Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Versorgungsmodul mit einem Gehäuse (41), einem Druckluftwandler (24) sowie mit einem vom Druckluftwandler (24) angetriebenen elektrischen Generator (26). Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass ein Rotor (50) des Generators (26) und ein Turbinenrad (49) des Druckluftwandlers (24) eine gemeinsame Welle (42) besitzen und im Gehäuse (41) angeordnet sind und dass das Gehäuse (41) zusätzlich einen elektrischen Energiespeicher (28), eine dessen Ladevorgang regelnde Ladesteuerungseinrichtung (27) und ein den Luftstrom durch den Druckluftwandler (24) vorgebendes, von der Ladesteuerungseinrichtung (27) gesteuertes, als Proportionalventil ausgebildetes Ventil (23) enthält, sowie mit einem Drehzahlsensor (54) zur Erfassung einer Drehzahl des Generators (26) als Istwert, der mit der Ladesteuerungseinrichtung (27) zur Regelung der Drehzahl in Abhängigkeit des Ladezustands des Energiespeichers (28) verbunden ist. The invention relates to an electrical supply module comprising a housing (41), a compressed air converter (24) and an electric generator (26) driven by the compressed air converter (24). According to the invention, a rotor (50) of the generator (26) and a turbine wheel (49) of the compressed air converter (24) have a common shaft (42) and are arranged in the housing (41) and in that the housing (41) additionally has a electrical energy accumulator (28), a charging process regulating its charge control device (27) and the air flow through the compressed air converter (24) predetermining, controlled by the charge control device (27), designed as a proportional valve (23), and with a speed sensor (54) for detecting a rotational speed of the generator (26) as the actual value, which is connected to the charge control device (27) for regulating the rotational speed as a function of the state of charge of the energy store (28).
