Fig. 1 1 shows a staircase 1 convertible from steel into a walkway and / or a walkway, which consists of a first staircase 2 and a second staircase 3, both stairways 2, 3 having a plurality of parallel longitudinal support members 4 in the direction of desire at regular intervals between two laterally spaced-apart 5 and 6, 7 arranged as stairs 1 each have a horizontal tread surface 8 forming tread elements 9 are formed, which are adjustable together from a stair position in a flat walking and / or travel bridge and back. The side members 4 to 7 have a side-to-side C-shaped cross-sectional profile and are connected by a plurality of spacers 10 spaced apart in the desire direction, so that they have a stable resp. for load-bearing load-bearing device 11 or frame form. The tread elements 9 have gratings 12 for forming the tread surfaces 8 and are formed at the lateral ends with a relation to the tread surface 8 upstanding connecting element 13. The tread elements 9 are pivotally mounted about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal members 4 to 7 axis 14 to the longitudinal beams 4 to 7, for which purpose a both sides of the tread elements 9 fastened shaft journals 15 is provided, each of which passes through a hole in the side rails 4 to 7. The laterally connected to the tread elements 9 connecting elements 13 have at the end remote from the tread element 9 each have a further pin 16, so that from the distance between the shaft journal 15 and pin 16 forms a lever whose pin 16 is connected to an actuating rod 17, wherein both the first staircase 2 as well as the second staircase 3 each associated with an actuating rod 17 for the common movement of the tread elements 9. The illustrated in part stairs 1 has on both sides of the stairs 2, 3, the tread elements 9 connecting actuating rod 17, so that a higher stability when walking the tread elements 9 can be achieved, but with a one-sided arrangement of actuating rods 17 for adjusting the tread elements 9 at sufficient rigidity the components would suffice. The adjusting devices for the stairs 2 and 3 stairs are on the one hand attached to a longitudinal member 4 to 7 and on the other hand connected to an actuating rod 17.
Are-as suggested- the stairs 2 and 3 connected to each other passable, it is expedient to couple the actuating rods 17 of the stairs 2 and 3, respectively. to couple with the tread element 9 of a transition element; This is to be reported as follows below.
The actuating rod 17 forms with the connecting elements 13 of the tread elements 9 a plurality of lever mechanisms on at least one side of the stairs 2 and 3, so that the tread elements 9 can be adjusted together in a uniform position. The tread elements 9 can be pivoted by 90 °, so that the device can be used as a staircase or level bridge, where they can have as stairs an angle between 0 ° and 90 °. The adjusting devices of the stairs 2, 3 have a spindle drive for adjusting the tread elements 9. The spindle drive is connected to an actuating rod 17, to which a joint is provided. The drive of a threaded spindle is done by a hand crank. By adjusting the tread elements 9, the actuating rods 17 change the position in the direction of the longitudinal members 4 to 7 and the distance to these, whereas the parallelism of the actuating rods 17 is maintained.
Fig. 3 shows the device as walking and / or moving walkway, in which the position of the tread elements 9 changed by the adjusting device forms a level walking and / or driving surface.
One on both sides of the institution resp. the staircase 1 arranged railing 18 is raised to the maximum protection height and the railing posts 19 are approximately perpendicular to the tread resp. Wings of the tread elements 9 resp. perpendicular to the walking and / or driving plane. So that the railing 18 can also be used in a stair position of the device, the railing posts 19 are in ascending Gehrichtung considered attached to the rear end of the tread elements 9, respectively. attached to the lateral rear end of the tread elements 9. This has the further advantage that the railing 18 can be adjusted for transport and storage of the device to a low height. The railing 18 also has a handrail 20 and a spaced therefrom knee bar 21, which are hinged to the railing post 19. The railing posts 19 are perpendicular to the treads 8 in each stairway as well as a flat tread. The distribution of the railing posts 19 along the longitudinal members 4 to 7 may be regular or irregular. The railing 18 is at the upper end of a staircase 2, 3 equipped by a rigidly connected to the last tread element 9 Gelanderendabschnitt 22 on which the handrail 20 and the knee bar 21 are hinged. The fact that the railing posts 19 have at the lower end an angled portions, they lie in collapsed transport or storage condition of the device automatically parallel to the longitudinal beams 4 to 7 on the right angles to the longitudinal beams 4 to 7 standing tread elements 9. Thus claim the Stairs 2, 3 neither during storage nor during transport unused space. The coupling of two stairs 2, 3 in a device with greater range is at least one end of the staircase 2, respectively. the walking and / or moving walkway for walk-in connection with a further staircase 3, 2 resp. a further walking and / or traveling bridge with a at least one adjustable step element 9 having, releasably mounted transition element 25 formed connectable. For this purpose, the tread element 9 of the transition element 25 is connected by at least one connecting element 13 with the actuating rod 17, so that this tread element 9 with the other tread elements 9 of the staircase 2 or a staircase 2, 3 can be adjusted. Alternatively, it is possible to connect the tread element 9 of the transition element 25 with an actuating rod 17 of a staircase 2, 3 by an additional connecting rod 26, respectively. to connect, eliminating the other stairs 3, 2 by their own adjustment can be adjusted in a walking and / or traveling bridge. However, it is possible both stairs 2, 3 by one, preferably adjusted by the adjustment of the lower staircase 2 by a connecting rod is used, which connects the actuating rod 17 of both stairs 2, 3 and with the connecting element 13, respectively. the lever 24 of the tread element 9 of the transition element 25 is connected. If, as described above, the adjusting of the tread elements 9 takes place via a threaded spindle, the adjusting device for the staircase 3 is to be detached from the adjusting device, since the self-locking occurs retroactively on the threaded spindle of the adjusting device for the staircase 3.
That in the FIGS. 1 to 3 illustrated transition element 25 is connected to the longitudinal beams 4 to 7 of the stairs 2, 3 positively and / or non-positively connected. This exists in the Fig. 3 closer transfer element 25 shown in detail from a frame 27 to which the adjustable tread element 9 is pivotally mounted. The frame 27 has two parallel support beams 28, 29 of steel hollow profiles, which are connected at the ends by cross members 30, 31. Approximately distributed on the longitudinal center of the support beams 28, 29 are each two plug-in socket 32, 33, 34, 35 designated connectors on the support beams 28, 29 attached, the plug-in receiving the end portions of the side members 4 to 7 for a walk-in connection between the stairs 2, 3 resp. Pedestrian and / or driving bridges serve. These plug-in sockets 32 to 35 have approximately an inner cross-section of the outer cross-section of the longitudinal members 4 to 7 to be inserted. Between the Einsteckfassungen 32, 34 and 33, 35 connects another cross member 36, the support beams 28, 29. For determining the Einstecklänge the longitudinal members 4 to 7 are the Einsteckfassungen 32, 34; 33, 35 formed with a stop 37. Obliquely from a cover plate 38 of the push-in sockets 32, 34; 33, 35 on the support beams 28, 29 extending and a lateral guide the latter forming connecting struts 39 provide a stable welded construction. On the cover plate 38 are attachment bracket 40 fixed to the transition element 25 with a crane or the like. To be able to transport. The push-in sockets 32 to 35 have a clamping plate 41, which is fastened to the upper side of the support beams 28, 29 and conically narrow the socket cross-section in the insertion direction, so that the longitudinal members 4 to 7 are anchored to the insertion ends largely free of play. Between the box-shaped plug-in sockets 32, 34; 33, 35 extends an upstanding web 42 parallel to the support beams 28, 29. The webs 42 serve the pivotal receiving the transition element 25 associated tread element 9, wherein, as shown in FIG Fig. 2 the tread elements 9 are mounted on non-visible shaft journals in the webs 42. This is related to the chosen design of the manufacturing and assembly technique of the transition element 42 for a simple embodiment. Of course, those skilled in the art other known pivot bearing designs are available to adjust the tread elements 9 can. The adjustment or rotation of the tread elements 9 between the longitudinal members 4 to 7 carried by a connecting element 13 -or as in the Fig. 2 and 3 alternatively executed- over one or two attached to the side edges of the tread elements 9 lever 24, which at the freestanding end, respectively. Ends are pivotally connected to a hinged connecting rod 26 for coupling with the actuating rod 17. Due to the special Gelanderendabschnitt 22 of the staircase 2 is a recess 23 (FIG. Fig. 2 ) in the rear side region of the tread element 9 of the transition element 25 necessary and form the connecting element 13 as a lever 24. This measure could be prevented if the last railing post in desire direction would not reach to the tread element 9. At the free end of the connecting rod 26, a positive coupling element 43 is provided for coupling with the actuating rod 17. As already mentioned, both actuating rods 17 of the stairs 2, 3 can be coupled by the connecting rod 26 in both one-sided and two-sided arrangement of the actuating rods 17 on the stairs 2, 3.
When mounting the connection of the stairs 2, 3 are the one-freestanding side members 4, 5 and 6, 7 in the Einsteckfassungen 32, 34; 33, 35 inserted and locked by at the ends of the support beams 28, 29 fastened locking blocks 44 to 47 each other. Of course, a connection by means of screws would also be conceivable, however, with the intention of a simple and rapid use of the device, the exclusion of individual parts such as the use of individual machine elements associated with it.
The FIGS. 1 to 3 show an embodiment in which the locking blocks 44 to 47 are pivotally attached to the support beams 28, 29 are attached. Instead of a pivoting of the locking block from the out- to the operating position and back and a linear movement of the locking block could be used at right angles to the stairs extension.
Fig. 2 shows the observer next locking bolt 44 in the inoperative position and the other locking pin 45 to 47 in the operating position, as in the Fig. 1 and 3 at a staircase 1 resp. a walkway and / or walkway shown. The locking block 44 to 47 is F-shaped with two arms 50 projecting at right angles from a bracket 48, 49 and mounted at the lower end in a support 51 at right angles to the supporting beam 28, 29 mounted. The longitudinal members 4 to 7 formed with the cross section after a C are each detected by the upper arm 49 on the outside of the upper flange 53 and by the lower arm 48 on the inside of the lower flange in the profile area dipping and form-fitting, wherein the lower arm 48 with the free end of the connecting web 52 of the longitudinal member 4 to 7 is present (see Fig. 1 ) and thereby, inter alia, the lateral position of the transition element 25 to the stairs 2, 3 determines. Of course, the longitudinal members 4 to 7 may be formed with a hollow profile, so that boom 48, 49 of the locking block (44 to 47) each attack on the top and bottom of the side members 4 to 7. The secure locking of a joist forming transition element 25 with the longitudinal members 4 to 7 of the stairs 2, 3 by means of wedge 55, which is inserted at eingeschwenktem locking block 44 to 47 between them and a bracket 56 on the support beam 28, 29 from above. For the lateral positioning of the transition element 25 in the longitudinal direction of the device, guide straps 57 acting on the support beams 28, 29 on the rear side of the longitudinal members 4 to 7 are fastened in the end region of the transition element 25. A further lateral positioning of the transition element 25 forms a bar 58 which laterally dips into the side members 4 to 7 and faces the inside of the connecting web 52.
For longitudinal security resp. Locking the stairs 2, 3 in the transition element 25 or vice versa, a locking device 59 is provided on the side rails 4 to 7, which prevents the stairs 2, 3 not from the transition element 25, respectively. the connector can be pulled out without the latter is solved by the side rails 4 to 7.
