Claims (12)

  1. Zigarettenverpackung, die umfasst:
    eine Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten;
    eine innere Verpackung (3), die die Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten umschließt und eine Herausziehöffnung (5) besitzt; und
    ein Hochziehband (21), das mit wenigstens einer Zigarette (22) der Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten in Eingriff ist und an der Herausziehöffnung (5) der inneren Verpackung (3) ein Griffende (23) besitzt, das von einer Oberseite der Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten vorsteht und an dem gezogen wird, um die Zigarette (22) hochzuziehen;
    wobei das Hochziehband (21) um das untere Ende (24) der Zigarette (22) innerhalb der inneren Verpackung (3) zu einem U gefaltet ist;
    wobei das Hochziehband (21) von der inneren Verpackung (3) vollständig getrennt ist und sich daher in Bezug auf die innere Verpackung (3) beliebig bewegen kann; und
    wobei das Hochziehband (21) eine erste vertikale Wand (25), die in dem Griffende (23) endet und so positioniert ist, dass sie mit einer zylindrischen Seitenwand (26) der Zigarette (21) in Kontakt ist, eine horizontale Wand (27), die zu der ersten vertikalen Wand (25) senkrecht ist und so positioniert ist, dass sie mit dem unteren Ende (24) der Zigarette (22) in Kontakt ist; und eine zweite vertikale Wand (28), die in einem inneren Ende (29) gegenüber dem Griffende (23) des Hochziehbandes (21) endet und zu der ersten vertikalen Wand (25) parallel ist, dieser zugewandt ist und so positioniert ist, dass sie mit der zylindrischen Seitenwand (26) der Zigarette (22) auf der der ersten vertikalen Wand (25) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Zigarette (22) in Kontakt ist, umfasst; und
    wobei die Verpackung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die zweite vertikale Wand (28) des Hochziehbandes (21) einen breiteren Abschnitt (30) besitzt, der zumindest breiter als die horizontale Wand (27) des Hochziehbandes (21) ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der breitere Abschnitt (30) der zweiten vertikalen Wand (28) des Hochziehbandes (21) breiter als der Rest des Hochziehbandes (21) ist.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der breitere Abschnitt (30) breiter als der Durchmesser einer Zigarette ist und zumindest die horizontale Wand (27) des Hochziehbandes (21) schmaler als der Durchmesser einer Zigarette ist.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei der breitere Abschnitt (30) des Hochziehbandes (11) eine Breite im Bereich vom zweifachen bis zum dreifachen Durchmesser einer Zigarette hat.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Hochziehband (21) einen schmalen Abschnitt aufweist, der sich von dem Griffende (23) erstreckt; und der breitere Abschnitt (30) sich von einem inneren Ende (29) gegenüber dem Griffende (23) erstreckt und breiter als der schmale Abschnitt ist.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 5, wobei der breitere Abschnitt (30) des Hochziehbandes (21) breiter als der Durchmesser einer Zigarette ist und der schmale Abschnitt des Hochziehbandes (21) schmaler als der Durchmesser einer Zigarette ist.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die innere Verpackung (3) einen Verschlussabschnitt (6) umfasst, der die Herausziehöffnung (5) verschließt und das Griffende (23) des Hochziehbandes (21) nach unten auf die obere Wand der Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten presst.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, die einen starren becherförmigen äußeren Behälter (2), der ein offenes oberes Ende (7) besitzt, und einen becherförmigen Deckel (8), der an dem äußeren Behälter (2) längs eines Scharniers (9) angelenkt ist, um sich in Bezug auf den äußeren Behälter (2) zwischen einer offenen Stellung und einer geschlossenen Stellung zu drehen, in der er das offene obere Ende (7) öffnet bzw. schließt, umfasst.
  9. Verpackungsverfahren zum Herstellen einer Zigarettenverpackung nach Anspruch 1; wobei das Verpackungsverfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    Bilden einer Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten, die eine Anzahl übereinander liegender Schichten (39) von Zigaretten umfasst, in einer gruppenbildenden Tasche (38) durch Einführen der Schichten (39) von Zigaretten nacheinander in die gruppenbildende Tasche (38); und
    Bilden einer inneren Verpackung (3), die die Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten umschließt und eine Herausziehöffnung (5) besitzt, durch Wickeln einer Lage (34) aus Verpackungsmaterial um die Gruppe von Zigaretten;
    wobei das Verpackungsverfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es die folgenden weiteren Schritte umfasst:
    Zuführen eines Herausziehbandes (21) vor die gruppenbildende Tasche (38) vor dem Einführen einer ersten Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten in die gruppenbildende Tasche (38); und
    Einführen der ersten Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten in die gruppenbildende Tasche (38), so dass die erste Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten beim Eintritt in die gruppenbildende Tasche (38) mit dem Herausziehband (21) in Eingriff gelangt und das Herausziehband (21) zu einem U um wenigstens eine Zigarette (22) in der ersten Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten faltet.
  10. Verpackungsmaschine zum Herstellen einer Zigarettenverpackung nach Anspruch 1; wobei die Verpackungsmaschine (31) umfasst:
    eine gruppenbildende Einheit (32), die eine gruppenbildende Tasche (38) besitzt, um in der gruppenbildenden Tasche (38) eine Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten, die eine Anzahl übereinander liegender Schichten (39) von Zigaretten enthält, durch aufeinander folgendes Einführen der Schichten (39) von Zigaretten in die gruppenbildende Tasche (38) zu bilden; und
    eine Verpackungseinheit (33) zum Bilden einer inneren Verpackung (3), die die Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten umschließt und eine Herausziehöffnung (5) besitzt, durch Wickeln einer Lage (34) von Verpackungsmaterial um die Gruppe von Zigaretten;
    wobei die Verpackungsmaschine (31) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie umfasst:
    eine Zufuhrvorrichtung (42), um ein Herausziehband (21) vor die gruppenbildende Tasche (38) zuzuführen, bevor eine erste Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten in die gruppenbildende Tasche (38) eingeführt wird; und
    einen Schieber (41), um die erste Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten in die gruppenbildende Tasche (38) einzuführen, so dass beim Eintritt in die gruppenbildende Tasche (38) die erste Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten mit dem Herausziehband (21) in Eingriff gelangt, und um das Herausziehband (21) zu einem U um wenigstens eine Zigarette (22) in der ersten Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten zu falten.
  11. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Zufuhrvorrichtung (42) umfasst:
    ein Saug-Förderband (43), das das Hochziehband (21) horizontal befördert; und
    einen Ablenker (44), der sich an einem Ausgang des Förderbandes (43) befindet und das Hochziehband (21) vertikal nach unten in den Weg der ersten Schicht (39a) von Zigaretten ablenkt.
  12. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Zufuhrvorrichtung (42) einen vertikalen Kanal (45) umfasst, der sich unter dem Ablenker (44) befindet und durch zwei feste, parallele vertikale Wände (46) definiert ist, die in einem gegebenen Abstand einander zugewandt sind.
