Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de dressage de pièces (11) dans une machine à dresser à cylindres (1), qui présente un jeu de cylindres supérieur et un jeu de cylindres inférieur et dans laquelle les cylindres de dressage supérieurs et inférieurs (7, 9) sont respectivement disposés dans un bloc de cylindres de dressage (3, 5), et au moins l'un des blocs de cylindres de dressage (3) est modifiable dans sa position et obliquité pour le réglage de la fente de dressage, au moins un dispositif de réglage de la fente de dressage étant disposé sur le côté entrée (15) et sur le côté sortie (17) de la machine à dresser (1), et un réglage de fente de dressage étant prévu pour le réglage de cette dernière,
    caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :
    a) détection de la longueur totale (1) de la pièce (11) à dresser,
    b) subdivision de la longueur de la pièce à dresser en un nombre n de surfaces partielles égales de longueur latérale ΔX, dont les écartements doivent être choisis de sorte qu'un nombre entier de surfaces partielles de longueur latérale ΔX se situe dans chaque triangle de dressage de longueur 2t,
    c) détection de l'épaisseur s de la pièce à dresser,
    d) détection de la largeur b au centre de la surface partielle respective,
    e) calcul des valeurs bs2 pour chaque surface partielle,
    f) détermination des valeurs bs2M par simple formation des moyennes par rapport au nombre des valeurs bs2 disponibles dans chaque triangle de dressage,
    g) rapport des valeurs bs2M à la valeur spécifique de la machine à dresser et multiplication de ces valeurs résultantes par la valeur de la flexion maximale (max X) du jeu de cylindres, qui présente le bloc de cylindres de dressage réglable, et par le rapport de la limite apparente d'élasticité du matériau à dresser (σF) à la grandeur de calcul maximale de la machine à dresser, dont est obtenue la valeur offset du déport maximal,
    h) addition, pendant le dressage de la pièce (11) à dresser, de la valeur offset déterminée pour chaque triangle de dressage à la valeur de réglage de base de la fente de dressage sur le côté entrée (15) de la machine à dresser, pour le suivi du dispositif de réglage de la fente de dressage en fonction des triangles de dressage reproduits se déplaçant dans la fente de dressage sur la pièce (11) à dresser.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, outre la prise en compte du comportement élastique du jeu de cylindres, qui présente le bloc de cylindres de dressage mobile (3), le comportement élastique du jeu de cylindres et/ou du montant de machine avec le bloc de cylindres de dressage rigide (5) est également pris en compte.
  3. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour le cas où la pièce à dresser (11) présente une longueur plus petite que les blocs de cylindres de dressage (3, 5), le nombre réduit des cylindres, participant au dressage d'une telle pièce (11), est pris en compte.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par la prise en compte de la modification du comportement élastique à l'entrée et/ou la sortie du matériau à dresser.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la configuration de la pièce à dresser (11) est détectée au moyen d'un dispositif de balayage optique par caméra ou d'un dispositif de balayage par faisceau laser.
