技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种商品防盗扣，应用于零售业、超市等商业领域，具体涉及一种用于保护带孔类或有带类商品的电子物品监视(EAS)防盗扣，特别是涉及对锁紧部分结构的改进。
背景技术
存放在超市等营业场所的开放货架上的带孔类或有带类商品，比如鞋类等商品存在着被非法带出营业场所的风险。商家往往采用监控、吊挂电子物品监视标记物(即EAS标记物)等措施来降低这方面的经营损失。近几年使用比较普遍的则是防盗扣上的钉子直接穿过商品表面，这样会损坏商品某些部位。为克服损坏商品的问题，相关技术设计人员便开发了一种将针附上一段绳索穿过商品的孔或绕过带后再锁紧的防盗扣，这样就基本避免了损坏商品，但是同样存在一些缺点，如当锁紧商品后，防盗扣基本相对于商品不能转动，如果强行扭动绳索则容易损坏商品或者扭断绳索使防盗扣失去对商品的保护作用。因此需要发明一种防盗扣可相对商品转动、降低商品损坏率及防盗扣失效率、结构合理的防盗扣。
发明内容
本实用新型对锁紧部分的结构进行改进，提供一种防盗扣可相对商品转动、降低商品损坏率及防盗扣失效率、结构合理的防盗扣。
本实用新型解决其问题的技术方案是：它包括壳体、上盖、锁芯，锁芯弹簧端设在壳体的内部凹腔内，依次向外设有钢柱、钢珠、钢碗构成三球通用锁芯，其白钢碗端被一带孔塑帽扣住，带孔塑帽另一端设有一转动薄盘，其外设有上盖，其上设有塑皮绳索，塑皮绳索穿回锁芯后，塑皮绳索与转动薄盘可一起相对壳体转动。其特征还在于在壳体的尾部设有电子物品监视标记物。
作为优选，塑皮绳索一端设有卡扣，而另一端设有钢针，转动薄盘边缘设有宽度略大于塑皮绳索直径而小于卡扣直径的缺口或直径略大于塑皮绳索直径而小于卡扣直径的圆孔，带孔塑帽、钢碗、钢柱上均设有直径略大于钢针直径的小孔，且小孔同心，转动薄盘上的中心孔也与小孔同心，这样塑皮绳索卡扣一端可卡在转动薄盘的缺口处，钢针一端可穿过中心孔及小孔，达到锁芯位置，实现锁紧；
作为优选，转动薄盘的外径略小于壳体及上盖头部内腔的内径，转动薄盘可相对壳体及上盖转动；
本实用新型还设有电子物品监视标记物，其设在壳体的尾部。
因此，本实用新型具有可相对商品转动、降低商品损坏率及防盗扣失效率、结构合理等特点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例：
将电子物品监视标记物9固定在壳体1的尾部，在壳体1的头部内凹腔内依次放置弹簧12、装好三颗钢珠10的钢柱11、钢碗5组成三球通用锁芯，在钢碗5尾部盖上带孔塑帽4，在其自由端套上转动薄盘3，将塑皮绳索6以卡扣7卡在转动薄盘的缺口13上，盖上上盖2，塑皮绳索钢针8朝外，通过焊接等方式使上盖与壳体合为一体，完成该防盗扣的装配，并处于开锁状态。
将开锁状态的防盗扣塑皮绳索钢针端穿过带孔类商品的孔或绕过有带类商品的带，再依次穿过带孔塑帽、钢碗、钢柱，直至被钢珠锁紧，反拉钢针不退出，则实现了对带孔类商品的孔或有带类商品的有效保护和标识；由于塑皮绳索连同转动薄盘可相对防盗扣自身转动，而塑皮绳索穿过被保护商品，则当商品被扭动时，防盗扣相对商品转动，而不会使商品受到损坏；由于在防盗扣的尾部腔内设有电子物品监视标记物，则当被防盗扣保护的商品被非法带离指定场所时，相应系统被触发，发出报警声，实现报警。
本实用新型可广泛用于带孔类商品的孔或有带类商品上。

1.一种商品防盗扣，其特征在于它包括底壳体、上盖、锁芯，锁芯弹簧端设在壳体的内部凹腔内，依次向外设有钢柱、钢珠、钢碗构成三球通用锁芯，其自钢碗端被一带孔塑帽扣住，带孔塑帽另一端设有一转动薄盘，其外设有上盖，其上设有塑皮绳索，塑皮绳索穿回锁芯后，塑皮绳索与转动薄盘可一起相对壳体转动；其特征还在于在壳体的尾部设有电子物品监视标记物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种商品防盗扣，其特征在于塑皮绳索一端设有卡扣，而另一端设有钢针。
3.根据权利要求1及2所述的一种商品防盗扣，其特征在于转动薄盘边缘设有宽度略大于塑皮绳索直径而小于卡扣直径的缺口或直径略大于塑皮绳索直径而小于卡扣直径的圆孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种商品防盗扣，其特征在于转动薄盘中心孔直径略大于带孔塑帽背离锁芯端的直径。
5.根据权利要求1及5所述的一种商品防盗扣，其特征在于带孔塑帽、钢碗、钢柱上均设有直径略大于钢针直径的小孔，且小孔均同心，这些小孔与转动博盘中心孔亦同心。
