Description

Waschmaschine mit Pumpe zum UmflutenWashing machine with pump to flood

The invention relates to a washing machine with a tub arranged in a housing in which a drum is rotatably mounted, wherein in the wall of the tub, a drain opening is provided, via which by means of a pump, the washing liquid in the drum is umpumpbar.

From the prior art, according to the US 3,738,126 and the US 7,406,843 , a washing machine is known, which is equipped with a pump for pumping over the washing liquid. In addition to the pumping off of the washing liquid, the pump can also be pumped around during the washing operation. During the pumping process, the liquor is pumped out of the tub during washing and returned to the drum at a higher point. Thus, an improved moisture penetration of the laundry with the washing liquid is achieved during the washing process.

In this known from the prior art flooding of the washing liquid, it is considered disadvantageous that in particular the known pump has a poor moisture penetration and a poor washing result, wherein the components of the prior art have a high energy consumption.

The invention thus raises the problem of developing a washing machine in such a way, in particular, a higher efficiency of the flooding of the washing liquid is given during the washing activity.

According to the invention, this problem is solved by the features of patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention will become apparent from the following subclaims.

The achievable with the invention advantages are that as a central element designed as a filter device, rotatable disc is present, which is in operative connection with the pump. For this purpose, the disk has one or more filter areas and passage areas. The disc is inserted between a Gehäusober- and a housing base. At the upper housing part, three openings or nozzles are provided, wherein the first nozzle is connected to the drain of the tub and the second with a channel in the tub, through which the liquor is conveyed to the door seal, from where it is injected into the laundry. The third nozzle leads through a hose to the drain of the washing machine. At the bottom of the housing are also three connections, where the first leads to the entrance of the pump. The other two are connected to the pump outlet. In the first position of the rotatable disc of the first neck of the upper part corresponds via a filter surface with the first neck of the lower part. The second neck of the upper part corresponds to the second neck of the lower part. In this position, the liquor is flooded. In the second position of the disc, the first neck of the upper part still corresponds to the first neck of the lower part due to the size of the filter in between. But now corresponds to the third neck of the upper part of a second filter surface with the third neck of the upper part. In this position is pumped out. This filter surface is then backwashed from behind and the debris such as lint or debris is forced into the drain. The pump is thus protected from foreign bodies. Because the filter areas in the disc are cleaned with each pumping process. The filter disc rotates by 90 ° with each change in position, the first and third positions and the second and fourth positions are structurally the same. Conveniently, the upper housing part is formed by the described filter through the underside of the tub. The lower housing part is then an extension of the intake of the heating pump, in which then the branch of the output nozzle of the pump is integrated. Due to this design it is achieved that in addition to a good moisture and the treatment of the detergent liquid takes place, which in particular also has a lower energy consumption.

According to the invention, the self-cleaning filter device is arranged between the drain opening of the tub and the suction nozzle of the pump, by means of which in addition to the cleaning of the washing liquid in the tub and the flooding of the washing liquid. The filter device as such is arranged directly on the wall of the tub in order to keep in particular the heat loss of the washing liquid low. The filter device itself consists, as already described, of a disk rotatably mounted in a housing. The disk has an outer radius on which extend at least two crescent-shaped arranged filter areas. In addition, the disc has a further inner radius, on which the two openings are arranged, on the one hand, the circulating washing liquid is conveyed, and the cleaning of the filter areas is carried out. Here, the crescent-shaped filter areas are arranged mirror-symmetrically on the outer radius, wherein the openings are located on the inner radius opposite between the crescent-shaped areas.

The housing consists expediently of an upper housing part and a lower housing part, which receive the rotatably mounted disc between them and enclose sealing. In a central axis of the turntable is a on both sides of the Disc extending drive shaft arranged, which is mounted in the upper housing part and lower housing part.

In this case, three connecting pieces are arranged on the upper housing part, wherein the first and the third connecting piece are arranged on the outer radius corresponding to the disc, and wherein the second connecting piece is located on the inner radius corresponding to the disc. At the lower housing part only two connecting pieces are arranged, wherein a first connecting piece is arranged on the outer radius corresponding to the disc, and wherein the second connecting piece is located on the inner radius corresponding to the disc. In each case, the first and the second connecting piece from the upper housing part and lower housing part are arranged in alignment with each other on the housing, wherein the pump is arranged between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece of the lower housing part. The suction side interacts with the first connection piece and the pressure side with the second connection piece. The pump is designed, depending on the orientation of its conveying direction, either to effect flooding or to pump out the liquor from the tub.

In a further development of the invention, the third connecting piece from the upper housing part cooperates with a groove formed in the lower housing part, which establishes a connection to the second connecting piece on the lower housing part. This compound is provided in particular for cleaning or for purging of lint adhering to the filter area, which settle on the filter surface as a result of pumping. Thus, the channel effects a reversal of the wash fluid scavenging flow through the filter areas as the pump down process occurs. The third connection piece from the upper housing part is therefore intended for pumping out the washing liquid with discharge of the filter cake, in which case the discharge of the lint, the so-called filter cake, takes place via the molded-in channel in the lower part of the housing part. The two mutually aligned connection piece of the upper housing part and the lower housing part are provided for flooding the washing liquid with filtration in the drum. So if the filter surface between the arranged on the outer radius nozzle, so the filtering is performed in which the pump sucks the washing liquid from the tub and cleans them through the filter before returning to the arranged on the inner radius nozzle in the Drum is returned.

The filter device 9 is in this case arranged directly on the wall 4 of the tub 2. As in particular from the synopsis of Figures 3 and 4 can be seen, the filter device 9 consists of a rotatably mounted in a housing 10 disc 11. In the exploded view of FIG. 4 It can be seen that the disc 11 has an outer radius 12, on which extend at least two crescent-shaped filter regions 13.1, 13.2, wherein the disc 11 has a further inner radius 14, on which two openings 16.1, 16.2 are arranged. The crescent-shaped filter regions 13.1, 13.2 are arranged on the outer radius 12 mirror-symmetrically to each other, the openings 15.1, 15.2 lying on the inner radius 14 opposite between the crescent-shaped filter areas 13.1, 13.2.

The housing 10 in this case consists of an upper housing part 16 and a lower housing part 17, which surround the rotatably mounted disc 11 sealing and enclose, as shown in the FIG. 3 is shown. Like from the FIG. 4 can be seen, in a central axis 18 of the disc 11 is arranged on both sides of the disc 11 extending drive shaft 19 which is mounted in the upper housing part 16 and the lower housing part 17. About this drive shaft 19, the disc 11 is rotated depending on the washing process, so that pumped over the filter device 9 either the washing liquid 7 or the washing liquid 7 is pumped out. As the Figures 3 and 4 show are on the upper housing part 16 three Connecting pieces 20.1, 20.2 and 20.3 are arranged, wherein the first and the third connection piece 20.1 and 20.3 are arranged on the outer radius 12 corresponding to the disc 11, and the second connection piece 20.2 is arranged on a corresponding inner disk 14 to the inner radius 14. This arrangement is particularly clear in the exploded view, where here indicate the dashed lines, where the position of the connecting pieces 20.1, 20.2, 20.3 are integrally formed on the upper housing part 16. Next is from the Figures 3 and 4 it can be seen that two connecting pieces 21.1 and 21.2 are arranged on the lower housing part 17, wherein a first connecting piece 21.1 is arranged on the outer radius 12 corresponding to the disk 11, and wherein the second connecting piece 21.2 lies on the inner radius 14 corresponding to the disk 11. In particular from the FIG. 3 , Where the housing 10 is shown in the assembled state, it can be seen that in each case the connecting piece 20.1 and 20.2 of the upper housing part 16 and with the connecting pieces 21.1 and 21.2 of the lower housing part 17 are arranged one above the other on the housing 10. In this case, the pump 6 is arranged between the first connecting piece 21.1 and the second connecting piece 21.2 of the housing lower part 17, the suction side of which cooperates with the first connecting piece 21.1 and the pressure side with the second connecting piece 21.2. Thus, the pumping action is directed from the outer radius 12 to the inner radius 14. The third connection piece 20.3 from the upper housing part 16 cooperates with an integrally formed in the lower housing part 17 groove 22, in particular in the FIG. 4 in the perspective, explosive representation is closer to recognize. The channel 22 in this case establishes a connection between the second connecting piece 21.2 on the housing lower part 17 in such a way that it produces a fluidic connection to the connecting piece 20.3 within the housing 10, that is to say that the outer radius 12 can be accessed here via the channel 22, on which in particular the crescent-shaped filter areas 13.1 and 13.2 are located.

It goes without saying that due to the channel 22, the pump 6, the washing liquid 7 thus can be pumped from the inside to the outside via the third connecting piece 20.3 from the upper housing part 16 with discharge of the filter cake. If the washing liquid 7 is sucked over the connecting piece 20.1 of the upper housing part 16 and over the crescent-shaped filter surface 13.2, a filter cake is formed on the upper side of the crescent-shaped area 13.2. In this position, as in the FIG. 5 is shown, the washing liquid 7 is cleaned and pumped around at the same time, especially since in this situation, the opening 15.1 in the disc 11 with the connecting pieces 20.2 and 21.2 assumes an aligned position. If now the disk 11 is rotated, in particular the area 23 between the crescent-shaped filter areas 13.1 and 13.2 on the outer radius 12 prevents the washing liquid 7 from flowing off via the connecting piece 20.2, so that, if the corresponding filter areas are the same Pumping the washing liquid 7 is pressed below the disc 11 via the channel 22, so that then the washing liquid 7 below the crescent-shaped region 13.1, 13.2 emerges and thus discharges the filter cake above the connection piece 20.3. This situation is particular in the FIG. 6 where it is shown that the washing liquid 7 is guided here via the channel 22, so that the filter cake is discharged above the filter area 13.1, 13.2. Due to this design, a filter device 9 is provided which performs a self-cleaning, in which the disc 11 is rotated in accordance with the washing program.
