Um eine einfache Montage und Demontage der Fahrzeugtür gewährleisten zu können, sind die bekannten Kraftfahrzeugtürscharniere in der Regel trennbar ausgebildet. So offenbart die WO 2009/006876 A2 ein gattungsgemäßes, trennbares Kraftfahrzeugscharnier umfassend eine erste Scharnierhälfte, eine zweite Scharnierhälfte, und ein Scharnierstiftglied, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt des Scharnierstiftgliedes drei radial überstehende, abschnittsweise konvexe Vorsprünge aufweist, die mit einem zumindest teilweise komplementär ausgebildeten Verbindungsbereich der ersten Scharnierhälfte formschlüssig in Eingriff bringbar und in Schwenkbewegung mitnehmbar ist. Zur spielfreien Anordnung des Scharnierstifts in der Aufnahmeöffnung ist es erforderlich, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt in der in der Regel einen größeren Querschnitt aufweisenden Aufnahmeöffnung spielfrei angeordnet ist. Hierzu dient das Klemmmittel, welches radial auf den Verbindungsabschnitt wirkt. Dabei erstreckt sich das Klemmmittel zwischen einer Seitenfläche des Verbindungsabschnitts und der dieser Seitenfläche gegenüberliegenden Innenfläche. Ein entsprechendes Klemmmittel, bspw. ein Keil, lässt sich in besonders einfacher Weise montieren und gewährleistet zuverlässig eine spielfreie Anordnung des Verbindungsabschnitts in der Aufnahmeöffnung. Besonders vorteilhafterweise ist das Klemmmittel jedoch durch eine radial in die Aufnahmeöffnung einschraubbare Klemmschraube gebildet. Diese erstreckt sich durch einen Gewindeabschnitt innerhalb der den Verbindungsabschnitt aufnehmenden Konsole und legt aufgrund ihrer durch Einschrauben auf die Seitenfläche wirkende Andruckkraft den Verbindungsabschnitt in der Aufnahmeöffnung fest. Die Klemmschraube zeichnet sich dabei dadurch aus, dass sie in besonders einfacher und kostengünstiger Weise eine einfache Festlegung der Klemmkraft ermöglicht. Gleichzeitig kann über eine Ausgestaltung des Gewindes eine Sicherung der klemmenden Position gewährleistet werden. In Verbindung mit einem Anschlagelement wird somit der Scharnierstift durch die Klemmschraube auch in axialer Richtung besonders zuverlässig an der aufnehmenden Konsole fixiert, wobei bspw. der Druck auf die Konsole gedrückt wird. Nach einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung verläuft dabei auch die mit dem Klemmmittel in Eingriff bringbare Seitenfläche des Verbindungsabschnitts zumindest abschnittsweise senkrecht zur geneigten Schraubenachse, was die axiale Wirkung der Klemmschraube auf den Scharnierstift in ergänzender Weise verstärkt und somit in besonders zuverlässiger Weise eine axiale Fixierung des Scharnierstifts gewährleistet.According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the screw axis of the clamping screw is inclined relative to a right angle to the hinge pin extending axis in the direction of the stop element. In den Fig. 1 bis 4 ist ein mögliches Ausführungsbeispiel eines Kraftfahrzeugtürscharniers 1 mit einer Säulenkonsole 2 und einer Türkonsole 3 dargestellt, wobei die Säulenkonsole 2 und die Türkonsole 3 über einen Scharnierstift 4 gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Die Türkonsole 3 des dargestellten Kraftfahrzeugtürscharniers 1 kann relativ gegenüber dem an der Säulenkonsole 2 verdrehfest angeordneten Scharnierstift 4 verdreht werden. Zur radialen Fixierung der Position des Scharnierstifts 4 an der Säulenkonsole 2 dient eine in einem Gewinde der Säulenkonsole 2 angeordnete und in die Aufnahmeöffnung 6 einschraubbare Klemmschraube 13, welche an einer Seitenfläche 7a des Verbindungsabschnitts 5 anliegt und diesen mit den Seitenflächen 7 an die Innenflächen 8 der Aufnahmeöffnung 6 andrückt. Über das Einschraubmoment kann dabei die Klemmkraft festgelegt werden (vgl. Darüber hinaus wird durch die Reduzierung der Kontaktfläche zwischen den Innenflächen 8 und den Seitenflächen 7 ein Verkleben der Verbindung ergänzend reduziert (vgl. Claims (7)

  1. Door hinge (1) for motor vehicles, said hinge having a pillar bracket (2) which can be arranged on a vehicle body and a door bracket (3) which can be connected to a vehicle door, which brackets are connected to one another via a hinge pin (4) in an articulated manner and so as to be divisible for mounting purposes, wherein said hinge pin (4) has a connecting section (5) for connection to the door bracket or pillar bracket,
    characterised in that
    the connecting section (5) has a prismatic shape with a triangular basal face and top face as well as corresponding lateral faces (7, 7a), and the door bracket (3) or pillar bracket (2) which receives the connecting section (5) has a receiving aperture (6) with a cross-section of corresponding construction, wherein said connecting section (5) can be fixed in position in a play-free manner within said receiving aperture (6) by a clamping means (13) which acts upon said connecting section radially, and wherein said clamping means (13) extends between a lateral face (7a) of the connecting section (5) and that inner face (8) of the receiving aperture (6) which lies opposite the said lateral face (7a).
  2. Door hinge according to Claim 1, characterised in that one or more lateral faces (7, 7a) and/or one or more inner faces (8) of the receiving aperture (6) have a recess which is, in particular, of concave construction, at least in certain sections.
  3. Door hinge according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the basal face and top face are constructed as an isosceles triangle.
  4. Door hinge according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the clamping means is formed by a clamping screw (13) which acts radially upon the hinge pin (4) and can be screwed into the receiving aperture (6).
  5. Door hinge according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the hinge pin (4) has a stop element, in particular a circumferential collar (10), which borders on the connecting section (5).
  6. Door hinge according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the screw axis of the clamping screw (13) is inclined, in relation to an axis extending at right angles to the hinge pin (4), in the direction of the stop element (10).
  7. Door hinge according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lateral face (7a) which can be brought into engagement with the clamping screw (13) extends perpendicularly to the inclined axis of the screw, at least in certain sections.
