Claims (10)

  1. Device for holding a winch or a motor of a roller shutter in a winding box which is closed at either end by a side plate, the winch or the motor being arranged inside the box close to a first side plate, and a winding tube for an apron extending between the winch or the motor and the other side plate, the first side plate comprising in its central part a support lug that is designed to fit into an opposite recess of the casing of the winch or of the motor, characterized in that the casing (13) of the winch (6) or of the motor comprises elastic means (E) for gripping the lug (11) that is able to hold the winch (6), or the motor, such that it cannot rotate relative to the side plate (5a) during transport or after installation, in particular in order to contain the actuation-resisting torque while allowing angular displacement of the winch or of the motor relative to the side plate for position adjustment.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the elastic means (E) consists of a torsion spring (18) arranged against the face of the casing (13) opposite the side plate (5a), this spring comprising a central coil (18a) for surrounding the lug (11), one leg (20) of the spring being held on the face of the casing, the diameter (D1) of the central coil (18a) of the spring in the relaxed state being smaller than the diameter of the lug (11).
  3. Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that a latching member (23) is provided on the face of the casing (13) so as to hold the other leg (22) of the torsion spring in an opened position in which the diameter of the central coil (18a) of the spring is greater than the diameter of the lug, it then being possible to release the leg (22) in order to grip the lug.
  4. Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the other leg (22) of the spring (18) extends radially beyond the contour of the casing (13) of the winch or of the motor, the latching member being formed by a spur (23), wherein the leg (22) of the spring can be released from this spur in order to grip the lug.
  5. Device according to one of Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the leg (20) of the spring (18) is wound in the direction of rotation of the winding tube (4) during lowering of the apron.
  6. Winch for a roller shutter designed to be held in a box by a device according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the casing (13) of the winch comprises an elastic means (E) for gripping the lug (11) of a roller shutter box side plate, which is able to hold the winch such that it cannot rotate during transport or after installation, while allowing angular displacement of the winch relative to the side plate for position adjustment.
  7. Winch according to Claim 6, characterized in that the elastic means (E) consists of a torsion spring (18) arranged against the face of the casing (13) of the winch opposite the side plate of the box, this spring comprising a central coil (18a) for surrounding the lug (11), one leg (20) of the spring being secured to the face of the casing, the diameter of the central coil (18a) of the spring in the relaxed state being smaller than the diameter of the lug.
  8. Winch according to Claim 7, characterized in that the face of the casing (13) comprises a spur (23) for holding the other leg (22) of the spring in an opened position in which the diameter of the central coil (18a) of the spring is greater than the diameter of the lug (11), this other leg (22) of the spring extending radially beyond the contour of the casing to be latched onto by the spur (23) from which it can be released in order to grip the lug.
  9. Roller shutter box comprising a winch or a motor that is held by a holding device according to any one of Claims 1 to 5.
  10. Roller shutter box according to Claim 9, comprising a manual-drive winch with a winch driving rod, characterized in that the angular position of the winch (6) in the box, before installation above an opening, is set back from the theoretical position such that it must be rotated, relative to the side plate, in the direction of raising the apron in order to insert the driving rod (14).
