Abstract

Das Handrüttelgerät besteht aus Führungsrahmen 13 mit daran schwingungsgedämpft angeordnetem Vibrator 9. Am Führungsrahmen 13 ist seitlich ein Antrieb 6 und des Weiteren seitlich am Vibrator 9 ein übliches wechselbares Stopfwerkzeug 11 angeordnet. Der Vibrator 9 besteht aus einer im Unwuchtgehäuse 19 gelagerten Unwuchtwelle 12 und einer schaltbaren Unwuchteinrichtung 10. Die schaltbare Unwuchteinrichtung 10 ist entweder automatisch fliehkraftbegrenzt betätigt ausgeführt oder mit einer schaltbaren Unwucht 25 ausgebildet, wobei diese dann über eine zusätzliche Schalteinrichtung 27 betätigt wird. Die Unwuchteinrichtung 10 besteht aus einer schaltbaren lageveränderlichen Unwucht 25, einer Hülsenmutter 21, einem Federgehäuse 22, einer innen im Federgehäuse 22 geführten Feder 23 (einer vorgespannten Druckfeder) und einem Federbolzen 24. Diese Schalteinrichtung 10 kann wahlweise magnetisch, pneumatisch, hydraulisch oder mechanisch fremdbetätigt nach Erreichen einer Nenndrehzahl des Antriebes 6 zuschaltbar ausgebildet sein. Als Antrieb 6 ist am Führungsrahmen 13 ein Verbrennungsmotor 6a und/oder ein Elektromotor 6b oder 28 angeordnet.
