Definitions
- the invention relates to a submersible pump unit with an electric drive motor.
- submersible pump units with electric drive motor, which have an electronic control or regulating device for operating the electric drive motor, which is arranged directly on the submersible electric drive motor.
- These submersible pump units require only one electrical power supply line, which leads into the pump sump. However, they offer no control or monitoring options from the outside.
- submersible pump units which have an external control or regulating device which is arranged outside the pump sump and which is connected via an electrical connection line with the immersed drive motor in the pump sump.
- sensors such as level sensors in the sump are required to operate this submersible pump unit, they must also be connected via electrical lines to the control or regulating device outside the pump sump, so that numerous line connections are required.
- the submersible pump unit according to the invention has an electric drive motor and a control device for controlling or controlling the drive motor. Both the drive motor and this control device are designed for immersion in a liquid to be conveyed.
- the control device is preferably arranged directly on the drive motor or integrated with this in a motor or pump housing.
- an external display device and / or an external communication device are furthermore provided, which are designed for arrangement at the base level, ie outside the liquid to be conveyed.
- the display device may for example have indicator lights or a display, via which operating states, and in particular errors of the submersible pump unit can be signaled.
- An external communication device can serve, for example, to connect sensors arranged outside the liquid to be conveyed or to connect the submersible pump assembly to further monitoring or control systems in order, for example, to forward error messages to central monitoring systems.
- the external display device or the external communication device, which also as an integrated Device can be formed, are connected to the control device for signal transmission, in particular via a line.

- At least one sensor connected to the control device is present.
- This sensor is preferably also immersed in the liquid to be conveyed and more preferably also in the submersible part of the submersible pump unit, d. H. integrated part formed by submersible pump, drive motor and control device.
- Such a sensor may, for example, be a level switch which is used to switch the submersible pump unit on and / or off depending on the fluid level. Due to the arrangement of the control device and the sensor in the liquid to be conveyed, the effort to connect these elements with one another is significantly reduced, since no line from a submerged sensor to a control or regulating device arranged outside the liquid is required.
- control device is configured such that the control device controls the drive motor on the basis of an output signal of the at least one sensor.
- the sensor can like described, for example, be a level or float switch, which supplies to the control device, a signal representing the liquid level, depending on the control device of the drive motor on and / or off.
- the display device preferably has at least one signal device, in particular a signal lamp.
- a signal device such as, for example, an acoustic signal device can be used to signal errors of the pump unit outside of the liquid to be delivered at baseline.
- a signal lamp may light up when the submersible pump unit is not operating or not operating as intended, for example when the drive motor has failed or the impeller of the pump is blocked.
- the external display device and / or the external communication device is preferably connected to the control device via an electrical cable.
- This electrical cable can be a cable for pure signal transmission, so that it can also be designed as a low-voltage cable. In this respect, it is possible to design such an electrical cable so that no particularly high demands on the electronic security must be made.

Thus, a simple data communication can be achieved. Since this data transmission takes place independently of the mains connection line of the drive motor, disturbances in the power network generated by the data transmission can be avoided. In this respect can be dispensed with costly additional circuits to prevent disturbances in the power grid.
- Power cable power line communication
- the control device has at least one electrical or electronic switch for switching the display device on and off.
- the display device may, for example, be a signal lamp, which is switched on and off via such a switch by the control device, which is immersed in the liquid to be delivered with the pump and the drive motor.

- Via the common communication device a communication of the individual control devices is possible with each other, so that a networked operation of several submersible pump units is possible, for example, to turn on or off the submersible pumps demand.
- the submersible pump unit is designed for autonomous operation independently of external control and / or sensor devices.
- sensors are preferably integrated directly into the control device or else also directly on the submersible part of the submersible pump unit, ie preferably arranged directly on the drive motor.
- These are in particular level switches for switching on and off the submersible pump unit, for example in the form of pressure sensors.
- no external control device in particular no external control device, which would have to be arranged at the base level outside the liquid to be conveyed, is provided.
- the submersible pump unit as soon as it is immersed in the liquid to be conveyed, are put into operation, with only a power cord is to be led out of the liquid to be delivered. It is then only a communication or display device outside the liquid to be delivered to arrange.

Abstract
Description

Fig. 3 gezeigt.
