Claims (13)
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20), en particulier aspirateur ménager, comprenant- un corps de base (4), lequel présente au moins un espace (34) pour au moins un élément fonctionnel (33) détachable, mobile ou amovible comme une unité de collecte des poussières, un dispositif de filtrage et/ou un accessoire ;- avec au moins une partie logement (10), laquelle termine au moins partiellement l'au moins un espace (34) dans le corps de base (4), la partie logement (10) étant disposée mobile au niveau du corps de base (4) ;- un moyen d'ouverture (30), lequel libère l'au moins une partie logement (10) d'une position de fermeture (21) ; et- au moins un élément générateur de force (15), lequel déplace la partie logement (10) depuis une position de fermeture (21) jusque dans une position d'ouverture (31) via un trajet d'ouverture (36) ;dans lequel l'élément générateur de force (15) est en liaison active avec au moins un élément amortisseur (1),
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins un élément amortisseur (1) exerce sur la partie logement (10) une force de résistance opposée à l'élément générateur de force (15) au moins le long d'une partie ou section du trajet d'ouverture (36) depuis la position de fermeture (21) jusque dans la position d'ouverture (31) de telle sorte- que soit la force de résistance s'accroît en direction de la position d'ouverture (31),
soit- la force de résistance varie de sorte- que l'élément amortisseur (1) exerce initialement un modèle d'amortissement plus fort, puis normal puis de nouveau plus fort,
ou- exerce un autre modèle cyclique d'amortissement, de sorte qu'une atteinte de la position finale à vitesse réduite est possible. - Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le long d'une partie ou section du trajet d'ouverture (36) depuis la position de fermeture (21) jusque dans la position d'ouverture (31) au moins un élément amortisseur (1) exerce sur la partie logement (10) une force de résistance opposée à l'élément générateur de force (15).
- Appareil d'entretien du sol selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément amortisseur (1) agit à l'encontre de l'élément générateur de force (1) au moins dans une zone de fin du trajet d'ouverture (36) de la partie logement (10).
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément amortisseur (1) agit à l'encontre de l'élément générateur de force (15) via l'ensemble du trajet d'ouverture (36) de la partie logement (10).
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément amortisseur (1) s'occupe d'un modèle de vitesse uniforme le long d'une partie ou section du trajet d'ouverture (36) de la position de fermeture (21) à la position d'ouverture (31).
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément amortisseur (1) et au moins un élément générateur de force (15) forment un composant commun (23).
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre au moins un élément amortisseur (1) et la partie logement (10) est prévue une transmission (14).
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la transmission (14) est une transmission à engrenages.
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément amortisseur (1) est mobile en ligne ou en rotation.
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément amortisseur (1) possède une possibilité de réglage (35) pour la modification de la force de résistance via le trajet d'ouverture (36).
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément amortisseur (1) est un amortisseur à air, à huile et/ou en silicone.
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie logement (10) est un élément de fermeture comme un couvercle (11), un volet, une jalousie ou une partie pivotante.
- Appareil d'entretien du sol (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément amortisseur (1) agit en outre depuis la position d'ouverture (31) jusque dans la position de fermeture (21).
