Abstract
Es wird eine Steuereinrichtung für wenigstens einen fluidischen Aktor (10) vorgeschlagen, der über mindestens ein Ventil (18) mit einer fluidischen Druckleitung (16) verbindbar ist. Ein das Ventil (18) steuernder Ablauf-Controller (12) ist über eine drahtlose Sende- und/oder Empfangseinrichtung (13, 15) mit einer externen Steuereinheit (14) verbunden. Die Druckleitung (16) ist über ein Ladesteuerungsventil (23) mit einem einen elektrischen Generator (26) aufweisenden Luftdruckwandler zur Erzeugung von elektrischer Energie für die Spannungsversorgung aller zu versorgenden elektrischen Komponenten verbunden. Eine vom Ablauf-Controller (12) gesteuerte Ventiltreiberstufenanordnung (29) öffnet das Ladesteuerungsventil (23) bei Unterschreitung eines vorgebbaren Ladezustands des Energiespeichers (28). Hierdurch benötigt die Steuereinrichtung insgesamt nur einen pneumatischen Anschluss und keinerlei elektrische Anschlüsse. Die zur Spannungsversorgung erforderlichen Bauteile und Baugruppen sind bevorzugt in einem elektrischen Versorgungsmodul (40) integriert, das auch zur Spannungsversorgung anderer fluidischen Anordnungen verwendet werden kann. A control device is proposed for at least one fluidic actuator (10) which can be connected to a fluidic pressure line (16) via at least one valve (18). A flow controller (12) controlling the valve (18) is connected to an external control unit (14) via a wireless transmitting and / or receiving device (13, 15). The pressure line (16) is connected via a charge control valve (23) with an air pressure transducer having an electrical generator (26) for generating electrical energy for the power supply of all electrical components to be supplied. A valve driver stage arrangement (29) controlled by the sequence controller (12) opens the charge control valve (23) when it falls below a predefinable state of charge of the energy store (28). As a result, the control device requires a total of only one pneumatic connection and no electrical connections. The components and assemblies required for the voltage supply are preferably integrated in an electrical supply module (40), which can also be used to supply power to other fluidic arrangements.
