Description

The invention relates to a spacer according to the preamble of claim 1.

Corresponding spacers are for example DE 201 15 596 U1 or US 4,942,713 A known. They are used for attaching wall panels to posts to form walls for dividing rooms, especially rooms with machines or other danger spots. In the known spacer a receiving contour is provided, in which the bolt to be connected to a post is introduced with his head and is engaged behind by an undercut. The connection between spacer and bolt is detachably formed, being provided for securing two on both sides of the bolt or its head to be placed securing bolts that can be removed to release the connection.

This structure is disadvantageous in that individual connection parts must be separated from each other to release the connection. Also, the assembly is complicated.

Object of the present invention is to provide a spacer of the type mentioned, in which the described disadvantage does not occur and with which in particular the assembly and disassembly is facilitated.

This object is achieved by a spacer with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments can be found in the dependent claims.

According to the invention, a securing section is provided on which at least one, preferably both, of the securing elements are provided. This securing portion is formed captive with the spacer, and can be transferred from a secure state to a release state for releasing a received in the spacer connecting element.

Preferably, a contact area is provided for abutment against the end face of the head of a connecting element in the secured state, wherein the contact area is preferably arranged between the securing elements.

At least one of the securing elements can be designed as a protruding tab from the securing portion. Separate security elements can be avoided. According to the invention it is provided that the securing portion is at least partially elastically resilient. This spring property can be exploited for transferring from the secured to the release state. In this case, the securing portion has a cross-sectionally approximately C-shaped portion having a first leg, a connecting portion and the second leg having the contact area. Here it is provided that the first leg is supported on a base portion of the spacer. In this case, the second leg faces the receiving area of the spacer. At this Embodiment, the second leg is used as a resilient element, which can be preferably moved under bias in the release position. For this purpose, a support element is preferably provided in the spacer, on which the securing portion or the second leg can be supported with one end.

The invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment in the FIGS. 1 and 2 schematically explained in more detail.
  • FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an inventive spacer.
  • FIG. 2 shows a sectional view through the spacer in a slightly perspective view.
  • FIG. 3 shows in perspective view a particular embodiment of the securing portion.
  • FIG. 4 shows a special embodiment of the spacer according to the invention with the in FIG. 3 shown securing section.

This in FIG. 1 shown spacer 1 has a channel-shaped receptacle 1a, which has a receiving contour, which tapers in the representation in cross section in the YZ plane. The tapered region engages behind a bolt 5 inserted into the receptacle 1a, the head 5a of which (see FIG. Fig. 2 ) thus held in the receptacle 1a and in particular can not be pulled out in the direction of Y upwards. The bolt 5 is preferably designed as a screw and can with a corresponding counterpart, eg a post (not shown) are screwed. Against lateral displacement of the receptacle 1a out of the bolt 5 is also protected. This is done by securing elements 3a, 3b, in particular in the FIG. 2 you can see.

In the secured state, in the sectional view of FIG. 2 is illustrated, the securing elements 3a, 3b are located on both sides of the head 5a of the bolt and protrude in the example shown in the formed by the receptacle 1a groove-shaped channel, so that the interposed bolt in the locked state can not be moved in the X direction ,

In the spacer 1, a receiving portion 1 b for a securing portion 3 is provided. The securing section 3 shown is approximately C-shaped in cross-section of the XY plane and has an approximately C-shaped section. This C-shaped section has a first leg 3e, which is supported on a bottom or base section 1c of the spacer 1, and a thereto in any case in sections (approximately parallel in the example shown) second leg. The first and the second leg of the securing portion 3, which is preferably at least partially formed of a resilient material, are connected to an approximately perpendicular (in the Y direction) to the legs extending connecting portion 3f.

The second leg forms in the example shown a part of the bottom portion of the channel 1a and has to abutment against the end face of the head 5a a contact area 3d on. This is preferably located between the securing elements 3a and 3b, which are preferably made of the material of the second leg projecting tabs, which extend to the contact area 3d towards rising so that they prevent the displacement of the bolt 5 in the secured state. The remote from the connecting portion 3f end 3g of the second leg is relative to the contact portion 3d in the direction Y deeper than the same. Between the securing element 3b removed from the connecting section 3f and the end 3g extending approximately parallel to the longitudinal extension X, there is provided a transitional region 3c which preferably connects the end 3g to the remainder of the second leg at an angle to the direction X. The end 3g is in the example shown on a support element 1d in the spacer.

To release the bolt from the receptacle 1a, the spacer 1 can be transferred to a release state. In this case, a force with at least one component pointing downwards (in the direction -Y) from the end face of the head 5a is preferably exerted on the second leg in the region of the transition region 3c. As a result, the securing elements are lowered relative to the bottom 1e of the receptacle 1a and the abutment region 3d is lowered from the abutment against the head 5a. By lowering the securing elements 3a, 3b, the bolt 5 can now be moved in the direction X and possibly removed from the spacer 1. In a preferred embodiment, a key 2 is provided, which is pressed with its beard 2a during rotation in the direction of the arrow P against the transition region 3c. This then differs essentially after from the bottom, the end 3g is prevented by the support member 1d in the movement in the Y direction. As a result, as a result of the elastic deformation of the second leg, a deflection of the same occurs, the region of the second leg between the connecting element 3f and the end 3g being moved in the direction of the first leg 3e and thus releasing the bolt.

In the FIGS. 3 and 4 a variant embodiment is shown in which the function of the securing section is optimized. Since the in the FIGS. 3 and 4 The embodiment shown in the essential points with the embodiment described above is identical, reference is made to the above embodiments and discussed below only the differences. The in the FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrated securing portion 3 has a recess 3h, which is located in the lateral connection region of the connecting portion 3f and the second leg 3e. In the example shown, a portion of the corner formed by the portions 3f and 3e is recessed at the edge of the portions 3e and 3f, so that the connecting portion 3f has a portion 3f 'projecting from a portion 3e' of the second leg 3e. The recess 3h thus formed serves to receive a fixing section 1e formed as a fixing block in the example shown, which is fixedly attached to the spacer 1 or formed integrally therewith. As in FIG. 4 shown, the fixing portion 1e is such that the projection 3f 'engages behind the fixing portion 1e when inserting the securing portion 3 in the spacer 1. When a force in the region 3d is applied to the securing section, the side 3f, that is to say the connecting section, becomes retained behind the fixing portion 1e and can not or only slightly move in the direction X. In particular, a lifting or unwinding of the preferably spring-like securing portion 3 in the direction X is prevented.
