Description

The present invention relates to a profile arrangement, in particular for a window or door according to the preamble of claim 1 and a window or a door according to claim 9.

Silikon). Die Einbruch hemmende Eigenschaft hängt also erheblich von der Ausführung dieser Verklebung ab.It is known that burglary is usually done from the outside of a window. A window, in particular with a profile arrangement according to the prior art for glazed windows from the outside, is in the Fig. 1 displayed. For a break-in, the protruding frame (A) is usually first levered off. In this way, the outer sealing profile (B) is accessible and can be pulled out. The glass retaining strip (G) can now be removed (should it not be secured from the side with screws). Thus, the way is clear, with leverage tools (eg screwdriver) to attack the glazing, especially the breakthrough inhibiting armored glass and their connection to the frame. To withstand a breakthrough as long as possible, the inner laminated glass pane is glued to the frame (C). This bonding is done with permanently elastic material (eg silicone). The intrusion-inhibiting property thus depends considerably on the execution of this bond.

In terms of burglar resistance improved, but also known from the prior art from the inside glazed window or profile arrangement is in Fig. 2 shown. For orientation, the outside is assigned to the frame designated by the reference numeral (A). An additional obstructing device (D) is installed outside the glazing. This will prevent the screwdriver a Attack point between glass and aluminum frame finds (screwdriver slips off the sloping flank). Such parts can not be used in the integrated wings, ie, the wings which are glazed from the outside, since an external glass retaining strip (G) is used by tilting and this tilting by the obstruction device (D) is made impossible.

A generic profile arrangement is already out of the DE 299 09 593 U1 known. Although the massive glazing bead contributes r already to improve de burglar alarm, there is still room for improvement here.

This is where the present invention starts and proposes a profile arrangement for a window or a door, which is equipped with an improved burglar alarm.

According to the invention this object is achieved by a profile arrangement with the characterizing features of claim 1. It is envisaged that the glass retaining strip has a side with such a tapered surface, which results in a roof-shaped top surface in cross-section. Such a top makes it difficult to attach a screwdriver or a comparable lever train, whereby a break in a window or door made with a profile arrangement according to the invention is further complicated.

Further advantageous embodiments of the proposed invention will become apparent in particular from the features of the dependent claims.

In an advantageous embodiment of the proposed invention can be provided that the outer profile has a connection profile for connection to the inner profile or the insulating profile. Due to the connection profile, a greater freedom of design can in principle be achieved in the design of the reinforced glass retaining strip. Since the glass retaining strip is preferably an aluminum strip, it may be useful to interpose a suitable terminal block, which on the one hand a suitable connection for the insulating strip (roll tabs) and on the other hand a suitable connection for the glass retaining strip made of aluminum (screw, hole, threaded hole) can provide.

In an advantageous embodiment of the aforementioned connection device can be provided that the connection device has a number of holes, screws (or pins) and threaded holes or a continuous groove. Such a connection device is suitable in a particularly advantageous manner to produce a detachable connection, in particular between two aluminum profiles. An easier assembly results in a continuous groove in the glass strip. If only one hole is made in the outer shell and in the glass retaining strip, they must be matched exactly to one another. The screw is preferably "on the side", so not visible from the front of the burglar and usable. In order to be able to solve the screw connection, the window must first be opened.

It is preferably provided that the holder for the surface element of the glass retaining strip and the first cross-sectional portion of the inner profile is formed. However, it is not excluded that the other components or even additional components for holding the surface element can be used.

Another object of the present invention is to propose a window or a door according to the preamble of claim 9, which may be particularly burglar-proof.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the casement is at least partially formed by a profile arrangement according to at least one of claims 1 to 8. Through the glass retaining strip, which has a side with such a tapered surface, which results in a roof-shaped cross-section top, can be achieved that the window can withstand a burglary attempt much better than a secured against burglary window according to the prior art. Such a top makes it difficult to apply a screwdriver or a comparable lever work train, whereby a break in a window or door made with a profile arrangement according to the invention is further complicated.

Further advantageous embodiments of the proposed invention will become apparent in particular from the features of the dependent claims.

In an advantageous embodiment of the window can be provided that between the outer profile, in particular the glass retaining strip, and the surface element, an adhesive bonding agent, in particular a double-sided adhesive tape is attached. It can also be advantageously provided that between the inner profile, in particular the first portion of the inner profile, an adhesive connection means is attached. This adhesive connection may additionally contribute to the Resistance of such a window designed increases. Due to the adhesive bond between the glazing bead and the surface element, the insertion of a screwdriver, etc., and thus the levering is made more difficult.

It may also be advantageously provided that between the inner profile, in particular the first portion of the inner profile, and the surface element, a spacer strip is mounted. This makes it possible to compensate for the thickness of different surface elements. In addition, the spacer strip, regardless of the surface finish of the inner profile can be equipped with a particularly good adhesive surface for an adhesive tape.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the proposed invention can be provided that between the spacer strip and the surface element and / or the spacer bar and the inner profile, in particular the first portion of the inner profile, an adhesive bonding agent, in particular a double-sided adhesive tape is attached. Also, this adhesive bond contributes to the fact that the resistance of the window against burglary can be further increased. Even if the outer profile, in particular the reinforced glazing bead should be largely destroyed in a burglary, the surface element would still be held on the inner profile and the burglary continue to be difficult.

It may also be advantageously provided that a weatherproof seal is provided between the glass retaining strip, in particular between the beveled upper side of the glass retaining strip facing the surface element and the surface element.

A profile arrangement according to the invention for receiving a planar element 2 essentially comprises an inner profile 1 and an outer profile 13. The planar element 2 may preferably be an insulating glass glazing or single glazing. Between the inner profile 1 and the outer profile 13, an insulating profile 16 is preferably attached. The profile arrangement forms a holder for the surface element 2.

An inventive window or a door according to the invention essentially comprises a number of profile arrangements according to the invention, but at least one profile arrangement according to the invention. The aforementioned profile arrangements are For example, assembled into a rectangular sash and hold the surface element 2 in the resulting enclosed gap. The surface element 2 is preferably an insulating glass glazing, panel or single glazing. Conceivable, of course, other surface elements, such as plastic plates or other materials. The chosen formulation "inner profile" and "external professional" is intended to indicate a typical application in which the outer profile 13 of the outside of a building and the inner profile 1 faces the interior of a building.

The inner profile 1 is designed at least in sections as a cross-sectionally L-shaped profile, comprising a first portion 14 and a second portion 15. The inner profile 1 still has a receiving groove 17 with a seal 7. However, for the invention outlined here, the attachments are less relevant.

The basic structure of a window or a door and the profile arrangements used for this purpose is sufficiently well known to the person skilled in the art, so that no further explanations are required for this purpose.

It is envisaged that the outer profile 13 is at least partially formed of a solid and thus reinforced glass retaining strip 8. The property "reinforced" is in the context described here as compared to a standard glass retaining strip ( Fig. 1 ) to be particularly insensitive to violence in case of burglary. In this respect, as the material of the glass retaining strip preferably aluminum comes into question. The glass retaining strip 8 is advantageously made of a solid metal body, which counteracts the high leverage forces occurring during a breakthrough attempt as high as possible resistance. As a result, an expansion of the surface element 2 (Breakthrough glazing or resistant panel) is denied for a longer time.

The outer profile 13 is also designed as a cross-sectionally L-shaped profile. A first portion of the outer profile is formed by the reinforced glass retaining strip 8, while a second portion of the outer profile 13 is preferably formed by a connection profile 12. It is also conceivable, however, a one-piece variant, i. the outer profile 13 is formed exclusively by a reinforced glass retaining strip 8, which then has the corresponding connections for connection to the insulating profile 16 and the inner profile 1. Below, however, will be discussed in more detail on the two-part variant, consisting of glass retaining strip 8 and connection profile 12.

In the connection profile 12 is essentially an elongated profile, preferably made of an aluminum material. The connection profile 12 has a substantially H-shaped cross-section and is equipped with a connection for the insulating profile and connections for the glass retaining strip. The connection for the insulating profile essentially comprises two lugs 18, which serve to roll the insulating profile 16. The connections for the glass retaining strip 8 include a groove 22 for the positive retention of the glass strip 8 and preferably a number of holes 19 which are distributed in the longitudinal direction of the connection profile 12.

The outer profile 13, in particular the connection profile 12, and the inner profile 1, in particular the second section 15 of the inner profile 1, are connected to one another via the insulating profile 16. The glass retaining strip 8 and the first portion 14 of the inner profile 1 are substantially perpendicular to the second portion 15 of the Inner profile 1, the insulating profile 16 and the connection profile 12 aligned and form between the holder for the surface element 2. Preferably, the glass retaining strip 8 and the first portion 14 of the inner profile 1 are arranged in parallel planes to each other. Overall, results in a cross section approximately U-shaped profile arrangement.

The glazing bead 8 is essentially an elongated and solid profile, preferably of an aluminum material. A hollow profile comes as glass retaining strip also in question. The glass retaining strip 8 essentially has two different cross-sectional sections, in particular a rectangular cross-sectional section 20 and according to the invention a roof-shaped cross-sectional section 21. The glass retaining strip 8 is preferably designed in one piece, so that the "subdivision" of the glass retaining strip into two cross-sectional sections substantially serves the functional description.

The rectangular cross-sectional portion 20 of the glass retaining strip 8 faces the connection profile 12 in an installed state and is equipped with connections for the glass retaining strip. The connection for the glass retaining strip is a number of threaded bores 22, which are distributed in the longitudinal direction, corresponding to the holes 19 of the connection profile 12. In the holes 19 and threaded holes 22 screws 10 are screwed. The connections of glazing bead 8 and connection profile 12 form a connection device which is set up for connection, in principle to the detachable connection, the glazing bead 8 and the connection profile 12. The cross-sectionally roof-shaped section 21 of the glass retaining strip 8 is arranged on the opposite side of the connections, thus on the upper side of the glass retaining strip 8. The glass retaining strip 8 has Accordingly, a tapered top, preferably a roof-shaped top. The base side of the roof-shaped portion 21 is slightly wider than the rectangular cross-sectional portion 20 configured so that the roof-shaped portion 21 slightly projects beyond the rectangular portion 20. The result is a receptacle for an adhesive bonding agent, in particular a double-sided adhesive tape 9, which is bounded on at least one side by the projecting roof-shaped portion 21. Between the surface element 2 and the surface element 2 facing side of the roof-shaped portion 21 may be provided with a weatherproof seal 11.

Between the inner profile 1, in particular the first portion 14 of the inner profile 1 and the surface element 2 is preferably an adhesive bonding agent, in particular a double-sided adhesive tape 3, attached. In addition, it can be provided that a spacer strip 4 between the inner profile 1, in particular the first portion 14 of the inner profile, and the surface element 2 is attached. In this case, an adhesive connection, in particular a double-sided adhesive tape 3, between the spacer strip 4 and the surface element 2 and / or an adhesive connecting means, in particular a double-sided adhesive tape 5, between the spacer bar 4 and the inner profile 1, in particular the first portion 14 of Inner profile 1, arranged. The spacer bar 4 can also be screwed with screws 6 with the Innenprofi 1. Furthermore, a glazing gasket 7 may be provided between the inner profile 1, in particular between the first section 14 of the inner profile 1 and the surface element 2.

As materials for the inner profile 1, the spacer bar 4 and the connection profile 12 is preferably aluminum in question. The Seals 7, 11 and the insulating profile 16 are preferably made of plastic.

Further features and advantages of the proposed invention will become apparent from an overview of the functions of the invention.

The outer Glashalteleiste 8 is solid reinforced and is bolted to the connection profile 12 by means of screws 10. The glass retaining strip is shaped so that it complicates the approach of the screwdriver as far as possible. The seal 11 also contributes, but is primarily used to seal against rainwater. About the tape 9, the outer disc of the surface element is firmly connected to the glass retaining strip. The room-side pane of the surface element is glued over an adhesive tape 3 fully with the spacer strip 4. The spacer strip 4 itself is firmly connected by means of screws 6 with the inner profile 1.

The bonding of the surface element can optionally be done via an adhesive tape with the glass retaining strip 8 or with the inner profile, in particular the first section 14, or in combination.

In order to achieve a good adhesion of the adhesive tape, certain surfaces are particularly suitable. As a rule, anodised surfaces are predestined for this purpose. Since these are typically silver, the spacer bar 4 is hidden and does not harm the optics. Bonding to painted surfaces is also possible with the adhesive tape. The spacer bar 4 can also be made higher or can be omitted altogether.
