Claims (12)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung (12, 120), die entfernbar an einem Artikel anbringbar ist, wobei die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (12, 120) Folgendes umfasst:
    ein Gehäuse (16, 160), das ein Sicherungssegment (42, 420) aufweist;
    ein Sperrelement, das in dem Gehäuse (16, 160) angeordnet ist; und
    einen Bügel (20, 200), wobei der Bügel (20, 200) Folgendes aufweist:
    ein erstes Ende mit einem Verriegelungsbereich, wobei der Verriegelungsbereich in das Gehäuse (16, 160) einsetzbar ist; und
    ein zweites Ende (48, 480) mit einer Sicherungsseite (36, 360); wobei der Bügel (20, 200) verschiebbar zwischen einer offenen Position und einer gesperrten Position beweglich ist, das Sperrelement mit dem Verriegelungsbereich des Bügels (20, 200) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann und der Bügel (20, 200) in der gesperrten Position mindestens teilweise in dem Gehäuse (16, 160) festgehalten wird und den Artikel zwischen dem Sicherungssegment (42, 420) und der Sicherungsseite (36, 360) des Bügels (20, 200) sichert, wobei das Sperrelement Folgendes aufweist:
    eine magnetisch betätigbare Verriegelung (38, 380), und
    ein flexibles Sperrelement (40, 400), das die magnetisch betätigbare Verriegelung (38) und den Verriegelungsbereich des Bügels (20, 200) in eine gesperrte Position vorspannt, und
    gekennzeichnet durch ein flexibles Kanalelement (32, 320), das eine Aufwärtskraft auf den Bügel (20, 200) ausübt, wobei die Kombination von Kräften, die von dem flexiblen Verriegelungselement (40, 400) und dem flexiblen Kanalelement (32, 320) an den Bügel (20, 200) angelegt werden, in der gesperrten Position ein Drehmoment auf dem Bügel (20, 200) erzeugen, das dazu dient, dass die Sicherungsseite (36, 360) des Bügels (20, 200) den geschützten Artikel fest greifen kann, sodass ein Abschnitt des Artikels zwischen der Sicherungsseite (36, 360) des Bügels (20) und dem Sicherungssegment (42) in der gesperrten Position erfasst wird.
  2. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gehäuse (16, 160) eine äußere Wand aufweist, die ein Innenvolumen definiert, das Gehäuse (16, 160) mit der magnetisch betätigbaren Verriegelung (38, 380) in dem Innenvolumen angeordnet ist, das Gehäuse (16, 160) einen Durchgang darin aufweist, der einen Kanal (44, 440) definiert, der konfiguriert ist, den Bügel (20, 200) verschiebbar darin aufzunehmen, und der Kanal (44, 440) ferner konfiguriert ist, das flexible Kanalelement (32, 320) derart zu halten, dass das flexible Kanalelement (32, 320) zwischen dem Bügel (20, 200) und der äußeren Wand komprimiert wird.
  3. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Gehäuse (16, 160) ferner eine Sicherungsseite (22, 220) aufweist und der Kanal (44, 440) in einem spitzen Winkel von im Wesentlichen 20° bis im Wesentlichen 60° in Bezug auf die Sicherungsseite (22, 220) des Gehäuses (16, 160) ausgerichtet ist.
  4. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Bügel (20, 200) eine V-förmige Konfiguration aufweist.
  5. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Bügel (20, 200) eine U-förmige Konfiguration aufweist.
  6. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gehäuse (16, 160) ferner eine detektierbare Sicherheitselementkammer aufweist und wobei die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (12, 120) ferner ein detektierbares Sicherheitselement (30, 300) aufweist, das sich in der detektierbaren Sicherheitselementkammer befindet.
  7. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das detektierbare Sicherheitselement (30, 300) mindestens eines von einem EAS-("Elektronische Artikelsicherung")-Etikett und einem RFID-("Radio Frequency Identification")-Etikett ist.
  8. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Sicherungsseite (36, 360) und der Verriegelungsbereich des Bügels (20, 200) in einer ersten Ebene liegen und eine Längsachse des detektierbaren Sicherheitselements (30, 300) entweder in der ersten Ebene oder in einer zweiten Ebene liegt, wobei die zweite Ebene zu der ersten Ebene senkrecht ist.
  9. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Verriegelungsbereich des Bügels (20, 200) mindestens einen Vorsprung aufweist, der sich davon erstreckt.
  10. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der mindestens eine Vorsprung mindestens einen Zahn aufweist, der eine Steigung und einen Auftritt aufweist, wobei ein Verhältnis von der Steigung zu dem Auftritt ungefähr 3:1 beträgt.
  11. EAS-("Elektronische Artikelsicherung")-System (10, 100) zur Sicherung eines Artikels, gekennzeichnet durch:
    eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung (12, 120) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Vorrichtung (12, 120) ein Gehäuse (16, 160) mit einem Vorsprung (24, 240) aufweist; und
    eine magnetische Ablöseeinrichtung (14, 140), die eine Ablösezone aufweist, wobei die Ablösezone ausgelegt ist, den Vorsprung (24, 240) des Gehäuses (16, 160) darin zu verschachteln, um die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (12, 120) von dem Artikel abzulösen; wobei das Gehäuse (16, 160) ferner eine detektierbare Sicherheitselementkammer aufweist und wobei die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (12, 120) ferner ein detektierbares Sicherheitselement (30, 300) aufweist, das sich in der detektierbaren Sicherheitselementkammer befindet.
  12. Verfahren zum Schützen eines Artikels vor Diebstahl, wobei das Verfahren durch Folgendes gekennzeichnet ist
    Anbringen einer Sicherheitsvorrichtung (12, 120) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 an einem Abschnitt des Artikels;
    verschiebbares Bewegen des Bügels (20, 200) von einer offenen Position in eine gesperrte Position, wobei das Sperrelement (40, 400) mit dem Verriegelungsbereich (34, 340) des Bügels (20, 200) in Eingriff gebracht wird, wobei das flexible Sperrelement (40, 400) die magnetisch betätigbare Verriegelung (38, 380) und den Verriegelungsbereich (34, 340) des Bügels (20, 200) in eine gesperrte Position vorspannt; wobei das flexible Sperrelement (40, 400) in Kombination mit dem flexiblen Kanalelement ein Drehmoment auf den Bügel (20, 200) erzeugt, sodass ein Abschnitt des Artikels zwischen der Sicherungsseite (36, 360) des Bügels (20, 200) und dem Sicherungssegment (42, 420) in der gesperrten Position ohne die Verwendung eines Stifts erfasst wird, und
    ferner umfassend das Einführen des Bügels (20, 200) durch eine Öffnung in dem Artikel, wobei der Sicherungsbereich das Sicherungssegment (42, 420) in der gesperrten Position kontaktiert.
