Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Brennrost (1) für Feststoff-Brennvorrichtungen, bei denen der Abbrand auf einem Rostbereich (3) erfolgt, und den durch den Rost nach unten hindurchgeführten Verbrennungsgasen zusätzliche Luft zugeführt wird. Um einen einfachen Austausch der einem starken Verschleiß unterliegenden Stäbe des Brennrostes zu ermöglichen, trotz einfachen und kostengünstigen Aufbaus des gesamten Rostbereiches, bestehen die Stäbe des Rostes aus hohlen Düsenrohren (2) aus Metall, in denen eine Vielzahl von Luftaustrittsöffnungen für die Zuführung von Luft angeordnet sind. Diese Düsenrohre liegen beabstandet zueinander nur mit ihren Enden in jeweils einem Aufnahmeteil (6), deren Inneres hohl ist und den Luftzufuhrkanal (5b) für die Versorgung der Düsenrohre mit Luft bildet. Diese Aufnahmeteile bestehen aus gebranntem hochtemperaturfestem Material wie etwa Siliciumcarbid, und sind deshalb aus separatem Oberteil (6b) und Unterteil (6a) gebildet, die lediglich z. B. als Halbschalen aufeinander gelegt werden.
