Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungskonstruktion für Terrassenböden und ähnlich gelagerte Anwendungen.The invention relates to a mounting structure for patio floors and similar applications.
Terrassenböden bestehen meist aus Holz und haben eine Unterkonstruktion aus parallel liegenden Kanthölzern mit rechteckigem Querschnitt. Auf diesen Kanthölzern, nachfolgend Trägerbohlen genannt, sind voneinander beabstandet liegende Holzbretter, nachfolgend Auflagebohlen genannt, befestigt.Terrace floors are usually made of wood and have a substructure of parallel squared timbers with a rectangular cross-section. Für die Befestigung von Paneelplatten und dergleichen wurde auch schon ein Verbindungsprofil vorgeschlagen, bei dem ein erster Verbindungsstreifen mit einer ersten Paneelplatte und einem Stützträger verbunden ist, ein zweiter Verbindungsstreifen mit einer zweiten Paneelplatte verbunden ist, eine nach einer Seite hin offene Schubaufnahme zwischen einem Verbindungsflansch des ersten Verbindungsstreifens und einer Rückseite der ersten und zweiten Paneelplatte vorgesehen ist und im montierten Zustand ein Verbindungsflansch des zweiten Verbindungsstreifens in der Schubaufnahme steckt. Zudem wurde bereits ein System zur Verbindung und Befestigung von Bauplatten mit Hilfe von Rückseitenelementen vorgeschlagen. Bei einer Variante dieses in dem Dokument
An einen Terrassenboden aus Holz werden verschiedene Anforderungen gestellt. Die Terrasse ist meist nicht überdacht und daher den meteorologischen Einflüssen vollständig ausgesetzt. Durch Nässe und Temperaturunterschiede dehnt sich das Holz aus bzw. zieht es sich zusammen. Das betrifft sowohl die Holzbohlen als auch die Kanthölzer der Unterkonstruktion. Prinzipiell lässt sich das Ausdehnen und Schrumpfen des Holzes verringern, wenn besondere Holzarten verwendet werden oder wenn das Holz imprägniert wird, wodurch jedoch höhere Kosten entstehen. Es besteht jedoch das Bedürfnis, naturbelassene Hölzer zu verwenden, die zudem auch noch preiswerter sind. Weiterhin ist Holz anfällig gegen permanente Feuchtigkeit. Daher sind die Konstruktionen so zu gestalten, dass keine stauende Nässe auftritt.At a terrace floor made of wood, various requirements. Die Aufgabe wird mit einer Befestigungskonstruktion für Terrassenböden nach Anspruch 1 gelöst, die nachfolgende Merkmale aufweist: Es sind Trägerbohlen vorgesehen, die vorzugsweise parallel auf dem Terrassenuntergrund aufliegen. Rechtwinklig dazu sind Auflagebohlen angeordnet, die mit Befestigungselementen auf den Trägerbohlen befestigt sind. Die Befestigungselemente sind je ein Paar rechteckige Kunststoffplatten, wobei jede Kunststoffplatte eine vorbestimmte Dicke aufweist und eine Verdickung hat, die als Streifen parallel zu einer Kante der Kunststoffplatte verläuft, wobei die Kunststoffplatte an der Verdickung die doppelte Dicke hat. Die Erfindung ergibt sich aus der Gestalt der Kunststoffplatten und aus ihrer Art der Befestigung an den Trägerbohlen und den Auflagebohlen. Die Kunststoffplatten sind mit ihren Verdickungen an der Unterseite der Auflagebohlen so befestigt, dass zwischen der Unterseite der Auflagebohlen und des Kunststoffplatten-Abschnitts jeweils ein Spalt ausgebildet ist und weiterhin die Kunststoffplatten-Abschnitte auf den Trägerbohlen befestigt sind. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Auflagebohlen sind die Befestigungselemente mit ihren Verdickungen so befestigt, dass zwischen der Oberseite der Trägerbohlen und der Unterseite des Kunststoffplatten-Abschnitts ebenfalls ein Spalt ausgebildet ist. Der Vorteil dieser Terrassenbodenkonstruktion besteht darin, dass die Kunststoffplatten-Abschnitte immer nur auf einer Seitenkante der Auflagebohle an der Trägerbohle befestigt sind. Somit können sich Dehnungen des Holzes, die durch Feuchtigkeits- und/oder Temperaturschwankungen verursacht werden, ausgleichen. Daher ist es nicht erforderlich, teure Spezialhölzer zu verwenden. Weiterhin wird durch diese schwimmende Konstruktion vermieden, dass an den Befestigungsstellen sehr große, durch die Dehnungen verursachte Kräfte wirken. Dadurch können z. B. beim Einsatz von Schrauben diese geringer dimensioniert werden. Da die Auflagebohlen von den Trägerbohlen beabstandet sind, ist eine gute Hinterlüftung gegeben, sodass ein Faulen des Holzes durch einen Nässestau vermieden wird.The advantage of this patio floor construction is that the plastic plate sections are always attached to only one side edge of the support pile on the support beam.
