Applying the tag 1 in this area has been found beneficial as the roof covering, upon being rolled into rolls and stowed e.g. on pallets, are oriented, due to strength considerations etc., with the butt region 31 facing away from the surface supporting the roll, whereby communicating with the tag is rendered convenient.

Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable, comprenant les étapes consistant à:
    - fournir une première couche de matériau (20), et
    - fournir une deuxième couche de matériau (30) sur ladite première couche de matériau (20),
    caractérisé en ce que ladite première couche de matériau est un feutre ou une toile (10) imprégné d'un matériau comprenant du bitume collant, et en ce que ledit procédé comprend en outre une étape consistant à, avant de fournir ladite deuxième couche de matériau (30) sur ladite première couche de matériau (20), souffler au moins une étiquette RFID (1) sur ladite première couche de matériau (20) au moyen de gaz ou d'air sous pression, ladite étiquette RFID (1) étant appliquée sur ladite première couche de matériau (20) tandis que ladite première couche de matériau (20) a une température d'environ 125 à 150°C.
  2. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite première couche (20) est imprégnée d'un matériau comprenant des matériaux bitumineux au moyen d'un premier ensemble de rouleaux (50), (51), et ladite deuxième couche de matériau (30) est un matériau comprenant des matériaux bitumineux appliqués au moyen d'un poste de revêtement et calandrés au moyen d'un deuxième ensemble de rouleaux (60), (9) disposé après ledit premier ensemble de rouleaux (50), (51).
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite étiquette RFID (1) est appliquée sur ladite première couche de matériau (20) à un emplacement entre ledit premier ensemble de rouleaux (50), (51) et ledit deuxième ensemble de rouleaux (9), (60).
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite étiquette RFID (1) est appliquée sur ladite première couche de matériau (20) sous la forme d'étiquettes ou de vignettes solitaires (1).
  5. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdites étiquettes ou vignettes (1) sont appliquées au moyen d'un applicateur pour la pose par soufflage (Tamp-Blow) (2).
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit applicateur pour la pose par soufflage (2) comprend une tête applicatrice (3) configurée pour les déplacements allant vers ladite première couche de matériau (20) et s'éloignant de ladite couche.
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon la revendication 6, dans lequel des dimensions d'un écart entre ladite tête applicatrice (3) et ladite première couche de matériau (20) sont commandées par des moyens de mesure de distance.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel la libération de ladite étiquette RFID (1) à partir de ladite tête applicatrice (9) est commandée, entre autres, par des moyens de surveillance d'une distance entre ladite tête applicatrice (9) et ladite première couche de matériau (20).
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étiquette RFID (1) est soufflée sur ladite première couche de matériau (20) au moyen d'air atmosphérique sous pression et séché.
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étiquette RFID (1) est, sur ses deux grandes surfaces, recouverte par un matériau ayant un coefficient similaire de dilatation thermique.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de toiture identifiable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étiquette RFID (1) est, sur au moins l'une de ses deux grandes surfaces, pourvue d'un adhésif.
  12. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une pluralité desdites étiquettes RFID (1) sont appliquées à ladite première couche de matériau (20) dans une région de languette (32) dudit produit de toiture, à proximité d'une région de bout (31), et l'une par l'une au-dessous d'une ligne théorique étant parallèle à une ligne longitudinale dudit produit de toiture.
  13. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étiquette RFID (1) est codée avec des données avant d'être disposée sur ladite première couche de matériau (20).
  14. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit de toiture identifiable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit procédé comprend en outre une étape consistant à coder ladite étiquette RFID (1) sur ladite étiquette RFID (1) étant agencée sur ladite première couche de matériau (20).
