  • the further second roller 61 consists of three separate rollers 61, but as the case may be this can be a single continuous roller 61 or a plurality of separate rollers 61.
  • means are provided to drive the first further roller 47 and/or the further second roller 61. These means may be the same means as those used to drive the first roller 46 and/or second roller 60 and if both sets of rollers are driven they are driven at the same surface speeds to avoid unnecessarily loading the moistened material.
  • first roller 46 and preferably also the first further roller 47 from a common stepping motor 50 and this is conveniently done either by mating gears and/or a toothed belt drive which ensures the rollers 46 and 47 move in a synchronised manner at the same surface speed to avoid tearing the moistened material. It is not necessary to drive the rollers 60 and 61 directly via gears or a toothed belt (although this could be done) because they are effectively driven by the form-fitted engagement with the first rollers 46, 47 through the intermediary of the material.

Claims (13)

  1. Distributeur (10) pour matériau d'essuyage humide (12) comprenant un élément support (20) portant un élément de maintien (14) pour une charge de matériau (12), un réservoir (30) pour un fluide d'humidification, un conteneur (32) pour distribuer du fluide d'humidification dans le réservoir à fluide (30) de maintenir un niveau désiré (34) de fluide dans celui-ci, un premier rouleau (46) disposé dans le réservoir (30) et ayant une première région de surface (48) plongeant dans le réservoir (30) à une profondeur au-dessous dudit niveau (34), un moyen pour entraîner le premier rouleau (46) afin de transporter du fluide d'humidification depuis le réservoir (30) jusqu'au matériau (12) en contact avec une seconde région de surface (58) du premier rouleau (46) espacée depuis la première région (48), et un second rouleau (60) pour presser la nappe de matériau (12) sur le premier rouleau (46), dans lequel en utilisation du distributeur (10), une section dudit matériau (12) recouvre une ouverture (80) dans une paroi (82) dudit réservoir (30) et est en contact avec ladite seconde région de surface (58), et ledit second rouleau (60) presse ladite section de matériau (12) en contact avec ladite seconde région de surface (58), caractérisé en ce que ledit second rouleau (60) est disposé dans un boîtier (84) adapté à faire un étanchement contre ladite paroi (82) dudit réservoir (30) autour de ladite ouverture (80), ledit matériau (12) étant engagé par ledit boîtier (84) et ladite paroi (82) en amont et en aval de ladite ouverture (80) avec une force permettant le transport dudit matériau (12) entre ledit boîtier (84) et ladite paroi (82) lors de l'entraînement dudit premier rouleau (46).
  2. Distributeur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier rouleau (46) est un rouleau cannelé, et en ce que ledit second rouleau (60) est un rouleau en matériau élastique ayant une forme sensiblement complémentaire de celle dudit premier rouleau (46).
  3. Distributeur (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau (12) se présente sous l'une des formes suivantes : un matériau en rouleau, un matériau sous forme pliée en éventail, un matériau en forme de nappe avec ou sans perforations, une nappe de matériau ayant des découpes en forme d'encoches et/ou des marques d'impression sur une ou plusieurs de ses régions latérales et à intervalles sensiblement uniformes, et un matériau sous forme de feuilles discrètes, de préférence avec ou en option avec des perforations sur le côté pour l'alimentation des feuilles.
  4. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite paroi (82) dudit réservoir (30) et une paroi supérieure.
  5. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, incluant une partie (68), en option un capot, couvrant la charge de matériau (12) et capable de pivoter en éloignement de l'élément de support (20), par exemple autour d'un axe horizontal, ladite partie (68) ayant un élément porteur (90) adapté à porter ledit boîtier (84), et en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen pour générer un mouvement relatif entre ledit boîtier (84) et ledit élément porteur (90) pour forcer ledit boîtier (84) en contact avec ladite paroi (82) dudit réservoir (30).
  6. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, incluant un solénoïde (92) adapté pour forcer ledit boîtier (84) en engagement avec ladite paroi (82) dudit réservoir (30) avec une force prédéterminée.
  7. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, incluant un moyen pour forcer ledit second rouleau (60) dans la direction vers ledit premier rouleau (46), ledit moyen comprenant en option des poussoirs chargés par ressorts qui s'étendent d'une manière étanche et à travers ledit boîtier (84) et qui viennent en contact avec ledit second rouleau (60).
  8. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit matériau (12) comprend une nappe de matériau ayant des perforations, des découpes ou des marques d'impression à intervalles prédéterminés dans au moins une région marginale de la nappe, et en ce que le distributeur comprend au moins un système de détection optique adapté à détecter les découpes, les perforations ou les marques d'impression, et à déclencher ledit moyen pour entraîner ledit premier rouleau (46) afin d'arrêter une poursuite du transport de ladite nappe de matériau (12).
  9. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, incluant un capteur disposé de préférence dans la zone de sortie dudit matériau (12) depuis ledit distributeur, est adapté à détecter la présence d'une main ou des mains d'un opérateur et à démarrer ledit moyen pour entraîner ledit premier rouleau (46) afin de transporter ledit matériau (12) vers ledit opérateur.
  10. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit premier rouleau (46) est entraîné soit directement via un engrenage (54) situé à l'extérieur dudit réservoir (30) et attaché à un arbre (56) dudit premier rouleau (46) s'étendant à travers un joint, soit indirectement via ledit second rouleau (60), ledit second rouleau (60) étant alors connecté directement ou via une transmission à un moteur (50) disposé à l'extérieur dudit réservoir (30).
  11. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit fluide d'humidification comprend un fluide quelconque parmi un mélange alcool/eau à des fins de stérilisation, un milieu de stérilisation, un solvant à des fins de nettoyage, un milieu de nettoyage pour freins, un milieu de nettoyage pour peintures, un milieu de nettoyage pour toute autre fin, et un milieu cosmétique.
  12. Distributeur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un second groupe de rouleaux (47, 61) est agencé à l'intérieur du distributeur (10) pour guider le matériau (12) de manière sûre depuis le premier groupe de rouleaux (46, 60) à une fente de distribution (72) après que le matériau (12) a été humidifié.
  13. Distributeur (10) selon la revendication 2, dans .lequel ledit rouleau cannelé (46 ; 46, 47) comporte des gorges ou des cannelures longitudinales agencées à intervalles angulaires réguliers autour du rouleau, de préférence généralement parallèles à l'axe (130) de celui-ci, de sorte que des gorges ou des cannelures adjacentes (104) se transforment l'une dans l'autre au niveau de pics longitudinaux (102) du rouleau cannelé (46 ; 46, 47), et chaque gorge ou chaque rainure ayant une forme généralement aiguë à sa base entre chaque paire de pics adjacents (102).
