Abstract

The invention relates to underpants for men (and their varieties), the cut of which takes into account the principles of optimal functioning of the male sex system. The invention relates to the design and production of underwear for men and mainly of underpants, shorts, swimwear, including health care. According to the main embodiment, the invention relates to a pair of underpants for men whose cut and execution are based on the principles of optimal function of the male sex system and the physiological characteristics of men. For a correct selection of underpants, a system of supplement sizes and their control is provided in their design.

The proposed underpants for men have positive effects on the health and sexual ability of the man, taking into account the aesthetic characteristics.

Numerous technical solutions in the field of designing and manufacturing men's underwear, such as underpants, shorts, swim shorts, etc., aimed at improving physiological properties, e.g. B. Patent RU 2267282, 07.12.2001 , IPC 41B 9/02; patent RU 2163457, 21.06.99 , IPC A 41 B 9/08; patent US 2033551, 10.03. 1936 , NIC 602-73; patent US 3,517,666, 30.06.1970 , NIC 602-68, 128-159, IPC A61F 5/40, A61H 9/02, patent US 5870779, 16.02.1999 ; EP 0230102, 29.07.1987 ; WO 98/39981, 17.09.1998 , as well as websites such as http://kis.net-forum.ru.

These technical solutions consider different designs of men's underwear such as underpants with a front and a back and a tab. The tab has an extended version in the form of a three-dimensional body for improving physiological and functional properties. The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed and analyzed embodiments mentioned in the abovementioned patent specifications include the timeliness, relevance and development trends in the design of men's underwear. Namely, it is necessary to further improve the physiological and utility properties and to expand the functionalities including the curative effects of such laundry.

As the closest prior art in terms of the structure of the proposed men's underpants, the design of the physiological men's underwear (underpants for men) from the small patent RU 74066, 25.10.2007 (IPC A61F 5/41). This underwear has inter alia a front and a rear part, each of which is formed from two elements, a tab and a slipband on. The flap has a three-dimensional cut, is dreiflügelig and has three cut parts in the form of a left, a right and a middle lock part. However, this technical solution as well as the mentioned patents mentioned provide no detailed solutions and no concrete embodiments for the practical design of the three-dimensional tabs. This applies both to the formation of their three-dimensional shape and to the relationship between their sizes and other parameters and the physiological sizes and peculiarities of each specific user as well as the relationship between these peculiarities and the technical manufacturing process in the production of the respective models.

The presence of a check cross-section of the flap determines the simplicity and the possibility of individualizing the methods and means for selecting and adjusting these underwear for each individual user as well as for mass production of these goods. The proposed design improves the ergonomic and the performance characteristics of the proposed underpants, taking into account the above-mentioned peculiarities and the existing additional pocket and the slot.

The analysis of the identified writings shows that the entirety of the mentioned features of this device and of the method for manufacturing the men's underpants is new. The achievable technical result combining these features and the achieved mentioned properties are not obvious and can not be read from the prior art. Therefore, it can be inferred that the product represents a new technical result, which is new and has the required ingenuity.

This product was made in the form of industrial samples. Thus, its commercial applicability and the convenience of patenting are also confirmed.

These control measures determine the tab length in the longitudinal direction (the length of the middle lock part 12) and the dimension of its control cross section.

As a result, the best embodiment of the invention is achieved with respect to the performance properties.

The physiological underpants for men is manufactured and used in the following way.

First, the fabric is selected for the production of underpants, z. B. an active ingredient. Thus, the cut is developed considering male physiology. Its special features require the additional medical objective of the proposed technical solution: The underwear must be adapted to the physiological parameters and needs of the man, must not be harmful to health, must have a positive effect on the sexual capabilities of the man and contribute to their support and increase.
