Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung aus einem Kunststoff besteht und welche zumindest mittels einer Klemmbefestigung an einem Elektromotor gehalten wird, aufweisend eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zur mechanischen Befestigung mindestens eines Anschlusskabels, wobei das Anschlusskabel in einer Position gehalten wird, in welcher ein elektrischer Stromfluss zu mindestens einem Anschlusskontakt des Elektromotors ermöglicht wird und der Anschlusskontakt für einen nachfolgenden Bearbeitungsschritt zugänglich bleibt.
Description
HALTEVORRICHTUNG SOWIE DAMIT AUSGESTATTETER ELEKTROMOTOR
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung, welche zumindest mittels einer Klemmbefestigung an einem Elektromotor gehalten wird und welche eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zur mechanischen Befestigung mindestens eines Anschlusskabels aufweist, wobei das Anschlusskabel in einer Position gehalten wird, in welcher ein elektrischer Stromfluss zu mindestens einem Anschlusskontakt des Elektromotors ermöglicht wird. Solche Haltevorrichtungen dienen zur Kontaktierung von Klein- elektromotoren, welche beispielsweise als Aktor in der Automatisierungstechnik eingesetzt werden.
Aus dem Stand der Technik ist bekannt, zur Kontaktierung eines Elektromotors ein Stanzgitter einzusetzen. Dieses wird mittels eines Stanz-Biegewerkzeugs aus einer Blechtafel gefertigt. Am Stanzgitter können die Anschlussleitungen des Elektromotors mit Steck-, Klemm-, Löt- oder Schweißverbindungen am Anschlusskontakt des Motors befestigt werden. Das Stanzgitter selbst wird mittels einer Klemm- oder Schweißverbindung am Motorgehäuse, am Motorumgehäuse oder an einem Motorhalter befestigt.
Die Kontaktierung mittels eines Stanzgitters weist jedoch den Nachteil auf, dass zwischen Stanzgitter und Motorgehäuse keine Körperschallentkopplung und kein Toleranzausgleich möglich ist. Dementsprechend ist eine hohe Genauigkeit bei der Fertigung des Stanzgitters erforderlich, um eine mechanische Belastung der Motoranschlüsse zu vermeiden. Weiterhin sind aufwändige Maßnahmen zur Isolierung der Anschlüsse notwendig, um einen Kurzschluss über das Stanzgitter zu vermeiden.
Weiterhin ist aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, einen Elektromotor dadurch zu kontaktieren, dass Litzenanschlüsse direkt an die Anschlusskontakte des Motors angelötet werden. Diese einfache Art der Kontaktierung vermeidet die vorstehend beschriebenen Nachteile. Allerdings leidet die Zuverlässigkeit aufgrund der fehlenden Zugentlastung der Anschlussleitungen. Somit wird die Lötstelle bei Montage des Motors mechanisch belastet und die Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit des Produktes leidet.
Weiterhin ist aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, die Drahtoder Litzenkontaktierung mit einer Zusatz-Leiterplatte auszuführen. Die Zusatz-Leiterplatte weist dabei eine Geometrie auf, welche an die Geometrie des Lagerschildes mit den Motoranschlüssen angepasst ist. Somit kann die Zusatz- leiterplatte durch Löten mit den Anschlusskontakten des Motors verbunden werden. Die Anschlussleitungen werden ebenfalls auf der Leiterplatte verlötet. Fallweise kann die Leiterplatte noch weitere Bauelemente enthalten, beispielsweise zur Funkentstörung. Auch bei dieser Art der Kontaktierung wird jedoch die Lötstelle der Anschlusskontakte bei Montage des Motors mechanisch belastet. Eine Zugentlastung der Anschlussleitungen ist nicht gegeben. Da die Anzahl der Lötstellen gegenüber direkt angelöteten Drahtanschlüssen verdoppelt ist, verdoppelt sich auch die Anzahl möglicher Fehlerquellen.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kontaktierungs- und Haltevorrichtung für die Anschlussleitungen eines Elektromotors anzugeben, welche einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar ist und eingebaut werden kann. Weiterhin soll die Haltevorrichtung die Gefahr von Kurzschlüssen vermeiden und eine zuverlässige Zugentlastung der Anschlussleitungen bereitstellen .
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine Halte- Vorrichtung, welche zumindest mittels einer Klemmbefestigung
an einem Elektromotor gehalten wird und aus einem Kunststoff besteht. Die Haltevorrichtung weist eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zur mechanischen Befestigung mindestens eines Anschlusskabels auf, wobei das Anschlusskabel in einer Position gehalten wird, in welcher ein elektrischer
Stromfluss zu mindestens einem Anschlusskontakt des Elektromotors ermöglicht wird, wobei der Anschlusskontakt des Elektromotors von außen zugänglich bleibt. Weiterhin besteht die Lösung der Aufgabe in einem Elektromotor mit einer solchen Haltevorrichtung.
Erfindungsgemäß wurde erkannt, dass eine Haltevorrichtung zur Zugentlastung und Kontaktierung der Anschlussleitungen in besonders einfacher Weise aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt werden kann. Dieser sorgt für die notwendige Isolierung der Anschlussleitungen untereinander und zum Gehäuse des Elektromotors. Die Haltevorrichtung wird zumindest mittels einer Klemmbefestigung am Elektromotor gehalten. Fallweise kann eine weitere Befestigung hinzutreten, beispielsweise eine Verschraubung, ein Niet oder eine Klebung.
Die Anschlussleitungen werden ebenfalls an der Haltevorrichtung befestigt, beispielsweise durch Klemmung, Klebung oder Verschweißung. Eine Klemmung kann beispielsweise mittels mindestens eines Pfostenpaares erzielt werden, zwischen welches die Anschlussleitung eingelegt wird. Die mechanische Befestigungsvorrichtung der Anschlusskabel dient der Zugentlastung der Kabel im Betrieb und/oder in der Fertigung des Elektromotors .
Die Anschlussleitungen sind am Halter so angeordnet, dass ein elektrischer Strom von einem unisolierten Teilbereich der Anschlussleitung zum Anschlusskontakt des Motors fließen kann. Hierzu kann die Anschlussleitung entweder direkt am Anschlusskontakt angeordnet sein oder diesen mittels einer Leiterbahn verbinden. Die Leiterbahn kann auf der Haltevorrichtung beispielsweise durch metallisierte Teilflächen der Oberfläche gebildet werden. Alternativ ist es möglich,
einen metallischen Leiter, beispielsweise einen Draht, im Material der Haltevorrichtung anzuordnen oder auf dieser zu befestigen .
Die erfindungsgemäße Haltevorrichtung ist insbesondere für Kleinelektromotoren mit einer Leistung von 0,1 bis 20 Watt vorgesehen. Solche Kleinelektromotoren werden als Aktor in der Automatisierungstechnik eingesetzt, insbesondere auch zur Automatisierung von Funktionen in Fahrzeugen wie Lüftungsklappen, Außenspiegel oder Fensterheber.
In besonders einfacher Weise ist die erfindungsgemäße Haltevorrichtung in einem Spritzgussverfahren erhältlich. Durch Spritzgießen eines thermoplastischen Kunststoffes, beispielsweise Polypropylen, kann die erfindungsgemäße Haltevorrichtung in großen Stückzahlen mit hoher Maßhaltigkeit hergestellt werden. Weiterhin bietet das Spritzgussverfahren die Möglichkeit, auch weitere Bauteile einstückig an der Haltevorrichtung anzubringen, wie beispielsweise die mechanischen Befestigungsvorrichtungen der Anschlusskabel.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann die Befestigungs- Vorrichtung zur mechanischen Befestigung mindestens eines
Anschlusskabels mittels eines Clips mit einem Filmscharnier gebildet werden. Ein solcher Clip kann besonders vorteilhaft bei der Fertigung der Haltevorrichtung einstückig mit dieser hergestellt werden. Nach Einlegen des Anschlusskabels kann durch Umbiegen des Filmscharniers mit nur einem einfachen Arbeitsgang in der Serienfertigung der Elektromotor kontaktiert werden.
Eine besonders zuverlässige Halterung der Anschlusskabel ergibt sich insbesondere dann, wenn die Befestigungs- Vorrichtung einen ersten Klemmbereich und einen zweiten
Klemmbereich aufweist, wobei die Klemmbereiche zur Aufnahme eines isolierten Abschnitts des Anschlusskabels vorgesehen sind und zwischen den Klemmbereichen ein Abschnitt des Anschlusskabels zu liegen kommt, welcher keine Isolation aufweist. Bei dieser Form der Befestigungsvorrichtung ist die
Anschlussklemme des Elektromotors insbesondere länglich ausgeführt und kommt zwischen den Klemmbereichen der Befestigungsvorrichtung zu liegen. Das Kabel wird dann beiderseits der Anschlussklemme gehaltert, so dass kein Drehmoment auf die Anschlussklemme ausgeübt wird, wenn das Kabel eine Belastung quer zur Anschlussklemme erfährt. Durch die doppelte Klemmung beiderseits des Anschlusses wird auch die axiale Haltekraft in vorteilhafter Weise erhöht.
Eine besonders zuverlässige Befestigung der Haltevorrichtung am Elektromotor ergibt sich dann, wenn die Haltevorrichtung einen ersten Teil aufweist, welcher nach der Montage an der Zylindermantelfläche eines zylindrischen Motorgehäuses anliegt und einen zweiten Teil, welcher nach der Montage an einer Grundfläche des zylindrischen Motorgehäuses anliegt, wobei beide Teile der Haltevorrichtung einstückig miteinander verbunden sind und in etwa rechtwinklig zueinander stehen. Die zur Kontaktierung vorgesehenen Kleinelektromotoren weisen meist ein Gehäuse aus einem Blech auf, welches in etwa becherförmig ist. Im metallischen Boden des Bechers kann dabei das erste Wellenlager befestigt werden. Die dem Boden entgegengesetzte Öffnung des Bechers wird mit einem Lagerschild, meist aus Kunststoffmaterial, verschlossen. Das Lagerschild enthält das zweite Motorlager sowie die Anschlusskontakte zur Kontaktierung der Motorwicklungen. Somit weist das Äußere des Motors im Wesentlichen eine
Zylinderform auf. Dabei ist die äußere Form des Motors nicht auf einen Kreiszylinder beschränkt. Zur besseren Raumausnutzung ist insbesondere gebräuchlich, eine oder mehrere Mantelflächen des Motors abzuflachen.
Die Haltevorrichtung weist nun zwei Teilflächen auf, welche einmal am Lagerschild mit den Anschlusskontakten und zum anderen an der Mantelfläche des Zylinders zu liegen kommen. Dadurch umgreift die Haltevorrichtung den Motor und wird zuverlässig gegen seitliches Verschieben oder Verdrehen geschützt. Durch die größere, an der Zylindermantelfläche zur
Verfügung stehende Kontaktfläche kann die Haltevorrichtung besonders zuverlässig mit dem Motorgehäuse verbunden werden.
Dem Fachmann ist selbstverständlich klar, dass die vorstehend beschriebene Bauform eines Motors nur beispielhaft anzusehen ist. Beispielsweise kann der Motor auch mit einem Getriebe versehen werden. In einem solchen Fall kann das Lagerschild entfallen und das Wellenlager wird im Getriebegehäuse angeordnet. In diesem Fall wird häufig das metallische, becherförmige Gehäuse als Endkappe bezeichnet und auf das Getriebe- gehäuse aufgesteckt. In diesem Fall kann die Haltevorrichtung selbstverständlich auch auf der Endkappe angebracht werden.
Um die Anschlussleitungen am Motorgehäuse entlang zu führen kann vorgesehen sein, im ersten, an der Zylindermantelfläche anliegenden Teil der Haltevorrichtung eine Kabelführung vorzusehen. Diese kann beispielsweise aus Nuten oder Aussparungen bestehen, in welche das Anschlusskabel eingelegt werden kann. Fallweise kann das Anschlusskabel an diesen Nuten mittels weiterer Befestigungsvorrichtungen oder durch Klebung fixiert werden.
Sofern das Wellenlager des Motors einer weiteren Abstützung an anderen Bauteilen bedarf, kann der zweite Teil der Haltevorrichtung, welcher am Lagerschild zu liegen kommt, eine Ausnehmung aufweisen, welche das Wellenlager zumindest zum Teil frei lässt. Dadurch kann das Wellenlager in einem weiteren Gehäuse oder an einem Halteblech fixiert werden.
Nachfolgend soll die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen und Zeichnungen ohne Beschränkung des allgemeinen Erfindungsgedankens näher beschrieben werden.
Figur 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Haltevorrichtung nach deren vollständiger Fertigstellung jedoch vor Montage am Elektromotor .
Figur 2 zeigt die Montage einer Haltevorrichtung an einem Elektromotor .
Figur 3 zeigt die Montage einer Anschlussleitung am Elektromotor mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Halterung.
Figur 4 zeigt den Elektromotor nach vollständiger Montage beider Anschlussleitungen.
Figur 5 zeigt eine alternative Ausführungsform der HalteVorrichtung .
Figur 1 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtung. Die Teilfiguren Ia und Ib zeigen dabei zwei verschiedene perspektivische Ansichten derselben Vorrichtung.
Die Haltevorrichtung 1 weist einen ersten Teil 2 auf, welcher nach der Montage an der Zylindermantelfläche eines zylindrischen Motorgehäuses anliegt. Weiterhin besitzt die Haltevorrichtung einen zweiten Teilbereich 3, welcher nach der Montage an einer Grundfläche des zylindrischen Motorgehäuses anliegt.
Der erste Teil 2 weist zwei Nuten 5a und 5b auf, welche zur Führung der Anschlusskabel vorgesehen sind. Der Anschlag 4 verhindert ein Verdrehen der erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtung. Weiterhin dient Anschlag 4 ebenfalls der Kabelführung.
Der zweite Teil der Haltevorrichtung weist einen hervorstehenden Teilbereich 6 auf, welcher zur Aufnahme des Motorlagers vorgesehen ist. Die Grundfläche des zweiten Teils 3 weist vier Aussparungen 10a, 10b, IIa und IIb auf, welche einmal zur Aufnahme der Halteclips 7 und zum anderen zur
Aufnahme der Anschlusskontakte des Motors vorgesehen sind. Zur Fixierung der Anschlusskabel ist jeweils eine Befestigungsvorrichtung vorgesehen, welche jeweils einen ersten Klemmbereich 8, einen zweiten Klemmbereich 9 sowie zugeordnete Filmscharniere 5 aufweist. Um zwischen Filmscharnier 5 und Klemmbereich 8 bzw. 9 eine Haltekraft zu erzeugen, wird das Filmscharnier 5 mittels der Halteklammer
7, welche in Aussparung 10 einrastet, über die Anschlussleitung gespannt.
Figur 2 zeigt ein Motorgehäuse 12. Das Motorgehäuse ist im Wesentlichen zylinderförmig, wobei in der Zylindergrundfläche ein Motorlager 15 und zwei Anschlussklemmen 13a und 13b zur Wicklungskontaktierung angeordnet sind. Aus der dem Motorlager 15 gegenüberliegenden Grundfläche tritt die Motorwelle aus. Die Motorwelle ist in Figur 2 nicht zeichnerisch dargestellt .
Zur Montage der Haltevorrichtung 1 wird diese in Richtung des Pfeils 14 auf das Motorgehäuse 12 aufgedrückt. Die Haltevorrichtung 1 verrastet dabei mit dem Motorgehäuse 12 und wird durch diese Klemmbefestigung sicher am Motorgehäuse gehalten. Hierzu können beispielsweise Pressrippen am ersten Teil 2 der Haltevorrichtung 1 vorgesehen sein. Weiterhin kann die Mantelfläche des Gehäuses 12 über die Grundfläche des Gehäuses 12 überstehen. In den so gebildeten Überstand kann der zweite Teil 3 der Vorrichtung 1 einrasten, sodass dieser seitlich nicht verschoben werden kann. Bei der Montage der Haltevorrichtung 1 kommt das Motorlager 15 im Vorsprung 6 zu liegen, wodurch sich eine weitere seitliche Führung ergibt. Weiterhin kommen die Anschlussklemmen 13a und 13b in der Aussparung IIa und IIb der Haltevorrichtung 1 zu liegen.
Nachfolgend wird an Hand der Figuren 3a und 3b die Montage einer Anschlussleitung gezeigt. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Anschlussleitung erst an der Haltevorrichtung zu fixieren und die so vorkonfektionierte Haltevorrichtung wie in Figur 2 gezeigt mit dem Motorgehäuse zu verbinden.
Figuren 3a und 3b zeigen zwei Montageschritte einer Anschlussleitung 16 mittels der Haltevorrichtung 1 an der Anschlussklemme 13 eines Motor 12.
Figuren 3a und 3b zeigen weiterhin, wie der Anschlag 4 vom ersten Teil 2 der Vorrichtung 1 an der Zylindermantelfläche zu liegen kommt und dabei ein Verdrehen der Vorrichtung 1
vermeidet. Der zweite Teil 3 der Vorrichtung 1 liegt flächenbündig am Gehäuse 12 des Elektromotors an.
Die Anschlussleitung 16 wurde so vorbereitet, dass ein erster, mit einer Isolierung versehener Teilbereich 18 in einem ersten Teilbereich 8 der Befestigungsklemme zu liegen kommt. Weiterhin weist die Anschlussleitung 16 einen zweiten, mit einer Isolierung versehenen Teilbereich 17 auf. Dieser kommt bei der Montage im Bereich 9 der Anschlussklemme zu liegen. Zwischen den isolierten Teilbereichen 17 und 18 befindet sich ein nicht mit einer Isolierung versehener Teil 19. Im Bereich 19 wurde die Kabelisolierung entfernt. Der Bereich 19 kommt zwischen den Klemmbereichen 8 und 9 im Bereich der Öffnung 11 zu liegen. Da im Bereich der Öffnung 11 auch die Anschlussklemme 13 angeordnet ist, steht der nicht isolierte Leiterbereich 19 mit Klemme 13 in leitendem Kontakt .
Figur 3b zeigt wie durch Umbiegen der Filmscharniere 5 und Einrasten der Clipbefestigung 7 in Öffnung 10 die Befestigungsvorrichtung geschlossen wird. Dadurch wird zwischen Klemmbereich 8 und Filmscharnier 5 sowie zwischen Klemmbereich 9 und Filmscharnier 5 eine Haltekraft auf Leitung 16 ausgeübt. Zur Erhöhung der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit kann bevorzugt, aber nicht zwingend, der Leitungsbereich 19 mittels Löten und/oder Schweißen und/oder Crimpen und/oder Kleben mit leitfähigem Klebstoff und/oder mit einem Schneid-Klemmverbinder mit Anschlussklemme 13 verbunden werden. Hierzu sind die Filmscharniere 5 so gestaltet, dass der Anschlussbereich 19 auch nach Einrasten von Clip 7 in Öffnung 10 zugänglich bleibt.
In gleicher Weise wie in Figuren 3a und 3b dargestellt, wird die zweite Anschlussleitung an der zweiten Anschlussklemme befestigt .
Figur 4 zeigt diesen Zustand, nachdem beide Befestigungsvorrichtungen mit je einer Anschlussleitung 16a und 16b belegt sind. Nachfolgend werden die Anschlussleitungen in die
Kabelführungen 5a und 5b eingelegt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 4 dient der Anschlag 4 dazu, die Anschlusskabel 16 ungefähr in der Mitte des Motorgehäuses um 90° umzulenken und diese zu einer Anschlussplatine zu führen. Fallweise können die Anschlusskabel auch in jede beliebige andere Richtung vom Motor weggeführt werden. Die als Kabelführung verwendeten Nuten 5a und 5b sind dabei in ihrem Durchmesser so gestaltet, dass die Anschlusskabel 16 durch Eindrücken in das elastische Kunststoffmaterial des Halters 1 fixiert werden, ohne dass es einer weiteren Befestigung bedarf. Durch das elastische
Material der Haltevorrichtung 1 wird weiterhin vermieden, dass Körperschall vom Motor über die Anschlusskabel auf weitere Baugruppen übertragen wird.
Figur 5 zeigt eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Haltevorrichtung 1. Die Befestigungselemente zur Fixierung der Anschlusskabel sowie der erste Teil 2 der Vorrichtung sind dabei unverändert vorhanden. Jedoch weist die Vertiefung 6 im zweiten Teil 3 der Vorrichtung 1 eine Aussparung auf, durch welche das Motorlager 15 auch nach Montage der Vorrichtung 1 zugänglich bleibt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 5 bleibt die Hälfte des Motorlagers 15 unbedeckt. Selbstverständlich kann auch ein größerer oder kleinerer Flächenbereich vorgesehen werden. Die patielle Öffnung im Bereich 6 der Vorrichtung 1 erlaubt es, dass Motorlager 15 und damit das Motorgehäuse 12 an einem weiteren Bauteil, beispielsweise einem Haltewinkel, abzustützen. Dadurch wird eine statisch feste Verbindung vom Motorgehäuse 12 zu weiteren Baugruppen möglich, ohne dass die elastische Haltevorrichtung 1 das Schwingungsverhalten des Motors beeinträchtigt.
Claims
1. Haltevorrichtung (1), welche zumindest mittels einer Klemmbefestigung an einem Elektromotor (12) gehalten wird, aufweisend eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (5, 7, 8, 9) zur mechanischen Befestigung mindestens eines Anschlusskabels (16), wobei das Anschlusskabel (16) in einer Position gehalten wird, in welcher ein elektrischer Stromfluss zu mindestens einem Anschlusskontakt (13) des Elektromotors (12) ermöglicht wird und der Anschlusskontakt (13) für einen nachfolgenden Bearbeitungsschritt zugänglich bleibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (1) aus einem Kunststoff besteht.
2. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese in einem Spritzgussverfahren aus einem
Thermoplast, insbesondere aus Polypropylen, erhältlich ist.
3. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) zumindest ein Pfostenpaar aufweist, welches zur
Aufnahme eines Abschnitts (17, 18) des Anschlusskabels (16) vorgesehen ist.
4. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) einen Clip (7) mit einem Filmscharnier (5) aufweist.
5. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung einen ersten Klemmbereich (8) und einen zweiten Klemmbereich (9) aufweist, wobei die Klemmbereiche jeweils zur Aufnahme eines isolierten Abschnitts (17, 18) des Anschlusskabels (16) vorgesehen sind und zwischen den Klemmbereichen (8, 9) ein Abschnitt (19) des Anschlusskabels (16) zu liegen kommt, welcher keine Isolation aufweist.
6. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese einen ersten Teil (2) aufweist, welcher nach der Montage an der Zylindermantelfläche eines zylindrischen Motorgehäuses (12) anliegt und einen zweiten Teil (3) , welcher nach der Montage an einer Grundfläche des zylindrischen Motorgehäuses (12) anliegt, wobei beide Teile der Haltevorrichtung einstückig miteinander verbunden sind und in etwa rechtwinklig zueinander stehen.
7. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (2) eine Kabelführung (5) aufweist.
8. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (3) eine
Ausnehmung (6) aufweist, welche dazu vorgesehen ist, ein Wellenlager des Elektromotors (12) aufzunehmen.
9. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (2) mindestens eine Pressrippe aufweist, welche zur Befestigung am Motorgehäuse (12) vorgesehen ist.
10. Elektromotor mit einer Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
11. Elektromotor nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Abschnitt (19) mindestens eines
Anschlusskabels (16) mit einem Anschlusskontakt (13) verlötet und/oder verschweißt und/oder vercrimpt und/oder verklebt ist.
