Definitions
- tanks are known with volumes developed in height and with handle integrated in the tank shape. These known tanks determine, however, a lot of drawbacks. It happens, in fact, in the emptying in small movement spaces, a difficulty in the lifting and in the rotation of the tank to pour the liquid in the inlet hole of the vehicle.
- the tanks with volume developed in height and integrated handle have, in fact, difficulty in lifting and in inserting often solved with use of funnels or auxiliary pipes.
- the emptying difficulty of the known tanks is increased, other to the shape and the position of the handle, also to the lack of vent holes.
- the tanks for fuels, oils or similar have not vent holes, but they have only a central hole in where overflowings are formed making irregular and not very fluid the outlet of the liquid to be poured, with possible discharge of the same.
- the tanks known in the art cannot be stacked up for storage because the cap placed toward the top, to prevent accidental releases, does not permit the stacking.
- the tanks known in the art are not suitable for the transport into the boot of the vehicles, being developed in height and with support base of small dimensions. These features do not make easy the stability nor the placing with the cap in top position, i.e. upright.
- Subject matter of the present invention is a new tank able to avoid the stated drawbacks and so to permit the use of the tank in movement spaces very small.
- the invented tanks in fact, comprises a rolling handle that makes easy the transport and the emptying and, the folding of said handle in suitable seat, makes possible the stacking in warehouses, storages or inside the vehicles, with stability given to the volume developed in horizontal and to the barycentre low.
- the invented tank moreover, comprises a vent hole so to make quick and fluid the emptying and the filling up.
- the emptying is, moreover, helped to an angled supplier, i.e. with a folded shape, and flexible.
- the stability of the invented tank in the boot of the vehicle is given, other to the large support base, also to the Velcro strips glued at the bottom of the tank that have the possibility to be fixed, by the gripping surface, on the carpeted part present in most of the boots.
- the invented tank for fuel, oil and similar consists of a tank 1 with volume developed in height equipped at the top in central position, so in barycentric position, of rolling handle 2.
- Said handle 2 has in the lower part fork joint 3 with holes 4 onto prongs in which is inserted a joint 5, passing in the projecting part 6, having a corresponding hole 7.
- the joint 5 is kept in seat to the head 8 to the plastic thrust washer 9 engaged onto the seat 10.
- the projecting part 6 can rotate along a vertical axis such as engaged with beating in the support base 11 then fixed to the tank by further moulding.
- the rolling handle 2 so can rotate of 180° around the joint 5 and of 360° around the projecting part 6.
- the rolling handle 2 when not in use is placed in suitable seat 12 having the same shape of the handle.
- a cylindric part 13 Onto the upper part of the tank is present, moreover, a cylindric part 13 with hole for the liquid outlet.
- the cylindric part 13 has thread 14 and closing cup with o-ring 15 with restraint tab 16 at the neck of the same cylindric part.
- a threaded hole 18 is present with a cap 19 with o-ring and with thread 20 for the air outlet.
- restraint forks 21 and centrally perforated projecting part 22 keep with opening joint the angled, flexible supplier 23, forming a single ground plane.
- Said angled, flexible supplier 23 is equipped with an o-ring 24 and with threaded ring 25 with thread analogous and suitable with the thread 14 of the cylindric part 13.
- the tank has parts 26 to place advertising, labels of the contained liquid and bar codes.
- feet 27 are present to be obtained in moulding of the tank.
- concavities 28 are present where the feet 27 are placed during the storage of more stacked tanks. Further concavity is present also in the lower part of the tank in where the projecting part 22 comes to house in the stacking with other tank.
- the tank is filled, unscrewing the vent cap 19 and the cap 15 of the cylindric part 13.
- the caps 15 and 19 are closed and the transport is actuated with closed caps, with the rolling handle 2 that is to be adapted in ergonomic way to the disposition of the hand of the user.
- the caps 15 and 19 are opened and to the thread 14 is screwed the threaded ring 25 with the angled, flexible supplier 23.
- the rolling handle fits into ergonomically to the hand position of the user that put the fingers of the other hand in the concavity 29 to help and place the tank depending of the inclination more suitable.
- the tank is placed again stacked with the other equal tanks with the same or different liquid. This stacking of the tanks one onto the other comes to occupy small space. This disposition is to be used also in the storages where are stored up the tanks or for the transport.
