Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an acoustic element, which serves for sound insulation, and to a method for its production. Corresponding acoustic elements are used, for example, as sound-absorbing, plate-shaped elements or panels in furniture fronts in kitchens or as doors. In general, a panel according to the present invention, any more or less plate-shaped product, in particular made of wood, wood substitutes or other materials in which the sound insulation plays a role.
Corresponding panels with acoustic function or acoustic elements have hitherto been elaborately manufactured because a sound-absorbing material has to be integrated into a panel during the production process even during the production of the panel itself. For example, lightweight panels are used in their manufacture between a cover layer and the lightweight intermediate layer, a thin, sound-insulating material is introduced. This means that even before the panel is created, it must be determined that it must later have sound-absorbing properties.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an acoustic element and a method for producing such, in which this disadvantage does not occur.
This object is achieved by a method having the features of
According to the invention for the production of the acoustic element in a panel made of wood and / or wood substitute and / or plastic on a front side passages, in particular holes, holes or slots, introduced, wherein in the region of the passages, a sound-absorbing or sound-insulating material (3) is arranged. On the side facing away from the front side of the panel at least one opposite the rear of the panel recessed receiving area for receiving the sound-absorbing material is introduced.
The method according to the invention provides, in particular, for introducing at least one recess into the rear side of an already finished panel, for example by milling into which a sound-insulating material is introduced. On the front passages, in particular holes, holes or / and the like are introduced. The back of the recess is closed by means of a cover or wall portion, which may also be a perforated and / or slotted plate, including the sound insulation material. The provided with passages, for example, perforated and / or slotted plate or panel-shaped material absorbs the sound waves of the environment, which are broken in the internal absorber. The back plate or lid with the passages in turn absorbs a portion of the sound waves passing through the absorber material.
By the back-milling of the panel, the front and edge view of the acoustic element or the panel is fully preserved, so that can be manufactured with the invention optically approachless acoustic absorber. The inventive method can be used in already finished panels, so that, for example, furniture fronts or doors can be retrofitted with a sound insulation.

The
For closing the recess 4, a cover or
The lid or
