 ). In the tunnel tube, two core holes 44 are arranged at the point in which the double mandrel 42 is used. In these core holes reach the double mandrels 42, where they are sealed by means of a grout 46. Due to the surface structure of the double mandrels 42, these have a particularly good hold after appropriate curing of the grout. The existing example of polyethylene molding is then firmly connected to the plastic film 30, that is welded.

In the case of a tunnel seal, all joints are basically welded together tightly. This creates a full-surface all-round seal that is system-relevant. By providing the molded part, this system is also retained for the anchoring of the rails.

In the corresponding double mandrels 42, the fastening means are then poured in the form of threaded rods 48 via a suitable potting material. The corresponding potting material may be, for example, epoxy resin. After a corresponding solidification of the connection can be arranged on the fastening means arranged on a corresponding steel plate 50 rails 32 in in FIG. 5 be screwed illustrated manner. The rail 32 is preferably welded onto the steel plate.

FIG. 5 moreover shows a segment of a pipe section 36, from which it can be seen that along the pipe section 36 in the region in which it rests on the rail 32, a sliding surface 52 is provided. This sliding surface consists of a material with good sliding properties, such as a corresponding plastic. In the middle of the sliding surface 52 at predetermined intervals each have a passage 54 is arranged, which serves for lubrication. The bushing 54 can later be closed with a sealing screw 56.

The annular space 58 lying between the tunnel tube 10 and the pipe section 36 is filled with a suitable filling material after appropriate installation of the pipe sections 36.
