Abstract

Bei einer Strahlheizvorrichtung (1) soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, die auf konstruktiv einfache Weise und kostengünstig eine vereinfachte und verbesserte Möglichkeit einer Überwachung der Strahlheizvorrichtung bereitstellt. Dies wird mit einer Strahlheizvorrichtung (1) für eine Ofenanlage erreicht, bei der eine Überwachungseinrichtung zur Ermittelung eines aktuellen Druckes in der Verbrennungsluftleitung (8) und/oder in der Verbrennungsgasleitung (10) unmittelbar vor Eintritt in das Gehäuse des zumindest einen Brenners (2) vorgesehen ist, die den aktuell ermittelten Druck an eine Brennersteuerung (5) ausgibt. Dabei ist die Überwachungseinrichtung und/oder die Brennersteuerung (5) derart ausgestaltet, dass sie den aktuell ermittelten Druck mit einem vorbestimmten Grenzwert vergleicht und/oder sie eine aus einem aktuell ermitteltem Druck und einem Druck einer korrespondierenden Sammelleitung gebildete Druckdifferenz Δp mit einem vorbestimmten Grenzwert vergleicht. Die Überwachungseinrichtung und/oder die Brennersteuerung (5) gibt ferner ein eine Undichtigkeit des keramischen Strahlheizrohres (3) anzeigendes Signal aus, wenn der aktuell ermittelte Druck den vorbestimmten Grenzwert unterschreitet und/oder wenn die aus aktuell ermitteltem Druck und einem Druck einer korrespondierenden Sammelleitung gebildete Druckdifferenz Δp einen vorbestimmten Grenzwert überschreitet.
